Grand Tebu Hotel

I think it's my 4th time staying in this hotel. The first 3 was good. But the last one was disappointing.
I booked a superior room thru agoda, there's no specification of the bed size, so I requested a one large bed & non-smoking room. Usually its no problem, I always get the room I requested. But that day, Mba Tika said there was an error at the agoda so they didn't received my requests. Hence they gave me a twin bed, it was really no problem. But I specifically request a non smoking room. She said yes, the room is a non smoking type. Then I checked in.
As soon as the lift open on the 12th floor, the smell of cigarette rushed in. Turns out it was a smoking floor :) I dont want to be an annoying guest, but why did Mba Tika lie to my face? I really dont mind the bed type, but giving a smoking room to a non smoker? does she ever consider that the guest probably have health problem and cant handle being a third hand smoker? I didnt request a non-smoking room for no reason, I just recovered from a bronchipneumonia. Does Mba Tika know that nicotine lingers in walls forever and can't be removed? is Mba Tika educated enough of the effect of being a third hand smoker? this may sound harsh but please DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE the effect of nicotine. I don't care if you want to counter this with "kAkEk sAyA mErOkOk tP sEhAt sAmPe 97 tAhUn", go open your tik tok and educate yourself.
I always book this hotel every time I go to bandung.

Located on jalan riau, near to famous eateries, we just walked. If u want nearer to the viral places maybe tebu is better. Grand tebu is not congested as tebu. The service is above 5 stars, really helpful and polite. Pool just the right size for kids, for adults not great. Just one unfortunate thing was my aircond was not really cool, we had it at 18 but were still sweating.

Thank you for the service. 4D3N stays and have a great time. There's some things that interest that maybe a plus for this hotel.
They have enough choices of food in the morning or even in the night. They have many pastries, breads, traditional food, juices and even jamu.
They have strategic location that near from any activites. The street is good for running too.
They have unique lift made of glass that can see outside. It is a nice touch if want to see a view for a while.
The room was clean and spacious enough. The TV was working properly and the bathroom was good too.
They have gym and sauna on 18th floor too. It is important to me that hotel have a gym and enough equipment. I like that they take care of this facilities. But u think the pool is not large enough tho.
It is recommended to stay here when visit bandung.

Great location, super clean and friendly staff. We were only staying for 2 nights ended up staying 15. We had a very nice time traveling around Bandung and the hotel was a great centerspot to navigate any direction.

Stayed at family mezzanine room, room was clean, spacious, cold. Each floor has its own TV! Minus point was our floor was sticky.
They offered welcome drink & cakes at the lobby! Breakfast had wide variety, mostly Indonesian, but tasted so so.
Spa, gym, and pool available at rooftop. The pool was so small I considered it a kids pool. They joined the pool with the bar & people keep smoking while lots of kids were swimming, that’s very bad.

Great stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, and the 'Loft Room' was perfect for our family. It was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed.
The parking area was a bit limited, but the staff managed it well and made sure everything ran smoothly. The hotel's location was very strategic, making it easy to get around the city.

Good & neat room, clean bathroom, friendly service, good staff's, there is swimming pool on rooftop & the kids liked it.
The food was good, nothing negative comment, the pepperoni pizza is the best part! hand tossed pizza is good.
The hotel location is strategic.
When I stay here yesterday there is some problem on water heater in my room then soon directly repairing by the engineering team. Fast response! that's good.

I had a fantastic stay at Grand Tebu Bandung! The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. My room was spotlessly clean, and I was delighted to get a high-floor room as per my request. The morning and night views were absolutely amazing, adding to the overall experience.
The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting with a smile, and the housekeeping team was very attentive and cute in their service. Breakfast was another highlight—there were plenty of delicious food choices, ensuring a great start to the day.
The only minor issue was the water heater, which didn’t work as well as expected, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of my stay.
If I return to Bandung, I will definitely choose Grand Tebu again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The hotel is stategicly located in the center of Bandung. The studio rooms are recommended with higher floors (8th and higher. ) It has small parking structure. And the breakfast menu is simple but clean and fine. They have other Tebu hotel on the same road, so make sure you go to the correct one.

The family loft is clean and the room facilities are quite complete. We got a special price via one of the online applications. On the roof top there is a swimming pool and a kind of cafe where you can sit and relax while working or looking at the view of Bandung city below.

Hotel was very good location and they have a good facility they also have a comfortable room that really good for us as a traveller, for the breakfast also good thay have so many variation of menu and also get delicious taste, and the last for the service very nice.

Cleanliness: Good, Service: Very Good, Breakfast: Quite diverse and good. It is our first time stay at Grand Tebu Hotel and we satisfied with the services.
Btw, they have a lift for parking a car and it is quite unique experience as it is not common in Bandung.

On the 1st night, room was not even cold and informed reception. They rectified the issue immediately the next day. Breakfast was excellent throughout our stay. Friendly staffs who attended to our issues and queries promptly. Room service was great too by room service staff Ferry.
