At the same time, there are some extremely negative reviews regarding the "poor attitude" of administrators and wedding consultants, who were described as rude and inflexible in their communication. An instance of staff being absent from the reception desk late at night was also noted.

The catering at Villa Sri Manganti receives very high ratings; many guests describe the food as delicious and of high quality. The variety of the menu is noted, including several types of meat in the "all-inclusive" packages. Some guests stated that the food was the main highlight of their event. However, there are some critical remarks: one guest indicated that the actual portions were twice as small as those provided during the tasting.

The location is described as strategically favorable, although the villa itself may be slightly hidden from view. Access is through rather narrow gates that only one car can pass through at a time, which may create certain difficulties upon arrival.
