The location is relatively convenient.
The room was absolutely terrible. Everything was dirty. They hadn't cleaned it up since the previous occupants. There was probably a finger-sized amount of dust in the closet, plus someone's half-drunk bottle of cognac was lying around. The water was turned off overnight. The bathroom stunk unbearably. The walls looked like they were painted with feces, and the plaster was peeling. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! We asked for a refund, but they refused.

Excellent clean room, on the 1st floor, next to the reception. There was always Wi-Fi, hot water, a large refrigerator with a freezer, warm blankets, hangers in the closet. It's a pity there was no kettle and cups, but I didn't ask for them. They gave me 2 towels: a large and a small one. There was no cleaning for 5 days, but I didn't need it — I didn't litter. The price and quality correspond. The location is not the best. It's upstairs — coming from the center, you need to go up the Cascade and walk along the highway, crossing the road twice. But this is a budget option, so no complaints.

The cascade is about a 15-minute walk away, the RIO shopping center is 5 minutes away, the hotel itself is located on a side street, so there is no noise.
The room is clean, on the ground floor there is a kitchen and washing machine. Overall, price-quality ratio. Not a bad option for those who spend the whole day on excursions or walking around the city.
The administrators are polite, always ready to help. I arrived at night and was met and checked in at night. Before the flight, we also left our bags for the whole day, and they gave us more tea in the evening.

Comfortable bed. Refrigerator, TV in the room. 15 minutes walk to the cascade. Nearby there is a RIO supermarket with a grocery store and a food court. And also with another product set. The room is clean.

A small hotel, an economy option, not far from the center, very friendly staff, there is everything for cooking (kitchen), and there is also a room where you can sit and have a snack. Good internet. You can get an inexpensive taxi from and to the airport.
I would like the dishes in the kitchen to be cleaner.

I didn't like the rudeness at the reception! The hotel can bring guests for 3 hours. We checked at the entrance and were told that it was possible. Then they came 40 minutes later and told us to leave. Then they offered to pay, only in cash! 5tsch. D. And then you can stay. This is the last day of the trip, I rented a room (that is, I am a client) to my friend. For 3 weeks. The evening was ruined! The rude, insolent woman at the reception refused to tell me her name or give the number of a superior person and sent me away! I advise you to better watch who you hire!
At 3 o’clock in the morning she offered my husband, who speaks Armenian, to come and bring this money hahaha.

The most uncomfortable mattress of my life, the terrible protruding springs did not allow me to sleep properly. And unpleasant odors from the toilet.

Hotel is a 5 mins walk from Rio Mall. Location of the hotel is 10mins drive to the center, Yandex taxi cost only between 500AMD to 1200AMD. Its quiet at night and the hotel is clean. No AC so its a bit hot during summer. The hot water is not available all the time as well, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.
