The hotel is situated along the main road, vehicles passing by would be noisy. The hot shower wasn't functioning well and towels and bedsheets were dirty with stains. The curtains of the the windows provided were transparent in white colour, causing the street lights directly illuminated into the room. Thus, it was difficult to sleep at night.

Going on business trip with a friend, and it's really exciting experience, the staff is friendly and responsive, strategic location and the breakfast are soooooo good!

I stayed here on scholarship for 6 weeks and it was great! Rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily, food available came in generous amounts and the dining room was a nice space to be seated in.
The staff were so lovely and accommodating, I couldn’t have asked for more. Security guards were also so friendly and looked after us and helped with directions when needed.
I found the location of UTC Hotel very useful and central for exploring, there are a few choices of supermarkets and food places I’d highly recommend within walking distance. There is also the Gasibu running track nearby which I visited often. Thank you for your hospitality, we miss you! 🫶🏼

I book a room through Traveloka, stayed for one night at suite room. The hotel is managed by popular university in Bandung. This is the first time visit.
The suite room is provided by kitchenette. Living room could be for family, small meetings. I think could be for small party inside such as ‘tepai (I don’t know how to write the correct word) and honeymooner would be enjoy here😍
If you need quiet place for zoom or meeting, this is the nice room that you have to choose it.

The hotel's position is quite strategic with a large parking area because it is close to Padjadjaran University and this hotel belongs to Unpad including friendly staff in the lobby. The room we rented was superior class the view we got was the wild garden behind the hotel because even though we intended to rent the highest class. Only 2 bottles of mineral water, 1 tea sachet, 1 unbranded coffee sachet & 2 sugar sachets, there are two trash cans and a box for dirty clothes, quite economical for a two star hotel. The bed linen must be noted there are some stains that don't go away even when washed, lots of cigarette butts outside the glass that can be opened in the morning, this is quite disturbing comfort! that smoking is prohibited in the room, this room must be equipped with a smoke detector. It should be noted that this hotel does not have a swimming pool. Overall this hotel is good enough to stay.

I’m very impressed, better than my expectations. The superior room is very big, clean and comfortable for a low price. The staff were also exceptionally polite. Location is excellent with a mall and cafes in walking distance. Not too many amenities on site but you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend to stay here.
