What an absolutely amazing hotel this is. It’s perfectly located in the heart of Madrid and close to everything. The staff that work here are absolutely wonderful too, we had an issue with our baggage that the airline stuffed up and they were only too happy to help us resolve the problem. The rooms here are lovely, quite spacious and very well kept. Also I had the best Aperol Spritz in the bar too. This place gets 10 start from me and we will absolutely return to stay here next time in Madrid.

I don’t understand why they even make it to the slh group which usually never disappoints but they did this time. Completely incompetent. Grossly understaffed. Took me more than an hour to settle. If I had not prepaid already for my last minute stay I would have left already. I can imagine two days of hell. I can only imagine Americans would recommend this place since they don’t know anything. Again reminds me to check the credibility of the reviewers before choosing a hotel based on reviews.

Comfortable little SPA hotel in the middle of Madrid. The rooms are spacy, the amenities are quite extraordinary, room service is fast and very tasty and the breakfast area is small, but well illuminated just under a veranda roof. It provides for a great breakfast setting with a nice selection of pastries, bread, fruit and joghurts. There is also breakfast à la carte and the coffee is very good.

Julia at the front desk is the best, helped us get restaurant reservations at the last minute. She and the entire staff have been great!

What beds and pillows are so comfy! It makes us want to wake up. The room very nice and the spa although not the best but it is good condition.

Magnificent bar, elegant, quiet, perfect to have a drink and enjoy a few moments of serenity in great company. Great selection of whiskies. Do not hesitate to ask for advice to Francisco Javier, a very friendly young boy who attended US magnificently in Barra and advised us very well. We will come back without hesitation, and more now that we know that Thursday afternoons have live jazz session.

This superb building, before hotel, was the former headquarters of the Spanish Trash. The street of Mejía Lequerica in the 17th century was called of the flowers and later, when the building was built, its name was that of Florida Street. Built between 1913 and 1915 by José María Mendoza Ussía, the tile friezes that decorate its façade are from ceramist Toledano, Juan Ruiz de Luna.

One of my favorite hotels. Tranquility, good taste and luxury without ostentation. The rooms are very comfortable and the pool and the spa are all a luxury.

Loved the hotel, in a great location for exploring Madrid on foot with Metro station also close by. Very smart and rooms clean and well maintained. Spa treatments also excellent, so my wife tells me. Highly recommended.

Great hotel with spa access. Staff was so friendly and helpful the entire trip, setting up appointments and reservations for us since we aren't fluent in Spanish. Rooms are comfy. Breakfast is a little pricey but the truffle eggs and churros make it worth it.

This is the best place for a trip in Madrid. Excellent services and wonderful bedroom. I highly recommend this place. A Real 5 stars with also a swimming pool.

This is a well situated hotel in Madrid. Minutes away from the tube line to take you across Madrid. The service and hotel is exemplary and the rooms, bar, pool and gym are clean and well looked after.

Amazing hotel, great service great room and the perfect loxation. The relaxation spa located on premises is awesome from the huge whirlpool and steam bath. We sipped a bottle of wine as we relaxed from a day of walking Madrid. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A unique experience… the Hotel wonderful, the staff super professional. Nicholas reception was attentive at all times as this was a surprise for my wife. We had a weekend really special with SPA included. I would recommend him to anyone.
