TwoSpaces Living at Zena Mozia

Disgusting! I’ve been backpacking for 4 years and by far the worst accommodation I’ve spent my money on.
The bed sheets hadn’t been changed, I could smell that. And there were hairs in the bed. And there was a call to prayer at 4:30am very loud, waking me up. The en-suite stunk of damp.
Horrible place!

Don’t even ask about the facilities — everything is top notch, especially considering the price point of just around 100, 000 rupiah (a discounted price at Agoda). It was beyond my expectations. The sheets smelled nice, the bathroom was clean, the amenities were excellent, and the AC was super cold.
However, what really disappointed me was that the place didn’t seem prepared for late-night check-ins like mine. It was extremely difficult to locate. When I arrived, I had no idea where the front office was. There was no clear indication that Twospace operates more like a cluster. Even though I was at the location indicated by Google Maps, it was still very hard to figure out which house or unit was the front office.
On top of that, I was using public transportation. So when the taxi dropped me off at the Google Maps point, I had to walk quite a distance to find the front office. And it was raining at the time.
I tried calling the number provided in the booking confirmation, but no one picked up. I also sent an email, but received no response. I ended up searching for the front office in the rain for nearly 30 minutes. When I finally found it, I was told that my unit was outside of that cluster — quite far for someone without a vehicle. Only after I complained (completely drenched from the rain) did the front office staff offer to escort me to the unit.
Please update the Google Maps location to reflect the exact spot of the front office.

Stayed for two nights, very cozy, great for chilling alone. Room and bathroom were clean, with water and towels provided, smart tv. The location is highly convenient, close to a minimarket, hangout spots, and food places.
