This is the second time I’ve experienced the same issue at this hotel, and it is extremely frustrating. The official check-in time is 2:00 PM, but I was only able to check in at 3:30 PM.
The staff gave excuses such as there being an event earlier and guests doing a late check-out. However, late check-out should be managed properly and should not affect other guests. If the hotel’s late check-out policy is supposed to be until 1:00 PM, then they should enforce it and respect their own rules.
This hotel clearly has no commitment to their check-in schedule and does not respect guests who arrive on time expecting their room to be ready. Waiting for hours after check-in time is unacceptable.
Overall, very unprofessional service and poor management. I will not stay here again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values punctuality and basic customer respect.

You can feel like home when you can walk around at the garden infront of the guest house.
