I enjoyed my stay at Hay Bandung. Its perfectly located. Great room, just an old and moldy shower room, and no-door shower room cause water comes out all over the toilet and makes it wet.
The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. Perfect.
Just the restaurant staff and kitchen, maybe. I asked my egg for breakfast third times until it came to me. Not even as my request to well cooked. I have asked twice to make it well cooked yet the it came half cooked.

This friendly hotel is recommended (3 stars hotel).
It is located at Trunojoyo street which surrounded with cafes, restos and fruit shop.
There is a resto for breakfast and small store and ice cream hawker.
The room is clean and spacious.
The crew and security team are very friendly.
I left my bag and then they call me after I went. Simple but very good service for their guest.

Pro's and con's.
Pro's: providing rooms with three beds which is quite rare for hotels in bandung. The location is indeed strategic.
Con's: the TV sucks, the water splashdd too much, the TV wasn't working, and the most important one: the Wi-Fi, even for simple zoom meeting, are really sucks.
