Nice hotel with different continent themed rooms for each floor. I got japan themed floor last time, now got african themed one. Great locations if you want to explore Batu city.

Staff response via WA was fast. Payment via ATM transfer is possible. Very easy. We got lost, the officer picked us up. Dispenser okay. Single bed but enough for me, wife and child.

The staff is very good, good communication, fast response, cleanliness starting from the mattress, bathroom and room are very clean. TV facilities, water dispensers can be used as intended.

The room is okay, well equipped with smart tv. Breakfast is okay. Three points that need to be improved:
1. Need curtains to cover the windows. We don't wanna wake up at 5 am due to sunlight.

Staying at The Onsen Resort Batu was an amazing and relaxing experience. The Japanese concept is felt from the moment you arrive, with its peaceful atmosphere and simple yet elegant design.

Very good for the price. Host waited until late at night for us, morning coffee was a plus. Room lacked windows, wall was a bit moldy and you could hear the neighbours.

Good to stay here. Affordable price for room with sea view.

Stayed in the deluxe room, staff is super friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautiful, although in some spots could use some maintenance.

The location is very nice and pretty. However, the services such as cooking as was not well-prepared, lack of trainer for the mini golf, and also one of the driver for boogie car was not friendly.

This is the closest homestay from the railway station. The owner is kind hearted and can give you rooms according to your needs.

This a great value hotel, in a convenient location in Banyuwangi. It is our 2nd visit here. Rooms are clean, comfortable bed, lovely owners. Indonesian breakfast included. Definitely recommend.

Rooms are pretty basic but you can argue at the price they are you get more than you pay for between 2. Good location close to the beach and beautiful rice fields.

5 starts, everything was perfect! Fendy has a beautiful house and family. When you arrive the house it’s right behind the building.
