The Luxton Bandung

Room was okay.
The smoking room was not properly ventilated.
Breakfast was good.
The most problem that I found out was the safe box is not secured. Its not attached or wall mount. Easily you can carry the box.
The rest is good.

Wow, The Luxton Bandung Hotel is one of the most recommended hotels in Bandung. This hotel is incredibly amazing. I love it so much. The hotel is easy to find because it's on the main street. The security guards and the house keeper are very friendly and helpful. The room is very beautiful and wonderful. I love the lobby too. It's outstanding. Thank you so much The Luxton Bandung Hotel. I hope someday I can come here again.

Memorable experience, breakfast area is the best: overflow seating in front of the lift blocking people entering and out of the lift, as well as traffic in and out to the east wing building, the best feature is the upstairs overflow seating which is the most safest location where you or your children could have a handful of plates while walking up and down without worry…

The room is big and clean, and the location is also great. However, the breakfast tastes average or below. We ended up ordering Indomie because there was nothing we could eat.
Moreover, the pool is packed with children who are taking a private swimming class. This is the main thing that I hate because this is the first time we have gone to the hotel, and non-guests are allowed to take swimming class.
I can see that other parents who are hotel guests are unhappy and cannot enjoy the pool.
This is our first time staying at the Luxton Bandung, and we will not be coming here again.
Traveling with a toddler makes breakfast and the pool really important for us, and I believe other parents will feel the same way.

I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area and gym facility. I will recommend others for sure!
I had a wonderful experience at the The Luxton Hotel. The premium amenities with spa and wellness facilities offered us an excellent experience.

I used to visit this hotel when it first opened 12-13 years ago, and back then, it seems like it was a fantastic place to stay—modern, clean, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, after returning recently, I was quite disappointed.
The hotel now feels old and outdated, with visible wear and tear in the rooms and common areas. The once-great customer service has also deteriorated; check-in was slow, and staff responsiveness was lacking. It’s clear that maintenance and service are no longer a priority here.
With so many newly opened hotels offering better facilities at more competitive prices, I can’t really recommend staying here anymore. It’s a shame to see how much this place has declined over the years.
Would I return? Probably not. There are simply better options out there now.

Strategic location—within walking distance to nearby hotels. If you're looking for food or want to go jogging in the morning, the area around the hotel has good and convenient pedestrian paths for walking.

Very suspicious registration experience.
The receptionist ask me to sign a registration form already filled with someone else's information.
I ask for my own form but she really hesitated to give me one.
Told her there's no way I'll sign that given form.
After long unnecessary "discussion", she gave me a blank form, even though I already gave her my KTP.
I still refused to fill in my phone number and my email.
To the owner of this hotel : please familiarize yourself with " Personal data protection".
It could cost you a huge sum of money should you fail to comply.

Neat hotel, got non smoking rooms, limited parking space.
Breakfast are perfect, the food taste also perfect.

It used to be the nice hotel but surprisingly after years never stay in here I was quite disappointed last night as I found out it doesn’t well maintained and clean. I could find tiny spider on my bed😭 luckily I could kill it before sleeping. They use the leaked hand shower, the desk looks old and only 1 electrical outlet provided in the room. I had to unplug the standing lamp to charge another device.
Toilet seat in the lobby area looks terrible. The hotel win the location and provide free valet service as they don’t have enough space for parking so they’ll take care to park the car. I guess the right time to do some renovation.

Quite a nice hotel in the city center. The room was spacious enough, the bed was nice but the pillows were too flat for me that I could hardly sleep. The parking space was not enough on peak days but they privide free valet services. The breakfast variation was good, the foods were tasty but some were a bit bland. The tea, coffee n jamu were nice.
