I’m so frustrated! We had our son’s wedding guests stay here. They got our reservations all screwed up and charges my credit card for 2 rooms we had already paid for! Almost $800 of charges we should never have been charged. Don’t ore pay for rooms. Don’t try to couple more than one reservation or they won’t be able to mentally process it. Expect to have to fight charges. We had almost 120 guests stay there and many had the same problem I had. I thought we were simply supposed to enjoy the wedding festivities. Wrong. I got to argue reservations and charges several times each day for 4 days and I’m still arguing over a week and a half later!

Well, I just called the hotel regarding my October 19-21 stay, and they have no record of my reservation, even though I received a "Rest Easy" confirmation email. I guess I'll rest easy in my car, along with the other 3 guest who won't have a room. Oh yeah, and what am I suppose to do with my car? $10 a day for parking? You have to be kidding me.

Location is amazing. The rooms were cozy though smaller than I expected. The food was good — I specially liked the option of late night snacking. There is a pool and a gym as well with the option of renting work-out clothes. The staff is very polite and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Hotel facilities were nice, but the restaurant and staff were terrible. Food was awful, I ordered a Benedict and the poached eggs were hard, no yolk. The buffet food the next day was what one would expect from a smaller hotel chain would offer for free in the morning, served out of chafing dishes and cold by the time you moved your plate from the buffet line, oh and by the way, we were presented a 30 dollar bill right away and NEVER received the coffee we ordered when we sat down. We were there for a huge Indian/Greek wedding, 3 day event and had approximately 300 plus of us staying their, if you know anything about these 2 groups of people, they like their cocktails. Unfortunately, they were understaffed and refused to open the bar or serve us a drink until after 3. What a huge loss in revenue for them. This is not the type of experience I would expect from a Westin or Starwood hotel, completely disappointed!

The hotel is conveniently located and has several stores and shops within walking distance. All are very pricey. I requested handicap accommodations online and directly via telephone with hotel and was disappointed during a late checkin with a regular room. We lost the first night because the accommodations were not honored as requested during the reservation process. The day shift front desk crew moved us to an accessible room that had no shower chair and no shower curtain. The original design was definitely not for a handicap person and safety items appeared to be an afterthought. Asked only for a change of towels during a 3 day stay and had difficulty finding a complete set. No crowd control for the wedding party that was blocking the elevators and at least one main entrance. Overall, this was a very poor experience and I don't think that I would recommend this hotel for anyone requiring accessible accommodations.

Always love staying here. Place is pet friendly which is amazing as most places are not, not everyone has children, dogs are the new children for Millennials and I appreciate this hotel being ahead of the game without throwing crazy charges at me for having a pup. Rooms and beds are very clean and nicely finished. Location is ideal and right off of route 1 and nearby to downtown Princeton. Highly recommend!

One night at this Westin is hardly enough to give it a proper review; so take this with a grain of salt. Check in was kind and efficient. Room was in good condition. A small issue was dealt with quickly and professionally. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked. The hotel was large and had adequate parking and was part of a complex that featured a large spa (we didn't go) ; high end restaurants and some interesting shops. The lobby had a hotel run Starbucks and a bar. Looked like a popular location for corporate meetings and large weddings. A fine choice in the Princeton area.

I had my senior prom here and it was fantastic. Great DJ, great food, great decorations, great drinks. I had the time of my life.

Great place to stay. Food service at the restaurant was not good for me. Ibrought5people there. We were the only ones, placed order, more guest arrive. Restaurant full, got order last. I was not happy. I could not eat my meal because the served it 5 minutes before the start of my meeting. I was not happen. I guess it is true, the first shall be last…

I really appreciate a good hotel experience and this stay here was such a great hotel experience. Rooms were clean and nice. Wi-Fi is really good here. There’s Dining & a bar. & they are pretty flexible with check in/check out times. Very attentive staff! Will def do again. Thank you.

We used the Westin in Forrestal Village for a block of rooms leading up to our wedding day. We had many out of town guests coming, and the groomsmen stayed there the night before the wedding. The Westin was great at aiding in setting up the block, and were very easy to work with. As reported by my husband and the other guests, the accommodations were great. We would definitely recommend using the Westin for any needed blocks of rooms in your future!

I've stayed here twice and while I don't recall beyond the beds being extremely comfortable on my first visit the second visit the hotel definitely felt more so like a wedding destination then a destination for overnight guests. That being said the rooms were spacious and seem to have been recently updated. The beds were still extremely comfortable, the staff was friendly, and prices were very reasonable considering the hotel is in great condition and and a great location central to all in Princeton.

Stayed here for one night. The front desk was great, answered all my questions but couldn't get me a king room on the higher levels. Luckily, the room they had reserved for me was in the corner. The pros: Super nice staff at check in and check out, corner room, bottle of wine. The cons: Room really needed updating, toilet was about 6 inches lower than normal and took about half an hour to stop running. The auto function on the A/C didn't work so we had to turn the fan on low and let it run to cool down the room.

Nice place. Quiet neighborhood. Very beautiful to walk around. Good food selection. Friendly services. Rooms on the small side but clean.

Not the BEST West in but, adequate. Bed was comfy. Room was relatively clean. Windows do not open so the recycled air is a little gross for a long stay.

Very beautiful and accomdating hotel. I went to a wedding hosting 500 plus people they did a great job of being able to handle the high volume of traffic and requests. All guests were very happy overall.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The room service was also quickly available. Overall a good experience. But do keep in mind. Nothing is complimentary here even water bottles kept in the room.

Very nice hotel! The staff are professional and helpful. Our room was lovely, clean, and in great shape. They have a really nice pool here — it's actually warm! We'd definitely come back.

My job is sales I travel every moth at least for a week to different cities. This hotel is 4 star as they clam and the staff was very friendly and help full we had good experience of this stay at westin.

The staff is extremely friendly. The hotel itself is average to subpar. There are renovations planned, but they have not begun yet despite being sorely needed. It's a good, functional hotel.

The Weston Princeton is a great hotel. Accommodations are current. Staff is friendly and it is walking distance to many restaurants. Would recommend staying here.

The location was pretty well placed. I had a nice time at my prom there. Food was good, exceptional service and I honestly would recommend it to anyone passing by that area. It's a nice place to stay when on a business trip or vacation.

Was there for a business lunch. The wait staff were extremely friendly and professional and did not keep us waiting to order our meals, refill our drinks. Lots of natural sunlight in the lobby that made its way into the restaurant. A good business experience and I suspect it would have been equally pleasant had I stayed as a guest!

4 day stay — Clean, comfy, good food. Responsive staff eager to help. If only they planned ahead! Corporate event w 1 hr lunch break — our preordered 3 course meal trickled out, and some never got their food 2 days in a row. In room — heat not working, and shower head sprayed water everywhere. Engineering fixed both with a quick call, but would have loved to had the room ready and comfy from the start. Upon late night arrival, front desk said their dining room was closed, but the grill across the street was open. In fact, the Grill was closed, but the hotel restaurant was open?!? The staff was A+ friendly and helpful, so I'd say everything was a management issue.

In town for a meeting at Princeton and the hotel is about 10 minutes from campus. Great room with a treadmill and weights in it. Comfortable bed, soft towels, friendly staff.

The Westin provided a great meeting space and made sure we had plenty of drinks for our meeting. Great place to hold a conference.

Very nice room, one of the first in a very long time that understood not putting the driver next to the elevators or ice machines. Would defenatly not mind seeing it listed as a return hotel.

The area is quiet and the hotel is generally standard fare. The bathroom was above average though — small, but with a nice rain type shower head and a hand spout as well. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant closed a bit too early to be convenient.

Location is great, right off the major roads and close to shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean and maintained well, except for one major flaw. BED BUGS in two of the rooms on the 4th floor. I normally wouldn't complain or announce this in a review but the service that followed made it a terrible experience. It took over an hour to get another room because there wasn't a manager on premise at 10pm and there were no protocols for this situation. Even that wasn't so bad. We were being as patient as possible when in the middle of us talking quietly this woman behind the counter, I think her name was Maria very rudely said "can you quiet down we have guest staying in this hotel. " We tried to tell her it wasn't us because there were a group of college kids hanging out in the dining area but she just rolled her eyes. " If it wasn't for her rude comment when she knew the situation we just encountered, I would've been fine with my experience despite the bed bugs because it's not the hotels fault they have them. It is the hotels fault for not training their employees not to be rude and for not having protocols for bed bugs and having us wait for an hour.

I recently joined the Starwood preferred guest program after staying at several Starwood hotels in a row and having great experiences at each of them. This hotel was a total disappointment by comparison. I opted to book this hotel via the phone, for 30$ more than the hotwire rate because the person on the phone assured me I would be placed in a corner room with a queen bed. I did not get a corner room, or a queen bed for my stay and so wasted this additional money, next time I'll just book through hotwire thanks. As my wife and I got close to the hotel, we realized we were nearly out of baby wipes, it was late and our kids were exhausted so we went straight to the hotel because the Westin has the kids club program, they advertise on their website, and in the hotel book in the room that they can provide diapers, wipes, cribs etc. Unfortunately this hotel had none of that, and was totally unapologetic about it. I was told by hotel staff to drive to Wal Mart for my baby wipes. After getting settled into our room, we got the kids dressed, and went to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, which is listed as being open for dinner until 10pm. Imagine my surprise when it was CLOSED at 7:30. So at this point we have to drag our exhausted, travel-weary children out to a nearby restaurant, and take them shopping. In the hotel room I found the fixtures barely attached, or not attached at all, screws that are meant to hold the curtain in place are hanging loose on the wall.

So I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway for me, wife and my son. I got there checked in no problem. Going up to my room, in the elevator I started to notice that this place is not taken care of, the way its kept and all. Sure enough I get to my room (Executive Guest Room) was shocked at the small size of the room, did not smell fresh like other hotels do when you walk into a room for the first time, the bathroom toilet paper holder was hanging on one screw and ended up falling off all the way. Fresh Towels and soaps where not replaced when I came back to my room after room service was done, I had to ask for everything and wait to take a shower since I didn't have new towels. The main reason I booked this hotel was because of the outdoor pool thinking that my wife and son will enjoy it. BIG MISTAKE 1) No Towels were provided there either, when I asked the front desk why there are no towels at the pool, they replied, that we are not used to handling such a crowd and we dont have enough towels. 2) No Pool Supervision what so ever, 1 person was reserving 10 chairs just by placing 1 towel for each chair waiting for his family to arrive 2 hours later. There were people NOT FROM THE HOTEL camping in through the side pool entrance, there were no hotels staff to tell them anything. 3) The pool was not clean the water was very cloudy, also the steps railing was missing to.

I didn't like: the broken glass everywhere, my dirty tub, the fact that people were smoking pot and no one did anything about it, the musty smell in the bedrooms and in the hallway.

I have been staying at this hotel for years. The staff has been fantastic across the board in spite of a hotel that needs a significant makeover. Recently a new GM (Todd Capizzo) came in and is trying to change things (eg, layout in the entry/ bar). His changes are not working and frustrating routine guests. When I voiced my concern he effectively ignored me — — very frustrating. Hopefully, this is an initial misstep and they will listen to customers and recover.

I booked a room for a guest and my experience with the front desk: — They accepted me to pay for something with my credit card over the phone. — They hang up on me over the phone while I was talking. — They changed their mind and said that their company policy did not allow them to make payments over the phone. — I had to talk to 2 employees just for a simple transaction. — In the end, I could not make a simple purchase and had 2 very rude phone conversations with no result.

I loved it here! There was a false alarm fire at 3 am, which was really annoying. The following morning they offered free breakfast and. To be honest, it was terrible but everything else is great, which is kind of ironic.

I am sending some co-workers to stay there this evening for a client meeting tomorrow. I can't even get someone on the phone. Either I am put on hold for quite some time, or I get sent to a voicemail that says this line does not work. I hope their stay is better than trying to reach someone on the phone. I tried calling this morning and yesterday. I got the voicemail both times and then today was put on hold twice for quite some time. I think maybe they could use some extra help.

Front desk staff were very friendly and accomdating. I appreciated the service, they made my stay and enjoyable one.

I chose to stay at this hotel because of its location (our office is adjacent to the hotel. ) Overall, the hotel wasn't bad. It was very clean and quite comfortable — not much more you could ask for from a hotel. While I stayed there, there was an issue I had with the bellman and the hotel taxi service. When I asked the bellman for a cab, I exclusively requested a taxi cab. He explained to me that the navigator parked out front was the hotel taxi and would provide me with taxi service. $40 dollars later for a 8 minute car to the train station prompted me to question the driver as to the price. The driver's response was to angrily reply that he "doesn't sit around all day for free. " I called several local cab companies and found it to be roughly a $22 fare. After discussing the above situation with my office, we have since contracted services with a local taxi cab company. Fortunately for the Westin, we are located right next door, so their "cab service" won't cost them any business from OUR office. — Sincerely, a very disgruntled client.

I must say, I feel the experience both my colleague and I had with Westin was a negative one. The hotel had great amenities and was located in a scenic, relaxing area, but the shuttle service and hotel staff leave a bit do be desired. We came to the States from the UK on business, and had the extreme misfortune of requiring the hotel's shuttle service. The driver charged us $45 each to go to Johnson and Johnson — $90 total, for a 20 minute trip. My colleague and I questioned the driver about the price, but we were readily dismissed. I spoke to the receptionist at the hotel to inquire about the seemingly exorbitant prices. The receptionist tried to be very kind, but more or less turned a blind eye to our situation. Dissatisfied with the assistance from the hotel, I personally called a car service from Princeton and was quoted nearly half what we just paid. We booked car service through them for the remainder of our week long stay in the States. Thanks to the unconcerned hotel staff, we will subsequently stay elsewhere in the future.
