The rooms was very very dirty. AC was not working. Stains on the sheets and pillows. The room was very stinky, and smell of smoke. Bathroom was dirty. I found 2 fat big worms there. Lots of trash inside the drawer. Many cigarette burn marks on the furniture. I guess the minimart is more comfortable and cleaner to sleep in.
It is not sound proof, so all the sound from the busy main road is audible from the room.
Location is strategic.
