Yerevan Hotels with a Parking

A small, quiet hotel with very hospitable owners. We were greeted with the words “make yourself at home”, and that’s exactly what happened.

It is a very comfortable place to gather with friends and family. I really loved the time I spent there!

I celebrated New Year's Eve here with friends. The house has a large hall, two bedrooms and a kitchen. There is a barbecue, a bar in the yard, and they say there is even a swimming pool in the summer.

I stayed here for two nights and honestly had a really good experience. The location is very convenient — close to the center, so it’s easy to move around and explore the city.

The location is very good, close to Republic Square and Yerevan Stairs, but the bed is a bit old.

It’s a nice place with a good location. The breakfast is good. I stayed in female dormitory and it was clean and cosy.

We have been booked by our agency for four days here at Yerevan Hostel. It is an amazing hostel as it is a budget-friendly accommodation.

This place offers a variety of rooms suitable for budget travelers, and they even accept families with kids at no extra cost.

My wife and I went to an event. Stayed one night. Overall ok. The heater was humming — I had to turn it off. In winter, the soul is cold. Well, there is a shared kitchen.

I have stayed at the Fleur de Erevan hotel many times. And every time I get an unforgettable experience. The hotel is located next to Republic Square, the heart of the city.

Lived from February 4 to February 11, 2024. In the city center, within the Ring Boulevard. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Wonderful hotel very near to the center. Special thanks to Vahe, Armen and Anahit. They're all been so helpful and welcoming while i'm staying there.

I am very attentive to details, so this is a detailed review. If you want to stay in the center of Yerevan, this is the best place.

The lady is very good I come here by night train from Georgia to Armenia so I'm here early morning she give me early checkin she is very good also I have to pay 3300 Armenia but she don't have change

Suited in the center of Yerevan near the republic square with a great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Excellent management. Great staff and customer service. Also, clean rooms & cozy.

I visit Armenia a lot, but never seen hotel like this for this price.
They do everything for your convenience, room was extra clean, very modern hotel, staff helpful, hotel has elevator.

I checked in early for free. They do their best for my stay.
You can also leave your luggages in hotel for free.
Hotel has elevator which is big plus.

Hospitality of staff is very nice and especially miss Hasmik and miss Yana are friendly helping us to visit the city and enjoying staying in this hotel. The cleaning of room is excellent.

The location of this hotel is great, very central. The room and the bathroom were comfortable, very clean.

Rooms were clean and everything was provided. Air conditioning was available. Kids enjoyed the garden and the swimming pool. Host Mr Arman was friendly and helpful. Grocery right on the street.

It was my wedding day, so I booked the hotel from where I have to prepare myself and make photoshooting session! the team was perfect and they service as well.

Strongly recommend the property, as a family of 4 with a small baby, we had a very pleasant and amazing stay.
