I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel was very comfortable with a great transparent elevator and a nice environment. The bed was excellent, the toilet was spacious, and overall, everything felt perfect.

A very proper budget hotel. The bed and pillows are clean and comfortable. The whole room was also clean, they even mopped the floor when cleaning.

What a great improvements. Basically I am visiting of this property on the begining of January this year, during that moments, I can see this old hotel has none of hospitality.

I had a truly pleasant stay at Serela Riau Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bandung, especially if you value convenience, comfort, and great service.
