Hotel Santika Bandung

I stayed at Hotel Santika Bandung for two nights with my sister, and we really enjoyed our time there. The location is super convenient — close to shops, cafes, and some nice places to walk around.
The staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed.
Overall, it was a really pleasant stay. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Bandung.

Centrally located. So very close to many attractions in Bandung. The hotel has a small but nice breakfast area. The food was good. The hotel staff is cooperative. We asked to access YouTube on the television and they arranged a dongle for us.
The hotel itself is not maintained properly. The rooms are neat but outdated.

It's a nice hotel, with friendly and helpful staff in a good location. Breakfast is excellent if you like Indonesian food, but if you are a Westerner, it lacks even basic cereals such as cornflakes, and there is no Western breakfast items such as baked beans or fried potatoes. Róoms are very pleasant but single glazed so do let in outside noise. One night there was reasonably loud music until 11 pm, when it did stop, then at 4.30, the Call to Prayer from a mosque nearby, followed by traffic noise as the city woke up.

We were there from January 15, 2025, to January 16, 2025. We wanted to stay there because of my memory of Santika Hotel, which was glorious, neat, smelled nice, was clean, had good food, and was tidy. I brought my daughter to share that memory. But I am disappointed. The room is still tidy but has grubby towels, blankets, pillows, and everything in it. The bathroom is minimal. We were only provided with two bath towels. Not more than that (even no hair dryer). The room that day was extremely sad.
The breakfast was the same. The salad bar was empty. Although it was a busy morning, I saw no staff wanting to add more items to the salad bar, which also only had very limited items. The breakfast selection options were also sad. It was not what I remember of Santika Hotel; I was there around 10 years ago.
I could have gotten better hotel rooms for the same price in Bandung. I think Santika Hotel only relies on the big name it used to have. If you wish to survive, you should have a massive improvement in management and how you want to see the Santika Hotel in the future. Especially in Bandung.

We had a great stay … room, staff are very friendly and kind and location is perfect.
Near by many shops, restaurants etc. Overall a really great location. And Thnx too Azizah for the great service and attention ^. ^ thumbs up for this hotel.

The hotel located at center of city and closed with a lot of attraction. The room are quite big, quite, comfortable and very clean. The staff are friendly and polite. I will stay in this Hotel if visit Bandung again. Thanks.

This hotel is my regular hotel when in Bandung. The best of this hotel is the service and friendliness of the employees. My last booking, I request for early checkin because have a baby, and they can fulfill and give free upgrade my room from deluxe to executive. They do their job excellent, beyond my expectation.
The room is clean and food was delicious, but still can be improved with provide the meat menu. Overall everything is excellent for the service and comfortable for room and food. I will come back again to this hotel.

Yes, I have lived my life about 4 years in this beautiful city. And every once in a while I went on a staycation around town. And for me, the time that I spent in this hotel was one of the best staycation I've been to. I really enjoyed the view and the food here, it's so comfortable and relaxing after hours of studying and working on my degree. The people are super polite and warm, really good job by the management to keep the staffs in such happy mood all around. I would love to come and spend my time again sometime soon, really love this.

I stayed in Hotel Santika Bandung in April 2024 for Eid holidays, upon arriving, the staffs were very helpful and accomodating. The rooms are standard sized but clean. The breakfast buffet were quite good and varied. Thanks to Azizah the service was good.

I like this hotel since the air circulation on the lobby & corridors were perfect. The rooms were spacious enough. Great services fromnthe staffs. The bathroom especially the gauges need to be fixed or replaced since it didn't work properly. The parking area was quite spacious n decent. The breakfast was not satisfying tho; compared to other hotels' of similar class it was too local. The swimming pool was too small for a hotel of this class.

One of my good historic hotel in Bandung city, with traditional cozy ambience, nice staff & services (Mr. Cucu as FB manager, & miss Azizah, as resto staff), reasonable prizes, better facilities, clean nice rooms, & hospitalities. Even we have to travel alone for some reasons.! Thank you for that.
