Location, location, location! The hotel is brilliantly located right in the heart of Gran Via and nothing was more than a 15 minute walk away.

We first stayed at the hotel for the same weekend a year previously, but the weather was mostly bad so we didn't have sufficient opportunity to enjoy the rooftop pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel from January 30th to February 2nd, and the experience exceeded our expectations.

The hotel was absolutely phenomenal. Amazing view and location! Staff were so helpful especially Sergio. Rooms were very clean. Would definitely rebook again when I come back to Madrid.

Perfectly located at the center of main shopping streets downtown madrid. Conveniently near metro stations. Rooms were just the right size for an overnight stay.

Just left here a couple of days ago, the rooms are okay, not wow. They're good if you're in a pinch. BUT, the service is excellent.

We had a great stay at Negresco, the location was fabulous, just off the Central Square and Gran Via. Considering proximity it was quiet at night.

We stayed at Petit Palace for four nights, and the room was very spacious for a family of four adults. The bathroom was clean and large, with an amazing rain shower.
