We've spend four wonderful days in this apartment and have nothing but the best to say.

We spent one night in the apartment 5C (the loft) and were extremely happy with it. The equipment was great, the space felt homely & comfortable.

Very basic, but entirely functional. Smack bang on the middle of the city centre is great!

Great apartments with friendly helpful staff. Remember lift a micro one only goes to the fifth if 6 floors. 😮‍💨. The location is spot on and could not be beaten.

Our stay at the hostel has been fantastic. The receptionists Hector and Max are very hospitable, attentive and very friendly. Room service is good, cleaning and change of towels daily.

Ruth and Julio spent two hours thoroughly cleaning the apartment and making it comfortable again, so that we were finally able to arrive and feel at home.

Great location on Gran Via. It’s walkable to many places. We walked to Placa Mayor and the palace. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed mattress was not comfortable.

The staff was very kind to us, also you have a houskeeper that cleans you room every day. The checkout was at 12 and our flight at 22 oclock so they let us leave our lougage at the reception.

Nice mix of chill and party, there's a chill area, restaurant, bar and club divided up into sections.

The room I stayed in was completely new. Everthing was freshly painted, clean and absolutely comfortable.
