I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur on my first trip to Bandung, and it turned out to be a wonderful introduction to the city. From the moment I arrived, the staff made everything feel easy. They were consistently friendly, efficient, and genuinely eager to help, which immediately put me at ease in a place I’d never been before.
The atmosphere throughout the hotel is very pleasant, with a warm and welcoming feel that makes it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Even as a first-time visitor, I felt comfortable navigating the space and settling in.
One of the standout features was the food. The hotel offers excellent dining options with a wide variety of dishes, and every meal I tried was flavorful and well prepared. It’s a great place to sample both local flavors and international favorites.
My room was another highlight—clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect for a good night’s rest, and the amenities were thoughtfully arranged.
Overall, Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur made my first visit to Bandung memorable. With its friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, excellent food choices, and comfortable rooms, I’d gladly stay there again.

Excellent Stay & Outstanding Restaurant Service.
I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur. The hotel offers great comfort, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The room was spacious, well maintained, and very comfortable.
What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service at the restaurant, especially from Mrs. Risa. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, always ensuring that everything was perfect and that guests felt well taken care of. Her warm hospitality and genuine smile made every meal more enjoyable.
The food quality was excellent with a good variety of local and international dishes, and the service was fast and efficient. Thanks to Mrs. Risa and the entire team, dining at the restaurant became a highlight of my stay.
I highly recommend Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur for its excellent facilities, great location, and especially the amazing service. I will definitely return.

As in previous years, we once again enjoyed our stay in one of the 50 m² King Suites at the Holiday Inn Pasteur in Bandung.
The suite is spacious and fully equipped, including a large refrigerator, microwave, and dining table.
A welcome bonus is that the double bed comes with two types of pillows: a soft and a firm one, which isn't always available, even in a 5-star hotel.
The spacious bathroom features a bathtub, shower, and toilet. It's also stocked with high-quality Dove liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Both rooms are also equipped with two 55" flat-screen TVs.
As usual, the breakfast is very extensive and delicious. The quality of the fruit is excellent.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
We were able to experience Iftar here during Ramadan. There were 50 types of delicious dishes. It was truly delicious.
We highly recommend Holiday Inn Pasteur for both short and long stays.
