The rooms are very small and the use of the gym is paid extra. But the location is great however the parking is very expensive. For a short trip the hotel is good but for a long vacation time I recommend another options.

Bad service and worse cuisine they can't serve meals because they finished brunch and don't have enough cooking. The service does not warn you that it will take more than 1/2 hour to serve the meals until you insist 3 times that you take note of the food, that if once you have ordered and they have brought you the drink.
Not recommended at all.

We went to the rooftop bar for the drink of the evening here, not cheap but ‘The Green Road’ cocktail was to die for and loads of lovely snacks came with it. Our camera didn’t do the roof top view any justice, it was lovely! There were lovely little lit up tables with patio heaters outside so cosy and romantic. Staff were helpful, friendly and multi-lingual.

One of my favorite place to stay in Madrid. This hotel is perfectly located on the beautiful plaza santa ana. Staff welcomes you with a cool glass of local cava. The rooms are not huge but have everything that you may need!

Small European rooms. Bathrooms are nice and big though. Showers are quite large. Breakfast is delicious: cheeses, meats, fruits, cereals and a chef preparing eggs however you want. Only cons is the bar in the rooftop is very loud until 2-3 am depending on the day. And the perfume is the lobby can knock you off your feet.

This place is very posh. It is a lamp for the night crawlers and you can meet a lot of beautiful people here with only fun on the mind, even if it is all business. Excellently located, stunning hotel staff, very clean, comfy bed, and one great place to end every night. I highly recommend this place. The hotel accommodations are next to none and whatever your desire, best to start here. The restaurants are pricy but be prepared for fantastic meals.

Just reviewing the roof terrace. We had dinner there. The restaurant in particular is quite enclosed large glass walls and large sun umbrellas make imposible to enjoy the fresh night air and it was very hot! The menu is quite limited I honestly thought some pages were missing. Great octopus but some of the dishes were at best average. The blue potatoes were just weird. The service was great.

I love this hotel! The only drawback I can put is that the rooms were small and there was quite noise, therefore for business matter I would not recommend it! Although the treatment was good and the rooms are nice.

Really enjoyed my stay at ME Hotel. Staff were beyond expectations, super friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. I just didn't really like roof top music. I recommend this place 100%.

Great location. Lovely building. Staff were very attentive. Good rooftop bar. Twin rooms were a tad pokey. Iron and ironing board was rubbish — iron cable infuriatingly short.

Great chic design hotel in the best downtown location. The rooftop bar offers a sensational view and is well staffed on weekends with Dj and great audiences. This is also evident in the case of drinks prices. The single room was very small but also very fine, there was nothing missing. Breakfast was international and also very good.

I absolutely love and depend on this place for client meetings and business functions. It is the perfect mix of professional and social. Finding this level and quality and service in Madrid can also be a bit of a challenge so I do not underrate or under appreciate by any stretch.

The hotel was very clean and accommodating. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the plazas below and couldn't be happier with the room. Breakfast was delicious. Wifi worked for the most part.

Fan of this hotel. If you want to make a trip to Madrid you must book here. The rooms are large and most with views of the plaza Santa Ana. The hotel is dogfriendly. Their employees are very friendly. In addition to the breakfast or brunch is spectacular. But you want to host you can always spend a Sunday to make it a brunch (the restaurant is decorated super nice. ) it also has a Roof Top that is very fashionable for a drink by the
Night.

Location is excellent close to Plaza Mayor, Sol and Atocha. All the main museums are close too. Rooms are clean, well presented and very comfortable. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly and very helpful will stay when in Madrid.

The place is beautiful, but the attention is bad. I ordered a natural apple juice which was really bad and small.

The location is very good. Convenient. The area though is very busy with bars and restaurants and lots of noise in the night. Hard to sleep well if you are facing the plaza. The hotel is clean and has a modern feel to it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would stay again but ask for a higher floor or inside room.

Amazing location in the heart of Madrid. The hotel faces Plaza Santa Ana and within a 5 minute walk to Sol and other attractions in the city. There's a taxi post right outside as well. Rooms are as expected for a city hotel and very well appointed. Wi-Fi worked well, and the bedding was superb! Another highlight of the stay was the bathroom — no issues with getting hot water and the showers had great pressure. Incredible service from all the staff we encountered is how the hotel distinguishes itself though. Everyone was welcoming and effusive, always asking to assist and make our stay better. My new favorite hotel in Madrid and highly recommend!

Very good location. The rest nothing to highlight. The room was very small. Normal breakfast. Good attention but nothing else. Scarce common areas and poorly lit.

The hotel was especially convincing because of its central location, which is ideal for sightseeing, as you can reach everything in walking distance. The interior design looks very modern, as are the rooms. These are sometimes a little small, but all have a stylish and large bathroom. Breakfast offers the right food for every stomach, be it English or Spanish. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Directly in front of the hotel is the Plaza de Santa Ana, which serves many different dining and drinking options with its numerous restaurants and bars. There is also a nightclub near the hotel. All in all, the Reina Victoria is quite recommendable:)

Very nice hotel, staff very nice, strategic for the location, close to everything, small flat with the restaurant of the hotel (managed apart) they should learn to be friendly with the guests.

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Great rooftop lounge. But not worth the price. Room was nothing special and there are other hotels in Madrid that offer more for less. No problem with the place just not for the price they ask.

We have held a corporate Christmas cocktail and the bartenders are poorly coordinated. It is very difficult to get a drink during the cocktail.

The rooftop bar was an incredible way to spend the afternoon for our last day in Madrid. Would highly recommend to anyone considering to check it out. Cocktail prices are also super reasonable considering the location.

Fabulous hotel in an ideal location with a lovely rooftop bar with great but a bit spendy drinks. Hotel itself was reasonably priced considering quality. Bed and bedding very comfy. Chocolates on arrival day were a nice touch!

Beautiful rooms very modern and incredible staff the only thing is the rooms are much smaller than I anticipated even for Spain. A similar Hotel not in this area would be twice the size. Other than that great experience definitely a four and a half star hotel.

Interesting hotel, but probably trying too hard to be interesting. All the accommodations are very nice. Great coffee in room and nice pillows. Nice breakfast spread in morning. Our only problem was on the roof top, basically terrible manager, told us to wait while he worked setting up tables, asked waiter for table and same thing, 10 minutes later, we asked someone else and sat us around corner where there were 20+ tables open. Still confused why he just didn't take two seconds and give us one of these tables, odd.

Strange entrance, at first we thought we had the wrong place and ended up in a cosmetics store. Instead it was the right place: great location in the center of Madrid, very kind and helpful service, great room apart from some pardonable details. We are here to see Madrid, not to stay in the hotel! Rich breakfast with great choice, perfect to start a long day walking around museums and neighborhoods. What else to add?

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days very nice place, perfect location in 5. Minutes you are in the main square of Madrid staff very kind, cleanliness at the highest level! Any comfort in the room. Recommended.

I was only on the roof. The views stunning and very Madrid, with all the uneven vgcats roofs and half the plaza Santa Ana as a witness of the passage of time.

Went to the rooftop bar called "The Roof" there was a 20 euro cover charge but it includes a drink which tend to cost 15 euros. Nice views and good atmosphere.

Nice tidy room. Very comfortable bed and very friendly staff. I would also reccomend the breakfast.

Beautiful hotel right at one end of the barrio de las letras. The facade is spotless and the interior is very well taken care of. We have attended holiday parties at the rooftop and the views are great.

Nice hotel in the centre of Madrid. I was in the convention rooms that they are not evil. The cocktail that they gave us for dinner was fine.

Perfect location. We were welcomed by friendly staff with a glass of cold cava which made us feel specal. We were upgraded to room 429 with a beautiful view from Plaza SantaAna. It was a small room but coconfortabl. We had minor issues — turn heating and hair dryer on — but they were prompyly solved by a handy member of. Staff. Rooms were extremely clean. Room was not insulated and we were aindulate noisy people having too much fun at Plaza Santa Ana. Tea/ coffee facilities would be great. Breakfast at 25 euros per person is overpriced. Hotel bar really cool and reasonable priced. 7th floor is a must. They have a DJ and some nice atmosphere. Shame it was raining so not many people around. Overall an excellent hotel. We will be using Melia again.

Boutique hotel in the heart of Madrid. Excellent staff, great breakfast. Has a fun bar on the roof — but the true gem is the neighborhood. The plaza in front is packed with some of Madrids best restaurants.

Great museum! Kind of weird seeing abstract art in such a historic city, but I do enjoy abstract art. Not to mention there are famous pieces here.

I feel DECEIVED and cheated, you arrive and check-in us told us by surprise that would retain some money into the account and when you check-out we the desbloquarian (something not specified in the Meliá website when making the reservation). Day today and after pay at the time the invoice of € 294 retention still in force. After talking with them they show a complete disregard and claim that nothing you can do there is. They say that appears to them as unlocked. A shame!

You ask for 20€ for a come up with drink included. You have gone mad with the filters, those of the nostrils. Going to spare you. And in August. With their bread and eat it that there are many sites in Madrid similar.

The terrace has its charm but the space is very small and over the cup 20€! by to know good, but to be diligent not worthwhile, that ruin.

Very expensive, very crowded, the mucsica almost not escuchava. Care unfortunate. Only focused to tourists. In madrid there are terazas much better and cheaper in our city.

I have not hosted me here, but yes I have gone ever to conduct interviews. If you are looking for a centrally located hotel with amenities, I would choose this. Ana has views of the Plaza Santa and you can request rooms with terrace. It is great if you don't have a budget.

Went for after dinner drinks and loved the atmosphere and service will be checking in next time I am in Madrid.

We have enjoyed this hotel for various events and does not disappoint. The views from the terrace of the Plaza of Santa Ana, are impressive. The hotel is wonderful and the staff very helpful and obliging.

On the ground floor of the hotel is restaurant of the corporate group "in the company of wolves", group who have restaurants scattered around Barcelona, Madrid, Mexico, Colombia, and Baja California. His letter is very varied, being able to find from a list of tapas to share, to rice dishes and sandwiches. The food is good, although the value something disproportionate since the portions are rather small for the price you finally pay. The rice dishes are generally quite well. Also come to your table with the paella pan, they teach you and there same serve it yourself. Check the thickness of the rice in the Pan is at least to get a good socarrat. Decoration is all set to the minimum detail (you'll see that from calling you to enter).

Is the terrace of the Hotel ME by Meliá, which is in the Plaza de Santa Ana. The views of Madrid from there are Spectacular. The terrace has several environments, although in general the prevailing style chill out in white and wood. The cocktails are very good and are not overly expensive. It is worth to go with time because as the night progresses it tends to form a queue for upload.

It is normal to meet bullfighters in the reception of the hotel. Castizo Madrid place located in the plaza de Santa Ana, beautiful and with good service. It has a stunning terrace on the roof where they do parties of all luxury. I highly recommend it.

Charming hotel sits.

Wonderful views of the city of Madrid. It is a gorgeous terrace. The bad thing is that as you're ready queue to climb since you can put together of patience but worth the wait.

One of those few hotels who falls in love with already just by looking at it. Since the refurbishment worthwhile both day and night. The treatment is exceptional and rooms are comfortable and they are perfectly equipped, including an audio system to enjoy a relaxed and your best music. The views are unbeatable, both from the rooms and from the terrace. The level for money is quite adequate to the usual in Madrid, I recommend to go up to the terrace in the evening with good company and a good Gin and Tonic.

It is a Hotel with history since 1919 is hotel by 3 times to name, was the first ME Melia chain in the world, is called ME Melia Experience where they have very much welcomes the direct relationship with the customer by removing the large reception counters and making more small creating direct contact it is, have removed the language barrier with you creating a your with much respect chain shape this once they break relations of the people of Hard Rock Hotels, it has very comfortable rooms designed in lovers of music and the new technology, make little made it a remo-delacion that helps now ea a hotel more warm. It has a spectacular terrace on the top and a restaurant at the bottom exploited by grupo tragaluz people where by its decor reveals by its resemblance to the tomato restaurant of this same group. For me it is a 100% recommendable hotel. I love it.

This rooftop of the hotel reina victoria in madrid is one of the most beautiful places to visit and one of the most wonderful views of the capital. The evenings are full of atmosphere that comes to the public of all kinds, and where the music and the decor are added to the views to bring you a very pleasant experience. It should be noted that the access is free, and if you want to enjoy a cup of these are expensive (14 euros)

Great place. Excellent experience. Stayed for a few days and enjoyed every bit! Located at Plaza Santa ana which makes the places nearby really approachable by walking. You can also just enjoy the surrounding markets, restaurants with ease. The hotel facilities, food and service all are fantastic.
