We truly appreciated the spacious room, especially for my dad, and we are very thankful for the early check-in—it made our stay much more comfortable. This was my second time visiting Bandung, and once again, I chose to stay at your hotel, which says a lot about the quality of your service.
Your hospitality and service-oriented attitude are truly top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and selections. Our parents especially enjoyed being able to try different dishes and choose what suited their tastes.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we look forward to returning. Keep up the great work!

Located in the central area of Bandung, famous and delicious restaurants are literally 5 mins away. Room is nice, clean, they even premade a lovely message in the mirror for our stay.
Unfortunately during the check in, we waited nearly an hour eventhough we were promised to be able to check in early, as we already booked in advanced months prior.

We had a lovely time at the Hilton Bandung. Super friendly and helpful staff. A special shout out to Ayu in the front office for her outstanding service. A great kids friendly place, with tonnes of activities for kids. The “Tentcation” is a cool idea and my daughter loved it. The location is quite convenient — Starbucks, McDonald’s and other such places are within walking distance. About 30-40 minutes commute from Padalarang Whoosh station. Overall it was a lovely experience and throughly recommended for family holidays in Bandung.

Had a great stay at Hilton Bandung! The location is superb, very strategic. The room is spacious, the bed is also comfortable and clean. Definitely a top choice!

I’ve been staying at Hilton Bandung with my wife since October 2025, and we will continue our visits through November and December. Every stay has been consistently relaxing, quiet, and homey. The breakfast buffet is always delicious, and the Executive Lounge offers an excellent food spread that makes it easy for us to unwind.
The Executive Lounge team has been wonderful. Lili Yulianti is always warm and attentive, Fefen (Pepen) shared a nice brief chat with me and I was impressed to learn he has been with Hilton Bandung for 13 years, and Yuri remembers my room and lounge preferences perfectly, which adds a special personal touch.
The Front Desk team also deserves recognition. Rania and Deden always make our check-in smooth and pleasant. I also had a fun conversation with Senuri Perera from Sri Lanka about how my wife and I originally planned to visit Conrad Maldives and Hilton Colombo but had to cancel due to work. It felt like a small-world moment meeting her here in Bandung.
Hilton Bandung continues to deliver genuine hospitality that keeps us coming back. Always a great stay and always recommended. Blessings to your whole team!

Loved this place for our 2-night stay in Bandung.
Location: Located at a great location at a walking distance from the Bandung train station. Lots of good cafes, malls, restaurants etc in the neighborhood.
Staff: All the staff was quite attentive, friendly, polite, warm, and welcoming. Lovely people.
Check-in: Quick and hassle-free.
Rooms: Spacious rooms, and everything works perfectly. All the toiletries like body wash, shampoo, hand wash toothbrush, toothpaste were provided in more than enough quantities. Air-conditioning is adjustable, which is great. Standing bedding with clean linen and sheets. The rooms felt a little old, but not a big deal.
Breakfast: Huge buffet with lots of varieties. Plenty of kid-friendly options available too.

Our stay at Hilton Bandung was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed — modern comfort meets quiet luxury.
Breakfast deserves a special mention: an incredible spread with everything from local favorites to international picks, all perfectly prepared. The rooftop pool overlooking the city is another highlight — the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring Bandung.
We also had a lovely experience at the Executive Lounge, where we were warmly served by Mr. Fefen, who made our visit even more special with his attentiveness and friendly service. Truly a highlight of our stay!

Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality we have encountered at your property. From arrival to departure everyone has been so so friendly. Special mentions to Gita, Sanuri and Jessica for the great personalized preparations (this was such a surprise! ) in our room and the great room that was assigned to us. The Hilton Bandung has it all: amazing attentive service, well maintained rooms and public areas, a proper pool with ample loungers, amazing food and beverage offerings with an extensive selection at breakfast.

Our recent stay and event experience at Hilton Bandung was nothing short of outstanding. We used the Mancala Room on the 4th floor, and everything—from the room setup to the overall service—was perfectly arranged.
The hotel’s room accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay truly pleasant. The service throughout our time there was exceptional—staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.

Our stay was wonderful, from beginning to end. Zahda at the front desk and Rania at concierge were both outstanding, and when we hired a driver for a day, Rangga was the perfect driver — efficient, very helpful, and full of good cheer. The rooms were always clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was great and the breakfast buffet was a highlight of every day! The hotel was also a very short walk to a very good mall (23 Pascal), and so very convenient. Thank you to everyone at the Hilton Bandung!

Coming here with no expectations, and coming out with memories.
We came here for a small celebration of my daughter's birthday. I was surprised by the length of effort that the Hilton team did for us. They prepared a beautiful writing on the mirror, prep up some ballon and decorative towel and best part is that they sent us a small and very delicious cake.
Special thanks to Indiva and the PO team that prepared the room for us.
On the hotel itself, the room is big, the food was excellence. Ordered in room dining and everything was perfect.
I managed to spent the evening with my daughter at the pool, despite the pool is too shallow for serious swimming (more for kids), but the food at the pool cafe was exquisite.
I will come back just for the food and to experience again Hilton Bandung's team warm services.

Everything is perfect. Check in & out process was quick. All of staffs are very helpfull. The bedroom, bathroom, are clean, spacious. Bed a bit firm but is comfortable. My deluxe room with swimming pool view on 9th floor is perfect. They gave me a liitle box with brownies cake inside. Really delicious. Gym open for 24h. Sauna only open from 5-9pm. Jacuzzy was closed since a year ago (they said).
Breakfast choices are huge and delicious, bakery is a must try.
During my last day I asked for early breakfast at my room. They gave me a paper bag with bakeries, 2 boiled eggs and mineral water.
There is a mall beside the hotel name pascal. (walkable street from hilton) ; You can find a lot of food. Hilton also very close to Bandung main train station, you can use feeder train (10 minutes) and go to whoosh rapid train station to jakarta (only 30 minutes). Price is include both trips.

We had such a wonderful stay, traveling with both kids and elderly after quite some time. I booked through Hilton Honors membership and arranged with the hotel for additional pick-up and drop-off transport, as well as tent-toys-sweets for my kids (they love it! ). Everything was well-organized and I was very satisfied with the service.
From the moment we arrived, ALL the staff was warm, attentive, and very helpful in making our trip comfortable for everyone. The service throughout was excellent, and every detail felt well taken care of.
What made the stay even more memorable was how the team went out of their way to celebrate my birthday—it was such a thoughtful surprise and truly made me feel special. 🎂✨
