Harper Cikarang by ASTON

The location of Harper Cikarang is pretty strategic, as it’s nearby the business district, with some ramen shops next to it and a minimarket across. The room is cozy, clean, and everyone is really friendly. When we arrived back at night the room is always tidied up and they change our towels everyday. As for the breakfast, they have a pretty decent selection, ranging from western and Indonesian, sweet and savory, to soups and salads. Everything I’ve tried was good and overall a nice fulfilling breakfast. I recommend Harper Cikarang if you need to stay near Cikarang area.

Had a very comfortable stay here. Everything was excellent, from the room to the facilities. Thank you for the great experience, especially to Pak Idris, Pak Rico, and Kak Weni who were very helpful. Kak Weni was extremely friendly and always willing to assist as a receptionist. Pak Rico was very kind, a reliable driver, and made the journey comfortable. Pak Idris was also very kind, helpful and also friendly as the hotel concierge. Thank you, guys, for all the help and for being super duper friendly! would definitely come back and stay here again bcs you all and your top-notch service.

I had a wonderful stay at Harper Hotel with a very pleasant overall experience. The room was clean and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. The room attendant, Kiki, was extremely friendly and kind, always greeting me with a smile.

I come from Vietnam and have been on a two-month business trip in Indonesia. My experience staying at Harper Hotel has been truly wonderful. All the staff here are very friendly and have helped me a lot, especially DECA and RIZKY from the housekeeping department. Every day when I return from work, everything is clean and tidy. My clothes are washed, ironed, and neatly folded. I feel very satisfied.

Excellent hotel suitable for business as well as family trips. Rooms are super clean, food is great and the staff are very polite and friendly. Especially Fagmi, Agis and Hiro from the restaurant are very friendly and will help you with any requests. Recommended.

Hospitality, breakfast menu, rooms are well managed. Staffs are firendly (Fahmi, Hendrik, Hiro, Hadi) proactively offering new menu (spring roll jamur and Cibatu sunset drink). Love the vibe of the restaurant. Having many menu varians, well ventilation, clean.

I recently enjoyed a staycation with my family and friends, and I'm happy to share that our experience was great. We requested a connecting room, which the hotel kindly provided. Breakfast was a nice, with a wide variety of options including delicious Indonesian dishes, bread, and pastries. The coffee served was also excellent.
While the pool was enjoyable, I did find it a bit small and hope it might be larger in the future. On a positive note, the staff were fantastic — thanks to Mas Firman, Mas Fahmi, and Mbak Dylla for their service.

Over all everything is good. Ty for Fahmi, Cindy and Firman for d services. The room is good. Swimming pool OK. Gym Ok. The food also good and have a lots choices. The services is good. Spa must be improving. And the onsen I haven’t had a chance till now cz always can’t be use when I ask. Hope will try it soon.

My kid was not feeling well, requested some food for breakfast in bed from their breakfast resto.
Great western food on their breakfast menu. Never missed.
They had bubur ayam everyday on the menu, separated the bubur from the condiments, so there was safe food for moms with babies.
Unfortunately something is wrong with our room’s bathroom door, wasn’t able to close or lock it, at all. But it was a minor problem during our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The reception staff (Hanief, Midah, Weni, & Dika) were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. They were always ready to assist with any questions and provided great recommendations for local attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The hotel’s location was also perfect, close to key attractions and transport links. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great place to stay and relax while at overseas trip. Close to the work site. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Will definitely consider staying in the future. Good service and front desk (Hamidah) who helped me settle my room last minute upon arrival.
Just a comment on the food which may need to improve with more variety. But in general, it is a fantastic stay.

Today I stayed in harper hotel located in Cikarang, Bekasi. By this morning I take my breakfast on this hitel.
As well. Served by Fahmi, Reva, Renata, dan Nabila. They served in very very good way, I offered to try Mango Forest. It taste so good.

The room is excellent, I love the deco and the efficiency of space used to make room comfortable. The breakfast is also delicious, they have various food to try and the coffee is good, not many hotels have a good coffee but this one is good. The staffs are also lovely and helpful. Thanks to Mr. Fahmi, Mr. Deva and Ms. Eli for being so nice and welcome of our stay here. Thanks to all other staff who are also been helpful during our stay.

Really amazing views and breakfast all are good. The kitchen area FAHMI and HENDRI and FAISAL and RENATA and DIHA all are good like friends always take us. Always good. They have shuttle bus for hotel to Aeon mall. Morning breakfast lots and nice.
