Recently, I went to Serela Merdeka with my friend. My verdict of the hotel is: the customer service is very efficient. The problem solves very quick. Yesterday we had trouble with Wi-Fi connection and the technician came and fixed it. The service was very fast. Plus point is, the cleanliness of the room is good and very hygiene.
Recommend to come & visit Serela Hotel.
A good 3-star hotel with strategic location near to the factory outlets and affordable price. Just need a bit of refurbishment to the old hotel. Other than that, all good. Recommended for budget traveller. Helpful staff and easy to talk to.

The hotel is quite good. Breakfasts included and they are very nice. All staff are friendly and ready to help. The hotel is located in the center of the city which makes it easy to get to most tourist locations and getting transport is easy. The only thing was that the room wasn't the cleanest, but other than that the hotel is quite nice.
