Parama Bromo Hotel… take the star off, honestly.
• Guests are expected to sleep early for a 3 AM wake-up call, yet staff and other guests blast music and shout late into the night. Is this a hotel or a beach club? No respect for people trying to rest.
• Reception tries to sell tours at 3x the online price, and when questioned, just shrugs it off with “that’s the price. ” Seriously? Only the lady today was very helpful, Appreciated about it.
• Communication is a mess, asked for a shared tour, got booked into a private one instead.
• Room electricity keeps flickering on and off, beyond annoying.
• Even with the lights off, the room is still bright because corridor lights aren’t properly blocked. Good luck sleeping.
Would not recommend. Fix your management and basic hospitality standards.
Stayed 2 nights in the family room and we loved it.
Nice hotel, clean bedroom & bathroom, great location, beautiful mountain view right in front of the room and the staff very nice. I ordered a birthday cake for my son's birthday and they prepared a surprise for us, really appreciated it.
We will definetaly comeback!

The water heater working well, but the windows cannot open, the whole room was humid, damp and without fresh air, ventilation is bad.
There's lots of mold in the toilet, lights are dim in the toilet too. The floor are very cold and sticky, no slippers provided in the room. It is quite noisy as the room are near to the road.
Buffet breakfast start at 10am. Fried noodles, fried rice toast and cereal provided. The black coffee quite nice. Staffs are helpful.
Very cool and chilling. Evening stroll around here can have a view of sunset in Bromo.
Please bring hair dryer as it is not provided. The shampoo dispenser difficult to use.
