I had a wonderful stay at Aryaduta Hotel. The atmosphere was comfortable, the facilities were clean, and everything felt very well taken care of.
My husband and I had just come from a long trip all the way from America, and the comfort we found at Aryaduta truly made the journey worth it.
The highlight of our experience was the service at the restaurant. We were warmly greeted and assisted by Ms. Gita, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.

It’s always been great staying here. Last Saturday was my fourth time staying with my family, and the service was excellent as usual. We had an issue with the shower not working, but the team immediately checked it and moved us to another room on the same floor. Really appreciate the consistent good service.

My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The bed was soft and cozy, and the bathroom was spotless. I also appreciated the breakfast — simple but tasty, with a good variety of choices. The location was convenient, close to shops and local attractions. Although the Wi-Fi could be a little stronger, everything else was excellent. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Aryaduta Bandung has always been one of my favourite hotels to stay in Bandung, ever since its Grand Hyatt era.
On this trip, we stayed for 2 nights in rooms 501, 502, and 503. Rooms 502 and 503 are connected, which made it very convenient for us as we could easily monitor the kids while still having our own space. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the internet connection was fast and stable throughout our stay.
The service here truly stands out. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to one of the waitresses at Taruma Café who patiently helped my niece choose her meal, as she can be quite a picky eater.
This kind of thoughtful service really makes a difference. Breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes, so everyone in the family could find something they liked.
Another big plus is the hotel’s location — being directly connected to a shopping mall made it very easy for us to shop and find additional dining options without needing to go out too far.
Of course, there are still areas that could be improved. The elevators were quite slow, especially during peak hours, which sometimes caused delays. Also, the toilet bowl in one of the rooms had visible stains, which was not up to the standard expected of a hotel of this level.
Overall, though, Aryaduta remains one of the most reliable and enjoyable hotels in Bandung.

The Aryaduta Hotel was formerly a Hyatt Hotel. The building and its facilities are well-maintained, with luxurious touches evident in both the building and interior design. Stayed on the third floor with a room that has a spacious balcony, but unfortunately, it faces the wall of the neighboring hotel, which is unsightly due to its mossy and unusual shape. The housekeeping staff were very responsive and quick to fulfill requests for tidying.
The restaurant staff, front office staff, and concierge team were also prompt and efficient in serving our needs. The taste of the breakfast food needs to be evaluated and improved. For me and my family, the taste is "too plain".

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while it’s not the newest property, its charm and value make it a standout choice. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to everything you need. The breakfast spread is diverse with a solid selection of items, and the quality is dependable—nothing extraordinary, but it hits the mark. The facilities, including the pool and gym, are impressive and cater well to both business travelers and families looking for a getaway.
The real highlight, though, is the staff. The F&B team, particularly the young waitresses, go above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and welcome. Their effort and warmth truly elevate the experience. Yes, the hotel could use a modern touch-up, but the overall package is well worth it. Thank you for a great stay—I'll definitely be back! Bravo!

What a great hotel with great hospitality from all of the staffs. Obviously old but still stands very good in terms of design and room quality. I had a very pleasant stay even if it was only 2 nights. I would love to come back.

I had a pleasant experience staying at Hotel Aryaduta Bandung. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers complete facilities and the spacious room provided great comfort for relaxing after a day of activities.
One highlight is its direct access to Bandung Indah Plaza, which is incredibly convenient for shopping or dining. The property also features a lovely garden area, as well as an outdoor space with bird and rabbit enclosure especially for families with children.
That said, I believe the lighting in the bathroom could benefit from improvement, as it felt a bit dim. A brighter setup would enhance the comfort and usability of the space.
Overall, Hotel Aryaduta Bandung offers great value with its excellent location, attentive service, and family-friendly facilities.

Good place, certainly have seen better days but still run good. Service is nice and all.
The only thing that could be better is the waiters at the breakfast place could stop chatting at the serving area, and disturbing their coworker that taking order from guest would be appreciated. I seen many waiters just want to be polite to their coworker that wanted to chat ends up forgetting what they supposed to do and making many guest asking again. If any management reading this I just want to suggest keep their chat on the back, where it doesn't hinder service.

We originally booked a business room but were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe one. On top of that, we received such a warm welcome, we found that the room was beautifully decorated. The view from the window didn’t disappoint either and we really enjoyed it. Coming from the UK, we naturally expected air conditioning, though it can sometimes make the air a bit dry and cause coughing. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case here, the air quality in the room was spot on. The hotel was spotless in every corner, which added to the experience. All in all, we were thoroughly impressed with the service at Hotel Aryaduta.

We went here as part of our road trip, we splurged in another town so want to go easy a bit but still comfy. This hotel said it’s a 5 stars, probably years ago not now. However breakfast was extensive and good, Wi-Fi is not, the bathroom is oldie and if you take selfie it looks like you’re in a B&Bs but alas, kids love the tub. I ordered a kit to level it up a bit, they gave us tents and all for additional fees, kids love it. Room is spacious though. The pool os basic but it was cold and refreshing, my kids love it. I also enjoy the sunbathing area where I can fully soaked in the sun. It’s old and outdated but decent enough if you’re not too picky. Of course don’t expect real 5 stars.

I always love this property since was managed by Hyatt before. The lobby is clean and the staff around was helpful.
Room still great and well maintained, the thing I like is the Bathroom more spacious and better than your Sister Property in Menteng.
The pool is clean, I like big pool as it, only the wash room drain was clogged that time.
The Parking area was spacious, due to it integrated with the Mall, but the signage to the hotel in mall Parking Area need to be more visible.
The big homework for this hotel I believe that you need to renovate the breakfast lay-out dining area to keep updated with the current trend, the breakfast was old-school. The variety of the food need to reviewed. And sure it need support from the Management.
However, Keep up your good work, and regards to all the staff.

Location: Close to Bandung Indah Plaza mall and a Circle K. This makes it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and grabbing essentials without needing to travel far.
Room: though designed in a classic style, is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It includes a bathtub for extra relaxation, and the view is quite nice, adding to the room's appeal. However, one drawback is the absence of Netflix, which would have been a nice addition for entertainmen.
Breakfast: Exceptional! Every dish is delicious, with a wide variety that covers all tastes and preferences. There isn’t a single item that misses the mark, making it an absolute delight from every corner of the buffet. This is easily one of the best breakfast spreads I’ve experienced.
Facility:
-The hotel facilities are fantastic and well-suited for any type of stay. As a honeymoon perk, they even provided a complimentary cake, which was a lovely touch.
-The amenities are complete, with a fitness center, swimming pool, tennis court, and garden. I only tried the pool, which was spacious and clean, although it has an older style.
— The parking area is large, so finding a spot is easy.
— The Wi-Fi was seamless and reliable, perfect for staying connected.
— Their Christmas decorations added a festive charm to the experience, making the stay feel even more special.

The service here was excellent, especially from the waitress, Fitri, who was very friendly and attentive. Her warm smile and quick response to every request made the experience even better. She also made a perfectly balanced cappuccino that really stood out. The combination of Fitri's great service and the variety of delicious food makes me look forward to returning.
