Nice place I would recommend. Rooms are updated and clean. Bathrooms were clean. Good rate online.

Stayed here as a bridal suite before our wedding. Rooms were clean, but I was far from impressed considering the outrageous price. It took forever to get us in our room that was booked months in advance. My poor flower girl was exhausted. There was no reason that check in should take so long. This is not the only Sonesta I've had issues with. I would never recommend any Sonesta to anyone.

To us this hotel was above average. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were great. Room service was daily and early in the morning. The only apprehension I have is that the sound isolation is not that great. Breakfast is really good and fresh. I would stay in this hotel anytime the rooms are available.

The Sonesta ES suites Princeton is a lovely hotel with a convenient layout, good parking, a nice business center and a lovely pool. We also used one of their conference rooms which was very nice. My only qualm was with internet speeds and latency but everything else was aces!

We attended Sonesta for a convention. I enjoyed the convention, but the best part was the unobtrusive staff and guests. Usually going to conventions at hotels is dicey because of management, loud families unaffiliated with the con, etc. It's in a quiet location, and the hotel is never really busy. If I had to complain about anything, I'd say their hotel store is way overpriced for basic amenities, but that's to be expected for convenience. There's a Target down the road, anyway.

Beautifully furnished rooms. Kitchen had all basic essentials. They have TVs in living area as well as bedroom. Gym and pool area is good too. Would definitely recommend.

Last night after a long trip with two children, 2 and 5, we tried to check in to our hotel at 130am which we booked over a month ago. I had called earlier and told them I was going to be late and they said they had my reservation. I was told they gave my room away and couldn’t do anything. In fact I was just handed a business card and told to complain to someone else. We had to find another accommodation at 2am. Don’t think your reservation is secure. Turns out they gave it away at 7pm.

The room was pretty nice. Furniture was comfortable. Room smelled fresh and was very clean. Heidi, Adam (I think that was his name), and the evening front desk representative were very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. Shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Kitchen had a stove and large fridge. Bed was comfortable. No fancy blankets or sheets, but they are sufficient if you are exhausted. Noise passes through the thin walls, but it was fairly quiet at night. Overall, it was a very good experience. Just make sure to put both layers of the shower curtain inside the shower or there will be a puddle awaiting the completion of your shower experience.

Great suite! Comfortable and clean. Grounds and pool area are well kept. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend as a great place to stay!

Very clean. Doesn't have that weird bleach or cleanings smell. Heidi at the front desk is super kind and a wonderful conversationalist.

Clean and comfortable. Meeting spaces and a laundry. Don't be late for breakfast… or you'll miss it by 1 minute.

The nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. Has a kitchen, nice showers, nice rooms, 3 TV's, and two bedrooms. The living room area is a bit small though.

Booked a suit with my dogs. They changed the rules of pet fee from per stay to per pet, lost the reservation, had to move to a new room after the first night sense they put me in a hypoallergenic room. There "pet friendly" room smelled of pics and orange cleaner. With the amount of money they charge for pet fees they could buy a good carpet steamer or put hard wood in it all. Will say staff was very friendly.

We visit there regularly for a social event and it has always been a great experience. We haven't bought rooms for the night but the environment is great for private events.

Clean and quiet. Rooms come with kitchen. There is a pool and BBQ available. The free breakfast is better than most.

This place has its ups and downs but in overall I would visit place again. It's ups it has a full kitchen and free breakfast and parking and near shopping malls and it kinda spacious and front end desk clerks was very nice and courteous. The downs of this place the cable is the worse especially when it rains and snows dish network worse cable service ever, the walls in the bedroom area was dirty and the tables was dusty. The carpet need some deep cleaning. The temperature control could use some work too. This is only my experience and opinions of this establishment.

Came here with my wife for valentines away from the fam. Great price for the amount of room. Very clean room, although we did have to run some of the silverware and dishes through the dishwasher before using. The staff are all great, and very kind.

These spacious suites are essentially well designed two bedroom apartments, with full kitchen, living room with dining area and bathrooms for each bedroom. Private outdoor entrances top off the deal. Check in was easy, but parking isn't fabulous, keeping this as a four star review.

I was a little taken aback when I couldn't find the welcoming smile of Irene, in and around at the resort. Over the many years and during my multiple stays at Sonesta, from a kind and helpful person Irene had become for me one of the reasons I would always look forward to coming over to NJ. Christmas surely, doesn't feel the same without her.
Would be great if you could pass on my love, appreciation and regards to Irene.

First time that I used this location. They'll offer a free breakfast in the morning and have afternoon meals Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday evenings. It's a chance for the guests to mingle event and the food is pretty good. The rooms are spacious and very smartly designed with Outlets that are built into the front of the furniture. There is a full-sized Kitchen in the two bedroom suite and a stove top kitchen in the one bedroom suite. Very safe accommodations and I would stay again. Staff was extremely friendly.

The hotel had all the essentials, the room service helped clean everything up and I enjoyed my stay there. The breakfast was complimentary and tasted great. The service was friendly.

There good part is that they offer rooms with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The King bed was very comfortable. Our room also had 3 TVs a kitchen and living room. Unfortunately, they weren't that clean. Carpeting was dirty and the room had a certain odor. In addition, housekeeping didn't come to clean the room. Breakfast had sausage and eggs, but was very dry.

Feels like home. Friendly staff and it clean. I appreciate the bathroom floors. They were not slippery when wet. I felt my children were safe after taking bath or shower.

The room was spacious with cute furniture in the main room. At check in the receptionist gave us a bottle of wine because we were checking in for a special occasion. The only downside was the room had a few bugs as though it had not been occupied recently.

They were flexible allowing for our 80lb dog to stay here. The rooms are nice and large though the bedroom itself feels a little cramped. Breakfast was about your average. Prices were pretty good.

Great location. Easily accessible but away from busy city. Fully stocked kitchenette with full size range. Excellent room layout. Only negatives are partially carpeted bathroom and staff not being fully knowledgeable on amenities. Carpet in bathrooms is a no for me.

It was good when it comes to room and stay. Breakfast was good as well, little market place was useful. We stayed in 2 bedroom suite on first floor. How ever it was difficult given they did not have elevator. If you have kids and need stroller like I had a double stroller for my twins then it can difficult. I just took my kids & luggage up with help of husband. Other than that stay was comfortable. Bathrooms had a good amount of shampoo etc stocked up. Breakfast was good, how ever I couldn't enjoy it much as I had two little ones who couldn't sit in high chair & I had no way to bring it to room. Parking was good. They have pool, outdoor seating for breakfast and tennis court. Full size fridge and kitchen was put main reason to choose this one because I hate to wash baby bottles in bathroom sink. Over all comfortable stay.

My husband and I stayed here for three months. We were very happy with everything until we found roaches in the bathroom and froze because there heating system never gave heat just cold air. When we told the front desk Manager Bobbie did nothing she told us the roaches were nature. The maintenance guys came and check our heating said there was nothing wrong with it and we were crazy. We froze so bad we went and bought Amish fire place to stay warm. We also found towels with blood stains on them. The staff except this women Bobbie and the maintenance men were real jerks. We get a knock on the door one day and its the nasty jerk Bobbie telling us we got to be out by five that day cause we complain to much. Is that complaining I don't think so. I don't recommend this rat hole to anyone. And would never come back here.

Wi-Fi was slower than it had been in the past. A little hard to spot in the dark, but a great place to catch sleep and relax.

Rooms were very bright and clean. Suite had a nice kitchen, master bedroom with a door for privacy, and there was a pull out couch in the other room. Free breakfast. I would stay again.

We stayed for a weekend while attending an event in the area. I've stayed here before and chose sonesta again for the rooms and good price I was able to book online. We had a group of 4, so the price was perfect. The full kitchen is perfectly useful and the room and beds were great. Plenty of privacy and quiet. The breakfast provided was just ok, but the staff was so nice. They helped sort out an issue I had with the booking website and made it very easy. I would definitely stay again.

Overall great quality would like to have dish soap as well though. Food is great in mornings.

Nice and cozy two bedroom suite. Good experience, feel-like-home stay, different style with other traditional hotels. Kitchen with dishes washing machine and everything of basic need to cook. Quiet! and Breakfast is better than most of hotels I have ever stayed. Definitely recommend it!

I'm writing this review on my cellphone because the internet (which constantly needs re-logging in to) has been down since afternoon, and it could not have occurred at a worse time: right in the middle of my important live chat regarding my furniture order. My stay was initially wonderful but it started going downhill after I extended — from the heating being very weak, to the key card failing and needing to be reset 3 times, then now this — I can't wait to check out next Saturday.

All of the staff are wonderful. I am here for a 2.5 month stay and the one bedroom suite is spacious, clean, and well-stocked. The rooms are cheery, painted in a light yellow with yellow and blue accents. This feels more like a small apartment than a hotel suite. Staff is accommodating, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. There is plenty of room for my small dog to walk and run, with well-placed trash receptacles for disposal of waste. I would stay here again and recommend others to stay here.

Love love this place is amazing. The staff was amazing the food goooood the room really nicessssss and spacious clean. The pool was grate and the front desk ladys wer wonderful especially irene she was a amazing people person my grandchild loves her and she remembers all the staffs names. They we're grate. Love your chain of sonesta suites my family and I been to a few of them but me personally love this one the most. Thks for your hospitality.

JUNE 2015 FIRST TIME AND LAST VERY BAD this is our first experience with this hotel. Initially — we were a wee bit charmed by the lack of pretension. Then there was this stay. We were greeted by a rude, and hostile person at the desk checking us in. Then we were directed to a absolutely grim room in the middle of construction. Paid full fare. Then they forgot to clean the room for two days. What a disaster. Had to beg for clean towels. Ugh. We got bid with bed bugs very bad will never, ever come here again. june 2015.

Okay. Let me be blunt. 2 nights in a row, I was awakened by my next door occupants going at it and super loud! Reported to the front desk, and did not quiet down. I had to stuff my ears with music to fall asleep again. Fortunately I was traveling alone. What if I have my little toddlers with me? What should I explain to them, what screaming noises those were? I guess, the room acoustic is bad. Or the wall is too thin. Who knows. The unit itself is clean, nice, and staff are accommodating. Although I moved room at 2:30am because of the inconsiderate couple next door, the staff helped and comped me for the two nights. He gave me a corner unit which is not next door to any room.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will never stay here again, ever. The front desk receptionists were rude, argumentative, and acted liked children. Hornets nests in the windows, room smelled like garbage, the hotel never responded to requests for extra towels. HORRIBLE! Just awful.
