Mercure Bandung Nexa Supratman

I visited this place during iftar and unfortunately the experience was kind of disappointing.
For the beverages, I tried the bajigur, but it tasted mostly like water mixed with bajigur powder. I could barely taste the coconut milk, which is supposed to be the main flavour.
As for the pastries, it was quite disappointing because none of them really stood out in taste. The crepes were overly sweet because they were filled with jam. The pudding was also strange since it was topped with colourful chocolate sprinkles, which didn’t really match the dessert.
The refill service was rather slow. The cilok was already cold when served, and the “baso” was actually more like cilok rather than real meatballs.
I also noticed that the staff were not wearing name tags? The greeting service could be improved as well, because when we paid at the cashier, we were told that we had an extra person in our group, which was confusing. It made me wonder if they had properly counted the guests at our table.
Overall, I hope the management can improve the food quality and service.

Saya stay di hotel ini karena saudara saya harus bekerja at the end of family trip dan dia di bookingin kantornya disini. So we moved from our hotel that is better, more new and cheaper, to be together with total 6 rooms.
From the picture I can see that it is old hotel or at least looks older than our initial hotel, but it’s okay, still it is Mercure, it should have that international standard.
Staffnya sangat baik, tapi pas check in only dapat 1 key and harus bayar Rp 100.000 deposit untuk another key. It is okay but just weird policy, soalnya gak pernah dapat kaya gini. Kamar juga still okay just many rusty stains in the bathroom cabinet tapi gapapa karena I understand it is not new hotel. But the worst of all is breakfast! HORRIBLE, food is barely giving 2/10. Nasi uduk taste like nasi putih dicampur bawang goreng. Nasi goreng taste like nasi uduk? Sebagai orang Indonesia yang tinggal diluar negeri we get easily pleased with something that just taste ok, but this is just too bad. Banyak bainmarie yang kosong literally restaurant staff didn’t pay attention to fill it up. Sate station literally just have bakso ditusuk. Even your fake sushi tastes better than the local food. My biggest regret is moving my initial hotel to yours.

Location is very strategic and the service were amazing. The local cuisine for breakfast was well represented.
I got free room upgrade and welcome snack (yumm) because I'm an All Accor+ member. It's really worth it.

I stayed at Mercure Nexa Hotel: Great room, not so great breakfast.
The room was clean and comfortable, with everything you’d expect from a 4-star hotel: hair dryer, smart TV, and even small touches like local snacks and fruits. The service was good, and I was satisfied with the room quality. The swimming pool is also clean. Not very big, but more than sufficient for relaxing.
However, the breakfast was a letdown and, in my opinion, not up to 4-star standards. The variety was limited. There is a satay station, but it only served tempe satay and eggplant satay, no meat options. The dim sum was not great and shumai smell like whiskas, yes the cat food. Sausages and fruits were not self-service; for fruits, you’re given only three small slices per serving. You can ask for more, but it does feel like the hotel is cutting costs on breakfast.
Verdict: a great hotel overall for the room, cleanliness, and service. If there’s a significant price difference, I’d recommend booking room-only and skipping the breakfast.

I had a very pleasant stay at Nexa Mercure Hotel. The room and bathroom were clean, and the hot water worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable.
Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was great. There was a bit of sound leakage between rooms, which was quite minor, but it would be even better if this could be improved in the future.
The food for both breakfast and dinner was good and tasty. The staff I interacted with were extremely friendly and very responsive when assistance was needed. For example, when the towels at the swimming pool ran out, they were refilled quickly without any hassle.
There are just a couple of small points that could be improved. During breakfast, the number of staff could be increased on certain days. For instance, one staff member at the egg counter was sufficient on Saturday, but on Sunday it would be better to have two so guest requests can be handled faster. Also, on Sunday around 9 a. M. The sausages were already finished—even though they are a favorite—so perhaps the stock could be increased.
Aside from these minor points, I was very satisfied and truly enjoyed my vacation here. I would definitely love to come back and stay at Nexa Mercure Hotel again in the future.

I am very happy to recommend this hotel for those who'd love to visit various trendy culinary places in downtown Bandung.
This hotel is very strategically located near those famous viral restaurants and culinary places which my family wished to visit and the brand 'Mercure' itself guarantees comfort in the middle of a comfortable location.
I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights in this hotel. Rooms and facilities are exactly as expected from Mercure at this price range. I requested connecting rooms for my family and Ms Putri is very helpful to set up the arrangement. Ms Putri really took the necessary steps in an orderly fashion to cater my family's needs. Swimming pool is there for my kids to enjoy. For the adults, they have Billiard, PS5, and other games provided on the bar. Their buffet breakfast has so many variants to offer, may not be the best in terms of taste, but I don't have any complaint.
Overall, I enjoyed staying here. No wonder families and companies love this hotel too.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights from 24/12 to 28/12. The hotel is infront of a main road which is sometimes noisy but accessible to attractions areas by using transport. U can find some restaurants, mosque, street food and minimart within walking distance (100m to 300m). Most important our room were cleaned daily. Good job to the housekeeping department Mr Aep and Mr Iman for making the room clean, thank you.

I don’t understand why this hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel. The service was so bad you could tell the staff aren’t properly trained as their excuses and lack of experience + knowledge is very prominent.
We were missing amenities (empty body wash + hand soap), missing towels, plus a broken hairdryer and teapot :)
It took great effort for us to finally receive some sort of acknowledgment because they were fully booked and couldn’t attend to their phone calls and once we we’re able to communicate this matter their excuse was, “we’re out of soap and towels”
If you can’t give your customers the amenities included in the room booking they have paid for then don’t fully book your hotel.

We only stayed here for 2 nights for a nearby event but won’t recommend anyone to stay here nor will we visit again.
Also the receptionist was working and moving so slow she held up a line for so long she reminds me of a sloth.

The hotel room itself was decent: soundproof, comfortable, and fairly clean. However, there were a few small pieces of trash left behind, such as an empty inhaler wrapper from the previous guest, which seemed to have been overlooked during cleaning.
The check-in process took significantly longer than at other hotels I’ve stayed at in Bandung. I waited for around 30 minutes. Upon check-in, I was assigned a “flexible” room that allowed smoking, even though I had clearly booked a non-smoking room from the beginning. I was informed that if I wanted a non-smoking room, I would need to wait an additional 15–20 minutes for it to be cleaned, despite it already being 3:00 PM.
Breakfast was quite limited for a four-star hotel. The fruit selection was kept behind a display, with only three varieties available, and each request was served in very small portions. While it was possible to ask for more, this felt unusual, as most hotels allow guests to take fruit freely. The omelette portions were also very small, one egg was divided into two omelettes so I had to request two servings.
Overall, the stay was acceptable, and because the location is good, I would rate it 3 stars.

Overall, Mercure Bandung Nexa Supratman is a comfortable choice, especially for business travelers or events. While it may not feel exceptional, it delivers consistent quality, good service, and a strategic location.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Mercure Bandung Nexa Supratman. The location is very strategic, close to many cafés, restaurants, and popular spots in Bandung. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming with warm smiles and quick service. Breakfast had a great variety of options and everything tasted fresh. The overall ambiance of the hotel felt cozy yet stylish, making it perfect for both leisure and business trips. And I’m so happy that I had a great service from Ms. Raisya.

My stay at the Mercure Hotel Bandung was a mixed experience. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself was quite disappointing. One of the power outlets only worked partially, the bathroom curtain was too short which affected privacy, and the overall room facilities felt below expectations.
The bed did not seem completely clean upon arrival. I requested fresh bedding the next day to resolve this, but instead the bed was simply remade, which was frustrating.
The breakfast buffet was large and offered a good variety, but it felt quite disorganized and chaotic, which made the overall experience less enjoyable.
While I truly appreciated the kindness of the staff, the room quality, maintenance issues, and breakfast organization made the stay less comfortable than expected.

I stayed over the weekend and had the hotel breakfast, and overall it was a very pleasant surprise. Even though it was moderately crowded, the variety and quality of the food really stood out.
The highlights for me were definitely the snacks, super delicious! The gorengan was super crispy, the crepes were lovely, and the yogurt tasted wonderfully natural, almost like it was made in-house with no artificial sweeteners or flavors. For the main dishes, the Indonesian selections were abundant and tasted great. You can tell the ingredients they use are high-quality.
The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the Italian section. I tried the pasta aglio olio, but it was too salty for my taste and it wasn’t mixed evenly. Some bites were overly salty while others were quite bland.
What truly sets this breakfast apart from many other hotel restaurants is the exceptional service. Waiter Teguh Wijaya and Executive Chef Yana went above and beyond. I asked where the yogurt was (it was there; I just missed it), and instead of simply pointing me in the right direction, they hand-delivered it to my table and even checked if there was anything else I needed. It felt like fine-dining level service, truly something I didn’t expect from a hotel breakfast :)
Overall, a great experience with standout service, crispy snacks, and plenty of delicious options. Would happily return!

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at the hotel. The variety of dishes was impressive, everything tasted fresh, and the presentation was beautifully done. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect way to start the day.

I arrived around 1PM and was directly handled by Mr Juno, the Front Office Manager.
He assigned me in a room in 7th floor.
When I entered the room, a strong smoke odor fulfilled the room. I asked the housekeeper nearby if this is the smoking room, he said the 7th floor is not a smoking floor. He eventually sprayed some room refresher to make the room smells better.
The bathroom is spacious with enough amenities. Including the tea and coffee maker with 4 glasses.
Did not try the breakfast since I booked room only.
The location is wise with a lot of interesting places nearby. The hotel also located next to the pharmacy. Close to Cihapit Market, Braga, and Gedung Sate. All surround with the favorable places.
15-20 minutes to the Bandung Station by car.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay (only the smoke odor that made me feels annoyed sometimes).

The location wise, near with a lot of tourist attractions such as Gedung Sate, Pasar Cihapit, and Braga. 15 — 20 minutes from Bandung Train Station. Also, the hotel is located next to the Pharmacy.
Overall, I have an enjoyable stay in Mercure Bandung Nexa Supratman.

Good hotel with excellent service and friendly staff. I requested an early check-in just one hour ahead, but the process was quite complex — we had to arrive first before knowing if it was possible. It would be better if early check-in slots were available ans communicated online.
Parking space us very limited and we couldn't park at the hotel, but the valet service from hotel was a helpful solution.
Provide refillable water statiins with gallon dispensers for guests is a good sustainability initiative.
