We were honestly quite surprised when we first arrived. The entrance and parking area at the back looked a bit like a storage area, so we weren’t sure what to expect.
But once we stepped into the hotel, everything changed. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean, and smelled amazing throughout the property. The atmosphere was welcoming, comfortable, and much nicer than we had anticipated.
Our only regret was booking just one night! We definitely wish we had stayed longer and would love to come back again in the future.

We learned about this hotel through a friend who recommended it for its convenient location near many popular cafés within walking distance.
Although we were initially skeptical about the elevator (it's small), it turned out to be safe. The room on the 5th floor was spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed. The room had a pleasant fragrance, sufficient storage space, and the air conditioning worked well throughout our stay without any musty odor.
The bathroom was nicely designed with bright lighting; however, cleanliness—particularly in the bathroom area—could be improved. The hot water temperature was also somewhat unstable.
There is no Netflix provided, but guests can log in using their own accounts, which was acceptable. It would be beneficial to have a breakfast option when booking. Additionally, the parking staff could be more helpful and friendly.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, (except noise from the rooftop area, which was used for playing and running, was occasionally disturbing), this hotel could be a good option for future visits, provided cleanliness is consistently maintained.

If you are travelling in Indonesia, you have to understand that the definition of clean might be different from the west. It‘s not surprising if an expensive accommodation might not be fully cleaned. However in our opinion this hotel is flawless.
Dear buminakura, please raise the salary of an old man who takes care of cars in parking area and also does the receptionist job at the same time. He also took care of our belongings very well. He did a good job.
