The location of the hotel is outstanding. It was so easy to walk to all the most interesting sites and museums, and I loved being able to pop back in as needed without a long trek.

My husband and I and 2 friends stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We all thought it was a lovely hotel. Everywhere was spotless. The general toilet on first floor was spotless and smelt divine.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Madrid, perfectly located on Gran Vía. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again the experience was outstanding.

So this is the 3rd time I stayed here, twice previously for business.
There was a noise coming from the shower which meant we had to report twice for it to be fixed.

Hotel Regina is in the perfect location to explore Madrid. It is tidy and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is substantial. House keeping was excellent.

We booked the King Family Connecting Superior Room, which consists of a King Superior Room connected to the Atocha Signature House.

Culture matters — and you can tell that this team has a good one because the level of service of each staff teammate is incredible.

Positive: The location was great, it is close to many fun sites and we were able to walk to the train station. The staff at the front desk were so friendly.

A lovely hotel in the heart of the city. We had a superior double room with a fantastic terrace and view of Madrid (the noise level outside befits the location).

Very good location, easy walk to sol plaza. The room is clean but a bit small and can hear the noise downstairs, but okay for sleep. Breakfast starts at 8am and doesn’t have much hot option.

Casa Almagro Madrid was a serendipitous find after searching the web for over a month. Reading about the hotel and what they had to offer was exactly what we were looking for, we were hooked.
