I had an amazing experience at The PaviliJoen Bandung! From the moment I arrived, the warm and attentive service made me feel right at home. The hotel’s elegant ambiance and attention to detail truly set it apart.
A special thank you to Pa Farid, the Front Office Manager, for his professionalism and hospitality—everything was handled seamlessly. Also, big appreciation to Pa Jopi, the General Manager, for ensuring a fantastic overall experience.
With its charming atmosphere, outstanding service, and top-tier hospitality, The PaviliJoen Bandung is a perfect choice for a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Service excellence.
Everyone is so helpful, valet, security, concierge, front desk, porter, waiter, chef, pastry chef, name it all and I could say they are all deserves a raise. Hahaha.
The only probs is 2 :
1. Parking lot, but there's a valet so it's good.
2. Noise. I'm staying on 11th floor, whereas there's a party on the rooftop, gotta say it is disturbing. (Kids sleep at 22.30). There was a notice on the table when I got to my room, but that's it.
Anyway, definitely reccomended. Just. Be sure to stay on the 10th floor or below if you bring your kids / elderly. :)

This week I stayed in 3 different hotels in 3 nights due to business and leisure trip purposes. Finally I had a chance to stay in De Paviljoen, I often pass by the hotel as it is located in popular area of Jalan Riau. I love the building, lobby and the decor. However, this hotel was the lowest among those 3 hotel I stayed, in term of cleanliness and maintenance. Please pay attention on your room quality especially bathroom. I did not have a chance to enjoy breakfast, hence I had no comment on food and beverage.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, which I consider a true gem in the main street of Jalan Riau. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to many popular tourist spots and culinary areas. However, it’s worth noting that the area can get quite congested with traffic, and the road noise at night can be a bit much, especially if you’re a light sleeper.
For the price range and the quality of the rooms offered, I found the hotel to be quite affordable. It strikes a good balance between cost and comfort, making it a great option for budget-conscious travelers who don’t want to compromise on room quality. The spaciousness of the room was a pleasant surprise, offering plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring the city.
However, I did encounter a minor issue during my stay. The room had a noticeable smell of cigar smoke when I first arrived, which I didn’t mind too much personally. Still, I informed the receptionist about the situation to ensure I wouldn’t be mischarged for smoking. They assured me that the room would be cleaned, but unfortunately, nothing changed during my stay. While this was a bit disappointing, it didn’t overshadow the overall positive experience.

Nice hotel for a holiday or business trip. Comfort room, good Aircon, many variety menus for breakfast. But the parking area is limited. The pool area is quite big but the wind is so strong and cold. They have a playground for kids as well.

The rooms has modern designs with luxurious facilities, spacious, clean and comfy. The foods are tasty and various. Employees' services amazing especially Mr. Oky. Top quality at a reasonable price. Located in strategic area.

The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the city, with major attractions and shops nearby. The room (executive club) was spacious, clean, and offered stunning city views, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A highlight was the impeccable service, especially from Farhan, the butler in the restaurant. His excellent recommendations made our breakfast experience a pleasure. The overall ambience of the hotel is a perfect blend of elegance and local charm, providing a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bandung.
