Tebu Hotel Bandung

Stayed with five people in a mezzanine room with five beds, which suited our group well. The room and bathroom were quite small. Service was generally good, although some requests took a bit longer than expected. Cleanliness was acceptable, but there were some wall leaks and minor marks on the walls.
One concern was that the staircase is positioned right above the head of the lower bed, so there’s a high possibility of dust falling onto the bed. Hopefully this can be improved in the future.
The location is quite strategic, suitable for those who just need a place to sleep.

Thank you, Pak Oman and Pak Ricky, for your exceptional service. The cleanliness of the room and the delicious breakfast options truly made my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for future visits. It's wonderful to see the many improvements made since my last stay in 2021

Not worth a penny. Can get a better hotel room with such price. Incomplete amenities. Bring your own shower gel and shampoo. Loose sockets. Thin bathroom walls. The only good is thing that there are many eateries and clothes stores nearby.

For a 3-star hotel, it was decent. However, the fan extractor was so loud that it felt like it might fall from the ceiling. That said, we were only there to sleep and shower, spending most of our time out and about, so we didn't need anything fancy. The location was excellent—we could walk everywhere. Overall, it was a good stay.

It' not bad at all, but also not something to write home about. I would've rated this higher if the hotel was cheaper, but at 700k IDR I think the hotel leaves rooms for improvement.
First, the room. We got the older rooms in floor 8. The corridor is pretty, but the room is quite bland. There is no fridge. Pillows are quite stuffy and they give you only two. Bed is fine. The AC leaked though.
Bathroom is kinda differently designed. There's no separator between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so it can get quite wet after a shower. The shower gel is super simple and a little bit too watery.
The lobby is small with a compact receptionist. Staff is friendly. The plus side however there's a decently sized Indomart in the same building, and there are some good restaurants nearby despite being located a bit removed from city center.
The breakfast is okay. Mid selection of small Indonesian food but some good sweet dessert. But I'd like to point out the restaurant in 9th floor is quite nice, with a semi-outdoor space with a fresh windy air in a good weather. There's a small gym in the same floor open for 24 hours, so that's a very good plus.

Location is very good. The room quite good but not that good. The staff need improve especially their security staff to manage parking lot.

Arranged three seniors travelling to Bandung. The local agent arranged this hotel. Location wise is good. But the room is totally uncomfortable for three people. Look at the Superior Twin room. There is no room for you to walk. Initially the hotel wanted to put in the extra bed. After negotiating, the hotel upgraded to Deluxe Triple. If you bring big suitcase, no room for you to walk. If you are travelling more than two people, choose another hotel. If you don't mind the small room area, you can choose Tebu Hotel.

Stayed for the weekend. The water was weak and the shower facilities were bad. Even though they talked about fixing it, it was the same. I couldn't wash my body during the stay. I was charged 3 times more than usual. I've traveled a lot, but this is the first time I've experienced something like this.

The location is strategic, walking distance to some famous cafe and restaurants. Room was clean and enough space. Staffs were generally friendly. Parking are limited.
Kak Tiara greeted us during breakfast and she was lovely. Kids might need to bring floaties as they dont have designated kids pool, only level of steps that differentiate pool’s depth. They also have open kitchen concept which is cool and have cuanki and cotton candy menu amongs other. Overall, a good place to say if you aim for strategic location and friendly staff.

Spent 1 night at this hotel at weekend, fortunately we still can get a room.
The location is really good, at jalan riau, at sideway super easy to find.
The shopping area, food, cafe, mini market all around the hotel.
The hotel room it self is super standard, in good way, nice size room, inside clean toilet and smart TV, just ordinary but good for resting.

Located reasonably close to restaurants, coffee shops and malls.
My room in Tebu was small with a direct view of the hotel next door. The shower and toilet were close enough for the toilet to get wet — not so much of a problem with only one person in the room … everything dried quickly.
Lots of TV channels.
Staff were friendly, particularly during breakfast. The buffet breakfast was small but there were plenty of delicious choices.
Reason I rated Tebu with 2/5 was the quality of my sleep. On the first night I was woken and kept awake by people gathering and chatting near the lifts at various times through the night. The lift space seems to encourage people to gather at night and the corridor propagates sound well — my room was a fair way from the lifts. This was reported to the hotel. A number of people travelling with me had the same issue. The second problem was the smell of cigarette smoke that became much stronger in the room at night — strong enough that my throat was uncomfortable. I managed to get around this on subsequent nights by leaving the exhaust fan on and the bathroom glass door closed. It did make the room much lighter but the smoke wasn't as noticeable and the sound from the corridor was muffled.
Overall, an ok little hotel … but I need sleep.

Service was good. The room, however, was just mediocre. The sheets were stained and there were still strands of hair on the bed. We were given two sad lumpy pillows. The bathroom design is a catastrophe being without separator between the shower and other area. Everything was wet after shower. They put the toilet paper far away from the toilet, not practical!
The restaurant was too small to cater for the many guests. It made the ambience hectic and stressful. There were two parts of the restaurant: the main room were packed, but kept clean; the other connected room was dirty and way too far from all the good foods. The foods and the drinks except for the juice bar were just ok. The fresh pressed fruit juices kept my good mood.
The staffs were helpful and trying hard to please their guests. All in all, I don't think that this hotel can live up to the four stars it was given on Agoda.

The room cleanliness is good.
Hotel receptionist really helps, whatever I've request, been sent to room immediately. And for iron, we do not have to request everyday like others hotel, but I hope in future, hotel will provide iron and hair dryer in room.
What I impressed and appreciated the most is the function of Guest Relation Officer at this hotel. Thanks for giving us so much information we needed in Bandung ❤️❤️❤️

Good facilities and service.

Comfortable.
Clean.
Safe.
Not riweh.
