Stayed for 4 days. Not one day was it quiet enough to sleep past 7:30am. From maintenance grinding away at a door or the cleaners banging into every wall and door while they work.

Friendly n nice they had bacon which were happy abt that.

Caring hotel staffs and very good breakfast bar.

My wife and I have stayed here at least 3 times in the last 5 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the hotel rooms are very comfortable. Take advantage of their buffet breakfast early though, usually food tends to run low around the end of their service time.

I was staying here while in town for work and, at first glance, I was very excited to be staying here. The rooms are clean and lovely, very spacious, well decorated, etc. But a bunch of things went wrong within the first 24 hours. First, my keycard didn't work when I got there. Then, the fire alarm when haywire going off FOUR TIMES in a 4 hour period of time. In the middle of the night. We had to keep evacuating for nothing, which is a big deal when you're a chronic insomniac who has to work early. Not a single word of apology was uttered to any of us. Oh, then when I got back from work, my keycard had been deactivated for no reason. If I'm going to pay 150+ a night to sleep somewhere, I expect to be able to actually sleep. Barring that, I expect to at least have someone try to make it better, if not discount my stay for the incredible inconvenience. Perhaps I am expecting too much. At any rate, it is still a nice space in a good location with comfortable rooms (assuming one actually gets to sleep in it at night). Hopefully, these issues will be fixed in the future. If so, I might consider returning.

I had my wedding here in April of this year. All the payments were finalized 2 days before the wedding. After 4 months my mom noticed an extra charge that was added from Hyatt to her card. I was very careful to calculate the full charge and made sure all the deposits were made in timely manner with the exact amount due down to the penny. So I knew this charge wasn't just a small amount that we forgot to pay. Turns out there is a small section in my contract that says they can change the service charge at any point without notice. I can't believe after taking over thousands of dollars for a one night event they would pull a cheap stunt like this. Beware once they have your credit card information they can add extra charges whenever they feel like it. If the service charge is going up it should effect future clients, I don't understand how can they change a service charge for a wedding that has already passed. Lost my respect for Hyatt after this.

No waste basket in bathroom. Poor selection of food and no ice cream. When I tried to have food order to bring to my room I was told it will take like and hour. All I wanted was pizza. I went downstairs and it took less then 5 min to get it to me. It was put I guess in microwave. The basket not next to bth is wrong especially for woman. But I do have to say staff in front was friendly.

Check out the bed bug bites. I reported this within about 48 hours and they kept me on hold and never came back to the phone. The hotel smelled terrible and if I’m ever in the area again I won’t be staying there. I hope this hurts their business.

Convenient location, great food choices nearby. The room is very well designed, well appointed and comfortable. It's odd to me that a room like this, with a fridge and a sink, lacks a microwave. However, on the upside, they do have a limited menu that they offer 24 hours. I didn't order anything from, but my work colleague did and said it was rather good. It's quite helpful as we didn't make the Enterprise office before it closed and got to the hotel too late even to get served at Brick Tavern, closest restaurant, kitchen closed by 1:30am.

Clean and comfy rooms! — 1 star because we arrived very late at night and had to wait ~15min for someone to show up at the front desk.

This hotel was really nice, great and friendly staff. You can walk across the parking lot for 5 or 6 different restaurants. Most all were really good. The egg based breakfast bowls were always really great as well. Every morning was a different theme.

Very nice place to stay and will stay again, very friendly and respectful.

We have worked with this hotel, it is very pet friendly. The staff are great, very friendly! I would recommend this place for any vistor with pets.

Service was friendly and was very clean.

The room was comfortable but didn't like that the desk didn't have line of sight to the tv. The buffet breakfast had a good fruit assortment with plenty of berries.

It was ok. I assume that this Hyatt particularly didn't have special things that other Hyatts have that supposed to make them so great. There was no 24 hour room service like the website advertised, actually no room service. I had to go get things I needed my self. But the person at the front desk was nice.

The Hyatt Place has proven again to be a worthy place to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff members I encountered we're friendly and helpful. The breakfast served was fresh with a variety of healthy options to choose from. In addition, it is it close to the major highways and situated near a plaza for dining, movies and shopping if you need to go out.

It is a quiet place and very familiar the treatment of the employees so to the clients is very good and cordial ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆

Nice hotel, well designed inside, but missing a few things… The ice machine on the third floor wasn't working and only had one drinking glass in the room for two people reserved. When I went to use the coffee machine there were still coffee grounds in the coffee maker from the previous people. If I can comment a tip, Please have some dairy free option and please have sparkling water. Thank you for accommodating us with tea however loved the selections.

I love Hyatt hotels this one is little overcrouded during breakfast and front desk clerk didn't seem to be interested to help.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Easy check-in and checkout. Decent breakfast… just get there before it closes. As with any hotel breakfast, they too close when they say — ha. Ample parking. No Fox5 news from NYC. Only issue I had.

The hotel is very good and the rooms are very comfortable. The mattress is super soft, I prefer stiffer. The heating is a little noisy but acceptable.

The room was nice and homey. My family and I had a comfortable stay. The temperature was nice and easy to control and the bathroom amenities was very nice. There was a large comfortable living room and wet bar but we didn't make use of it.

Our stay was great! The rooms were clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was good lots of breakfast choices. Job well done!

Really nice room. Nowhere to do laundry though. Staff have been very nice. Beds are very comfortable. A little bit loud overnight.

The service is great as usual at any Hyatt place. In addition, the free breakfast is nice and the rooms are quite roomy. It's definitely a nice place to stay.

Very disappointed at customer service. We left our wallet behind the check in area and monies are all gone. Staffs showed no hostile to help or provided further assistance. No even worth the one star.

A great hotel a great service.

Room was well maintained and furnished. The bed was plush, though the pillows were not to my own personal preference. I'm sure others would find them more than adequate.

Kicked out of room one day early! Made reservations on Expedia, but called the hotel to move out reservations by one day. Customer service said no problem. When checking in the front desk, again verified no problem. The supposedly last day of our stay we got a call while in New Hope to remove ourselves from our room because our reservations expired! We are a family of six and couldn't find another place to go. Thanks for making us homeless for a day Hyatt! Such a huge disappointment and inconvenience. : — (

Staff was nice, breakfast was decent granted it was free, we had a double room and 1 of the beds had black stuff on it. I called to have my linens changed but service took too long to come up and I had to leave to go to a tournament so I can't be %100 sure they were changed or dusted off despite me telling the desk I needed to see them change it. They didn't make it happen.

For the past several years this is our go to hotel whenever we are in the area. The hotel is always spotless, the staff beyond friendly and accommodating and the rooms are beautiful. My daughter loves the pool. Parking is easy and it has a great location. The front desk is happily to recommend local restaurants and things to do. They also always give you tips and deals, stop and speak to the front desk staff before planning your day you'll be happy you did.

It's a shame you can't leave 0 stars for the review. Now another issue with an employee's reservation here. Canceled the night they checked in because they were booked… reservation made 3 weeks ago. Claiming shuttle doesn't service our area… again… after last issue where they reassured me they do service. Can't believe they are still in business here. Absurd and embarrassing to my colleagues and clients.

Best stay I have in long time, my daughter love it all the pool, the Breakfast snd the Staff omg the best.

Checking into the room was slow and then the layout of the room was awful. Two beds, queens not kings like advertised, the sink was at the bed and leaky and you could hear anyone in the bathroom. The breakfast was good but lacking in options.

The Hyatt place Princeton is the only place to stay if you are visiting the area. Prices are phenomenal for the class of hotel. Check-in and check-out was the fastest I've ever seen, even with being an experienced traveler. I will be staying here year after year for the annual "Waterfest" car show.

I really enjoyed my stay here. We picked this hotel as it was priced reasonably and pretty close to Sesame Place. We would wake up early in the morning and make our way to Sesame Place (20 — 30 minute drive max). Breakfast was good (similar to continental breakfasts you'd get at other hotels). The hotel has a pool that is nice, but can get crowded during busy summer season. There are a bunch of restaurants that are within walking distance of the hotel, which is really nice when you want to get a bite to eat. Staff at the front desk were very friendly on the couple of occasions that I dealt with them (e. G. Checkin, checkout, requesting more towels). I highly recommend this hotel.

I always stay only in Hyatt hotels. In this hotel I did not like how he was removed the room. On the towel was other people's hair.
