Had an exceptional birthday stay at Pullman! Everything was absolutely perfect, from the super comfortable room to the impeccable service. The staffs made my birthday felt truly special with a complimentary birthday cake and beautiful mirror art, which was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. I was beyond satisfied with my experience and highly recommend Pullman for a memorable stay. And also many thanks to Feby, Tami, Naffa, Yola, Lita, and Shaloom for the warm hospitality. Will definitely be back! ✨

Pullman Bandung offers a very comfortable stay with its strategic location, making it easy to access many parts of the city. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-designed, providing a relaxing environment after a long day.
The meeting rooms are well-equipped, although they can feel extremely cold at times. Breakfast comes with a wide variety of choices, catering to different tastes. The gym is fully equipped, the swimming pool is pleasant, and there is also a kids’ play corner, making this hotel suitable for both business and family stays.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Pullman Bandung. From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything was very pleasant and exceeded my expectations.
The service from the entire team was outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with complete amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable.
The Executive Lounge was also a highlight of my stay. It was cozy and relaxing, with a great selection of afternoon tea and evening cocktails. The menu variety was impressive, and everything I tried tasted delicious.
As an Accor Plus member, I was very happy and satisfied staying at this hotel. Breakfast was another excellent experience—there was a wide variety of food choices, all fresh and tasty. Fresh juices were always available, and I really appreciated that some fruits could be made into juice upon request.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable and memorable stay. I would definitely love to return and highly recommend Pullman Bandung to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay.

Stayed at a King Bed double room for only 2 nights in the city for a business trip. The check-in was easy and quick. The room was spacious enough for two, but with a smaller bathroom, a compact open wardrobe with no closet, and an open vanity. The bed was comfortable, but there were fewer options for pillow firmness. The room's overall design was nice, not that special, but it still gave a warm feeling. The breakfast was quite okay, but compared to other Pullman's, it was less varied. The Japanese options were limited, and the taste was standard. Fresh juice was also less varied.
I noticed some details in the room I considered eyesores, such as uncovered gaps in the ceiling right above the vanity, and ungrouted wall tile at the shower knob plate, which just make them less aesthetic, and also the round rug under the lounge chair was dull.

Pullman gave me the best experience in terms of service. I added a note to my reservation mentioning that I was celebrating my wedding anniversary, and Pullman went above and beyond in ways I truly appreciated. From the swan towel art to the heartfelt handwritten greetings and the surprise cake, everything made the celebration so special!
Thank you so much for the warm welcome during my stay. I will definitely come back again someday.

Enjoyed my stay at Pullman Bandung Grand Central with my friends. Amenities were very good. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Its convenient location meant that getting to places in the city was easy. Hotel staff helped us arrange transport when we needed. I would reccommend it to my friends.
Special mention to room attendants Sahd An & Devrio from Housekeeping who kept our room clean & neat throughout our stay. They were also agreeable to our requests and attended to them promptly. Made our stay so comfortable.

Being so central meant I was only minutes away from the vibrant Riau Street shopping district and local landmarks like the Gasibu field. It’s the ideal home base for anyone looking to explore Bandung’s best cafes and heritage sites.

​One of the highlights of my visit was the impeccable service at the front desk. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which truly elevated the entire experience. Moving into a more spacious suite with floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning panoramic view of the Bandung skyline and the surrounding mountains.

​The hospitality didn't stop at the upgrade. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with a complimentary cake! It was a thoughtful, delicious touch that made me feel like a truly valued guest. A well-composed one-night stay at pullman grand central bandung, marked by moments of excellence and minor lapses in execution.
The saturday to sunday ambiance felt lively yet controlled, aligning well with a refined weekend retreat. Akasa bar was a clear highlight, the bartender demonstrated both technical skill and attentiveness, delivering an espresso martini that was bold, balanced, and confidently executed.
Breakfast maintained the standard. Sirly, one of the waitresses, offered service that felt intentional rather than procedural… attentive, composed, and genuinely thoughtful, elevating what could have been a routine experience.
The check-in process, however, lacked the polish expected of a property in this category. The absence of a name tag on the receptionist complicated communication and introduced unnecessary friction. While the issue was ultimately resolved, the initial handling detracted from an otherwise seamless arrival.
The hotel is notably kids-friendly, with well-planned activities on the 2nd floor and at gajibu field. This is managed without compromising the overall atmosphere, a balance not easily achieved.
The team is generally young and willing, but excellence here is defined by individuals. Sirly at breakfast and the bartenders at akasa set the benchmark the rest of the operation should consistently meet.
Measured, comfortable, and capable of excellence when attention to detail aligns.

We had a very pleasant stay at Pullman Bandung Grand Central. A real highlight was the huge suite upgrade, which was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained made the stay feel special.
The Executive Lounge service was excellent. The staff were attentive, warm, and professional, with a great selection of food and beverages. It was a calm and enjoyable space, perfect for relaxing throughout the day.
The hotel facilities are also a strong point. The gym is excellent, well-equipped and modern. The kids club is great, clean and engaging, making it a nice bonus for families. The swimming pool is okay-sized, but as it is unheated, it can feel quite cold due to Bandung’s chilly wind—something to keep in mind, especially for kids.
One area that could use improvement is breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. While the venue itself is lovely, it struggled to handle the crowd during peak hours. Orders especially the egg dishes became messy and slow. This could be improved by preparing more items (such as eggs and popular dishes) ready for self-service, which would significantly reduce waiting time and confusion.
Interestingly, the ground-floor restaurant was amazingly fast and efficient, even with many guests. This shows the issue is more about workflow at the rooftop venue rather than staffing or service quality.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay with standout service, comfort, and facilities.

We chose Pullman Bandung Grand Central for our first wedding anniversary, and it was the best decision we could have made. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was sophisticated and welcoming.

Stayed here on new year night. Same awful room layout as pullman jakarta. Surprisingly their deluxe rooms dont have any cabinets. How convenient. No muslim shower in toilets, instead there is that stupid jet washer. Swimming pool is small. Restaurant staff is not much helpful and you need to manage yourself. Plus menu was also so so.
Their fitness area, teen playing area and outside jogging track are a plus.

My family and I spent 3 nights here. As an Accor Plus Platinum member, I booked 2 rooms and both got upgraded one tier. Hotel location is great, it’s near a lot of hype cafes.
The room itself was comfortable and the beds were cozy. At night, sometimes a bit of the traffic noises could still be heard from inside the room despite our rooms being on the 15th floor, so the sound insulation can still be improved. Make-up service was thorough and our rooms were always cleaned everyday.
We also got to enjoy the executive lounge during breakfast, tea time, and cocktail hour. We truly appreciate the attentive and friendly staffs both at the lounge & at lobby receptionist. We also got to use the gym which was okay, but the pool was a bit too small and the water was cold.
Last but not least, the Guest Relations & Housekeeping teams really make our staycation even more memorable. My parents were celebrating their anniversary during this stay and the team decorated their room with a mirror art decoration & surprised them with a chocolate cake :)
Overall, it was an enjoyable and memorable staycation thanks to the welcoming & friendly staff. A little input may be to provide towels at the gym even after 7PM (there was none provided at night because the staff was already gone). Other than that everything was great, would love to stay here again! :)

Very good location. Close distance to many popular Bandung restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself is nice and clean. Staffs are friendly and responsive to our requests. Breakfast spread is extensive and delicious. Special shoutout to kak Feby and kak Audi for surprising us with anniversary cake and hand written card. One of the best Pullman hotels we have ever stayed in. We will definitely come back here in the future.

My 7th stay at Pullman Bandung, and always a memorable one. Room is spacious, clean, airy, and very well-designed.
I always request the balcony room because of the view and the light. Unfortunately it came with a downside; the room is not soundproofed. This caused me some minor damage to my sleep quality, because Bandung's motorcycle community are always on the run during weekend nights — imagine the revving sound of big bikes circling around the protocol area — but all in all, the balcony room is still my favorite — the noise is paid off by the comfort of other aspects of the room, especially the luxurious amenities.
Breakfast spread is top notch. Any dietary options are available. And safe to say, as a pastry fan, the croissant and pan au chocolat here are to die for. Never skip them!
I'll definitely come back to my home away from home.

For yet another stay at Pullman Bandung, our family had a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The check-in process at the Executive Lounge was very smooth—the service was warm, fast, and truly made us feel welcomed as loyal guests.
Our room was spacious and comfortable for a family. However, some traffic noise from the street could still be heard, especially at night.
At the Executive Lounge, the selection of food and drinks was complete and satisfying. A special thank you to Silvia and Lintang, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always created a warm and pleasant atmosphere in the lounge.
At Sadrasa Restaurant, we also experienced exceptional service. Chef Angga consistently went above and beyond with his hospitality—from greeting us warmly to small gestures that made us feel genuinely cared for. At the sushi bar, Cook Fadly was very friendly as well, always greeting us and offering sushi with a smile and positive energy. Sopie and the entire Sadrasa waiter team were also very warm and made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
The Kids Club was a highlight for our children—the facilities were clean, fun, and kept them happily entertained for a long time.
For the swimming pool, the water was so cold and the Bandung breeze was pretty strong, so we dicided to not swim.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at Pullman Bandung. The warm hospitality from the staff made our visit feel much more personal. We will definitely return again.

I used the upgrade facility to suite room, it was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean. All staff were very friendly and responsive. I was delighted to enter the room that has been decorated for my birthday, then followed by a surprise with a bday greetings and cake. Thankyou to the guest relation staff Feby, Tami, Raffa, Audi and Rashya for the special effort. It was indeed a memorable stay!
