Nice hotel. An excellent choice for relatively little money. Stayed with my family at the end of April 2023 — we needed to spend the night between flights. We took 2 numbers. The rooms are great.

First of all I t looks like a little bungalow,, the romm is very spacious, clean and comfy … it has another room inside one room. So its like one family can stay in a single room 😂

The rooms were quite spacious, though the decor was rather strange, attempting a sort of faux-royal style that didn't quite land.

I highly reccomend this hotel they have very friendly stuff nice athmpsphere really special and delicious food I enjoyed my time there and I ll return for sure.

(Maybe even garage)
Large room with sitting room, large bathroom.

The hotel is more than normal for the money. Clean rooms, beds in good condition. Good internet, enough for video calls.

Quick check in, 24/7 reception, reserved parking space, all great!

Excellent hotel. Great location, right in the center. There is a 24-hour supermarket, bus stop, metro nearby. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the cascade.

Contactless check-in. Modern renovation, very clean. The room has everything you need (refrigerator, microwave), there is a cooler with drinking water in the hall.

The room has everything you need, the bed linen is clean and fresh. The bathroom is separate, everything that should be there is there.

A good guest house, corresponds to the stated price. Quite suitable for a budget stay in Yerevan.

The hotel is right next to the central bus station and a 24/7 supermarket. You can catch a bus to the city center, which takes about 20 minutes. The air-conditioned rooms are very comfortable.

We really liked the hotel, it is convenient, comfortable, everything corresponds to the description, thanks to the staff, they are very polite, they will explain everything and tell you if you need

City views. Clean neighborhood. The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to the city center, and I walked to all the sights.

Very nice boutique hotel with designer rooms. Nice breakfast and superb service including welcome glass of Konyak. Restaurants, public transport and taxis nearby. Very clean. Highly recommend.

The owner is very nice and the price is very reasonable. If you're a solo traveler or just looking for a well-priced place to stay, this hostel is really good.

It was a clean and quiet place a bit far from the city centre but definitely worth it.
