Madrid Hotels near Edificio Grassy

We just returned from a very pleasant trip to Madrid. The Catalonia Puerta del Sol downtown is an excellent choice.

I recently stayed at Hotel Catalonia Puerto del Sol, and it has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in years.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome.

Great spot in Madrid easy to walk around to anywhere from there. Room was clean and just what we needed for the night. Staff was friendly and made sure we knew how to get in before we got there.

Clean and quiet. The location is amazing and the room was very nice! We unfortunately had a rather small window so there was not much natural light or natural airflow. Air conditioning worked great!

Location is perfect, right in the city center, the rooms were clean and cozy, the check-in instructions very clear and easy to follow.

Good quality for a very good price. The complimentary breakfast in the restaurant downstairs is the best part—you get a buffet of different fruits and meats including various sausages and jamon.

My wife and I just spent 6 nights at this Madrid hotel.

So we stayed there for 6 days and it was great. So near to everywhere, the room was a bit old but well kept.

A perfect location to stay. Everything is walking distance from here. The staff is also very friendly. The rooms are big, nice and clean. We had a comfortable stay here.
The beds are comfortable too.

Stayed here on a recent business trip and was very pleased overall. The room offered a great balance of function and comfort, with a modern, slightly luxurious feel—ideal for working and relaxing.

We arrived just past midnight and the receptionist was quick and efficient in allocating our rooms. We found the reception to be friendly and helpful during our stay.

The most beautiful place in Madrid, highly recommended, amazing views, close to metro station and buses, closest shop is just behind the corner, shopping center aswell.

This apartment was beautiful and The Charming Concept is a excellent management team.

Amazing location. Right at the heart of all the action around Chueca. 5 minutes walk from the Gran Via metro, connecting to all major stations across the city.

For a 1-star hostel it is really awesome. Our room and bathroom were nice and big and reasonably modern. The bed was comfy. The location is top. We reached everything by foot from here.

Absolutely perfect!
Best possible location in all of Madrid, and value for money was great. Clean room, decent bed and a very kind host.
Couldn't ask for more.

This was a nice place, nothing special!

For the price the room we were given was good. Fridge, kettle, Aircon. Very clean and quite spacious with large en suite bathroom.

I LOVED my 3 month stay here! Everything was perfect: central location, fully furnished two bedroom apartment, cleaning and service staff.

Nice apartment, cozy and comfortable, well equipped, Look same as the photos.

I can't recommend CC Malasaña enough.

Had a great experience at CC Malasana. The rooms were exceptionally clean and were a great size. Check in was great and the front desk staff were lovely. They even let us check in quite early.

Absolutely loved my stay! We were very very pleased with the accommodation and will definitely return. The accommodation was very clean and spacious. The staff were also super helpful and attentive.

The staff was pretty nice and helpful, the place was so clean and neat 👌🏻 good for the proce since it's located near to the city center.

Near Plaza Mayor and the Sol Metro. Good walking area with lots of things to see and good places to eat. Room and bathroom were small but nice.

As this is the only place we've actually stayed in Madrid we don't have a compatible but from our research this is a great place to stay, spoiled only by not having the right expectations!

Good location, close to metro, shops, and restaurants.

Perfect location, nice clean rooms and great service from all of the staff. It is less than a 5 min walk from the Grand Via metro station and beyond from there.

Clean, quick to check in, room has everything you need for a short stay. Close to the action. Only thing I think could be better was the AC wasn’t working in my room.

The room was modern and neat perfect for my friend and I. We felt very safe and the room had everything we needed. Would recommend staying here.
