Great location and food, but tough if you're traveling with a baby.
Strategic Location: The hotel is in an excellent, highly strategic spot. It makes exploring Bandung very convenient, with plenty of amenities and attractions nearby.
Good Breakfast: We really enjoyed the breakfast selection. It was tasty, well-prepared, and offered a nice variety of options to start the day.
The Not-So-Good:
No Handheld Shower: The biggest drawback for us was the bathroom setup. The toilet/shower area lacks a handheld showerhead. If you are traveling with a baby, this makes giving them a shower incredibly difficult and awkward.
Summary:
Overall, Grand Tebu is a solid, well-located choice for solo travelers or couples. However, the lack of a flexible shower hose is a major hassle for families with young kids.
As the organizing committee representing 4 LIFE, we held the meeting in the Capri meeting room at the Grand Tebu Hotel in Bandung, where all arrangements were executed with a high level of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
The meeting facilities were well-equipped, comfortable, and fully accommodated our needs throughout the event. The high-quality food and beverage selection, complemented by well-organized coffee breaks, ensured participant satisfaction.
Most importantly, the quality of service was truly exceptional. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Erifin and Mrs. Royana Putri for their exceptional hospitality, attention, and dedication. Their support was crucial to the smooth and successful execution of our event.

Stayed here for a family trip and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel's biggest advantage is its strategic location. It's easy to go for a morning walk, find local food, and explore the city on foot without dealing with traffic.
Although the property isn't very spacious due to its city-center location, the hotel makes good use of the available space with a multi-story design and even a car lift system for parking. I stayed in a standard room, while some family members booked the mezzanine room, which is a great option for families and larger groups.
The staff were friendly and service was good throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and reasonably priced for what it offers.
One area that needs improvement is the breakfast. Unfortunately, most of the dishes we tried were quite bland and didn't meet expectations. Interestingly, the room service food was much better, the pizza and soto were both enjoyable and far more flavorful than the breakfast selection. The gym is available but some equipment appeared rusty and could use better maintenance. The swimming pool is also quite small.
Overall, this is still a good hotel with a great location, comfortable rooms, and friendly service. With some improvements to the breakfast quality and gym maintenance, the experience would be even better.
