I had the most wonderful time at this Villa. The owner was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The pool was not that big but atleast its refreshing.

It is a very comfortable place to gather with friends and family. I really loved the time I spent there!

First of all I t looks like a little bungalow,, the romm is very spacious, clean and comfy … it has another room inside one room. So its like one family can stay in a single room 😂

The rooms were quite spacious, though the decor was rather strange, attempting a sort of faux-royal style that didn't quite land.

Hospitality of staff is very nice and especially miss Hasmik and miss Yana are friendly helping us to visit the city and enjoying staying in this hotel. The cleaning of room is excellent.

The hotel is right next to the central bus station and a 24/7 supermarket. You can catch a bus to the city center, which takes about 20 minutes. The air-conditioned rooms are very comfortable.

Small hotel with great atmosphere. The personel was really outgoing and friendly, location in the middle of town but u need 10 minutes walking to first main street.

Staffs are very friendly and very flexible. My flight was 5pm and as per the rule I had to leave the room 12pm but they let me stay until the time I wanted.

I have stayed at the Fleur de Erevan hotel many times. And every time I get an unforgettable experience. The hotel is located next to Republic Square, the heart of the city.
