Rooms were clean and everything was provided. Air conditioning was available. Kids enjoyed the garden and the swimming pool. Host Mr Arman was friendly and helpful. Grocery right on the street.

We stayed at Avan Plaza Hotel on Friday night and had a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and comfortable.

Very nice hotel, the service very kind and profesional, menu is so good and chip 👍not far from city center, thank you for all.

This hotel is perfect. The rooms are big and clean and there is everything you need, even slippers, bottles of water, a kettle to make tea. The stuff is very polite and helpful. I liked the breakfast.

Cozy, clean 2-bedroom apartment, conveniently located near the station. Some minor maintenance was needed, typical for the area, but the building felt safe and had heating and hot water.

Amazing stay, close to the subway station, the room was clean and had no problems with it. You can get your breakfast whenever you want until 8-9pm.

It was my wedding day, so I booked the hotel from where I have to prepare myself and make photoshooting session! the team was perfect and they service as well.

This is a very modern hotel with a fresh renovation and an excellent location. The rooms are bright, spotless, and extremely comfortable.

Everything is good the Food and the breakfast buffet. And the reception staff are so Nice.

We liked the hotel. Small, quiet and cozy. It is located in the city center. There are many cafes and shops within walking distance. If the weather is clear, you can see Mount Ararat from the balcony.

Hotel in the center of Yerevan. Comfortable and clean beds (3500 dram). Access to a kitchen. Fairly quiet.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The place itself is very neat and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days stay in this wonderful hotel.

We could choose from a room with windows leading to the main road or a room without any windows lol.
The host is extremely friendly, speaks good english.
Theres not much space to work comfortably.

5 stars. Private room with solo bathroom. Solo traveller here. Will recommend this place. Near the center and shops and restaurants. Owner is very accommodating. Safe also.

Amazing stay! The room is huge and super comfortable. The price is also very economical. The host is amazing and so kind and friendly. We love the beds and linens were comfortable.

You can have kitchen shower towels Wi-Fi and it’s cheap too one night 6000 amd.
It close to 15 usd 💵 the manger speaks English Persian.

This is quite a nice place, a spacious room with its own bathroom. The Wi-Fi is adequate, so is the kitchen.

We were looking for an inexpensive and convenient place to visit Yerevan. We stayed at "Armenia Hostel". And they didn’t regret it! Clean, no-frills rooms, each with its own toilet and shower.

If Lily still works there, it would be the best service.

Lived on the first floor. It is very noisy in the morning when the organization that is located on the first floor next door opens.
