As in previous years, we once again enjoyed our stay in one of the 50 m² King Suites at the Holiday Inn Pasteur in Bandung.
The suite is spacious and fully equipped, including a large refrigerator, microwave, and dining table.
A welcome bonus is that the double bed comes with two types of pillows: a soft and a firm one, which isn't always available, even in a 5-star hotel.
The spacious bathroom features a bathtub, shower, and toilet. It's also stocked with high-quality Dove liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Both rooms are also equipped with two 55" flat-screen TVs.
As usual, the breakfast is very extensive and delicious. The quality of the fruit is excellent.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
We were able to experience Iftar here during Ramadan. There were 50 types of delicious dishes. It was truly delicious.
We highly recommend Holiday Inn Pasteur for both short and long stays.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur on my first trip to Bandung, and it turned out to be a wonderful introduction to the city. They were consistently friendly, efficient, and genuinely eager to help, which immediately put me at ease in a place I’d never been before.
The atmosphere throughout the hotel is very pleasant, with a warm and welcoming feel that makes it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Even as a first-time visitor, I felt comfortable navigating the space and settling in.
One of the standout features was the food. The hotel offers excellent dining options with a wide variety of dishes, and every meal I tried was flavorful and well prepared. It’s a great place to sample both local flavors and international favorites.
My room was another highlight—clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect for a good night’s rest, and the amenities were thoughtfully arranged.
Overall, Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur made my first visit to Bandung memorable. With its friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, excellent food choices, and comfortable rooms, I’d gladly stay there again.

Excellent Stay & Outstanding Restaurant Service.
I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur. The hotel offers great comfort, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The room was spacious, well maintained, and very comfortable.
What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service at the restaurant, especially from Mrs. Risa. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, always ensuring that everything was perfect and that guests felt well taken care of. Her warm hospitality and genuine smile made every meal more enjoyable.
The food quality was excellent with a good variety of local and international dishes, and the service was fast and efficient. Thanks to Mrs. Risa and the entire team, dining at the restaurant became a highlight of my stay.
I highly recommend Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur for its excellent facilities, great location, and especially the amazing service. I will definitely return.

I had a great stay at this hotel during my business trip. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-located. The room was comfortable and well-equipped for work. The food was delicious with many choices, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for business travelers or family. ☺️

Stayed here with my family of 8, very nice. Room is very comfortable and staff are always nice and polite. Cleaning staff even folded our towels into animals after cleaning, it was very cute! service is 5/5. Constantly helping my grandfather who is on wheelchair. Pool is nice and clean. Good for small kids since they have events schedules for them on weekends 8am onwards (rabbit petting, little chef, etc. ) food is 4/5, some selection is js the same through the days, both weekend and weekday. Tried nice local food.

We were in Bandung from 18 to 20 Dec and stayed over here. Room was cosy and suits our family of 5. We had interconnecting rooms of king and two single beds. We all loved it. The breakfast was wondrous and their pancake, is the BEST pancake everrrrrrrrrrrrrr. The bakwans (gorengan), and varieties of sambals were delicious. The nasi kuning and other rice varieties were delicious as well, not forgetting the several versions of tempeh. Staffs were courteous, warm and friendly. A definite recommendation of this hotel :) and if the pool is a heated pool, it would be splendid. It was tooo cold 😆

The rooms is cozy and eco friendly since their amenities given in a large bottle, only the toothbrush given as an individual package. Breakfast menu is awesome. Meeting package is awesome, they served live cooking fresh indomie traditional stall. Excellent 👍

This is the first time I stayed in Bandung Holiday Inn, as normally I always stay at Jakarta Holiday inn Gajah Mada, I can testify the standard of hospitality by their staff is really spectacular. Upon arriving at breakfast area, we were greeted by Natasya who was very friendly with beautiful smile and warm disposition. After seated and waited awhile, Rian brought me a glass of ginger drink with lemon. I think the small gesture like this would make Holiday inn a great place to visit. I will definitely come back here again. Thank you Natasya and Rian. Because of two of you, we will become your regular customer whenever we visit Bandung 🥰🥰

We love the hospitality of this hotel! My kids especially love the room and their breakfast. They even have a specially curated kids buffet. We would like to say thank you to Lia and Nurma who were very friendly and attentive. Both of them served hot chocolate as soon as they noticed my boys finished their swimming session! Even bringing us the adult water 🥰

My first time staying here, and honestly, it was awesome!
I totally snagged this amazing package deal that included breakfast AND dinner. The price difference was less than 50k from the breakfast-only option, so it was a no-brainer.
There was a funny mix-up at check-in. The receptionist told me the dinner was 'ala carte'. But plot twist! When I got to the restaurant, it was a massive all-you-can-eat buffet! I was so happy. (Side note: I stayed over the weekend, so that might be why the buffet was so extra). The dinner spread was INSANE and super complete. They had everything: BBQ (seafood, chicken, beef, lamb), roasted chicken and duck, a salt-baked Barracuda, and tons more. A total feast.
The breakfast was great too. Pretty complete selection with local food, sushi, Middle Eastern, and Western options.
As for the room, the booking said 24m², but it felt way more spacious. I think they cleverly sacrificed some bathroom space to make the main room feel bigger, which I actually prefer. Oh, and the TV was huge! I chose the twin-bed option, and both beds were a really good size. Plus, all the toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion) were from Dove, which is a nice quality touch.
Facilities are solid. The gym is surprisingly spacious and well-equipped. The pool area is huge, with both indoor and outdoor sections (though I didn't get a chance to swim). Parking was a breeze—plenty of space in the basement, a separate parking building, and another outdoor lot out back.

What a great experience stay at Holiday Inn Pasteur Bandung. Great room, great meeting room, perfect good food, excellent hospitality by all crew espescially Agus at F&B and Sara from room service. I am impressed with how they make some small notes in bedroom, small action but valuable to customer. Thank you and looking forward staying at Holiday Inn Bandung again.

First time in Bandung and staying in this hotel. It is really a wonderful experience. The family room is clean and spacious facing moutain view. The services here are great too from front desk to housekeeping to eating breakfast at their hotel restaurant basically every staffs in Holiday Inn. Just naming a few staffs like Bunga, Yana and Stevie in the food/restaurant sector. Starting our morning breakfast with positive vibes. Keep up the positive working energy. Overall awesome. Will surely to recommend.
