Hotels in Madrid with Breakfast near Edificio Grassy

Super convenient location and the train stations to the city and to other parts of Spain just very near the hotel.

We walked here from the train station (about ten minutes). Location was easy to find and check-in was very easy also. Our apartment was spacious and clean and we appreciated the decor.

We recently stayed at The Central House Madrid with a school group of 15 students (ages 16 and 17) and two teachers, and it could not have been more perfect!

Stayed here for 5 nights in a 4 bed dorm. The location is fantastic. The check in process and welcome was great. The room was functional with a shared shower and toilet for the room.

Has everything u need and more! Love the little details like the salt and pepper and milk along the tea bags. They even have yoga mats for u to borrow!

Perfect place to stay. Everything you need is just walking distance and so with places you want to visit. I will highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

GOOD STUFF:
— The staff was super nice. Especially the staff serving the breakfast.

Location is excellent and the people very helpful. Breakfast and laundry service made things easier.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very personal service for a big chain. Room was spotless as you would expect. Busy area but the double glazing kept any street noise out.

I had a wonderful experience staying.
Andre was extremely kind and welcoming from the beginning.

The room is big and bed is great. Location is good but very noisy with drunks and druggies outside in the street till early morning hours.

This Hostal is owned by Hostal Madrid Cervelo which is about 200m away, you need to check-in and check-out there. The breakfast also need to take at there.

Spending 3 days at this hotel in May 2024, my room was clean and organized. Bed was comfortable, room was good size with three.

Nice room, cleaned daily, but quite small. The bed was fine but the pillows a bit hard. A wonderful location.

With its huge red neon marquee just outside Atocha rail / metro station, it’s hard to miss this old hotel that offers basic but convenient and reliable accommodation, in a busy neighborhood

Great location, clean and very comfortable rooms. 👌

Specifically asked for a room with two single beds and was told no problem. When arrived we're given a double bed. Told couldn't change but after a brief argument got another room.

Very clean friendly and tidy, great location bang in the centre of town. Can be very noisy late into the night and early morning. 4am close the bar opposite.
Breakfast standard and good.

Staff is nice and location is excellent! We didn't try the breakfast, but the common room looked cute and cozy. The room was good, perfect for my sister and I.
Giving 4 stars because of the bathrooms.

We were very impressed with the accommodation. The location was excellent, close to everything. As for the room, there were three of us, and we had a private room with our own bathroom.

This hostel is one of the nicest I've been to. I was in the women only room with 10 beds. The beds are super comfortable with lockers at the bottom of your beds for your things.

Everything was so cozy, clean, and modern. The beds smelled fresh, were big, and very clean. The showers were also spotless. The water was always warm, and overall everything was wonderful.

Excellent hotel with an outstanding location.
The location is perfect — right in the city center and directly across from the Four Seasons Hotel.

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, and the staff are exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help.

This was a great location a good experience.

Great place! Super clean! It has everything you need! Quite street and close walking proximity al centro. Me encanto!

The Hotel is in the middle or everything. It has a great location.
Old building, you can feel how strong it is.
Rooms are big enough and comfortable, quite and clean.
Breakfast room is a bit small!

The hotel is fully renovated and the location is excellent. I can also say that the prices were reasonable for the period we travelled.
The only negative part was during check-in.

The staff was very nice, hostel was clean and comfortable.
Rooms are not too crowded, with space to move.
Showers are big, with hot water.
AC in the rooms.
Lockers with key.

I had a really good stay here. The facilities were clean, the staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was great.

How can I even start? This hostel is amazing from the very start.
The accomodations are simple, but clean and neat.

Lovely comfortable apartment. Fully equipped (washer/dryer, dishwasher, pots, pans, plates,.

Having stayed here regularly over the last 10 years, we’ve always enjoyed the location and facilities. This visit stood out even more thanks to the exceptional service from Vincent.

Perfectly located in Madrid within a 20 minute or less walk to most sites, museums and places of interest. Who love shopping Zara, Primark just a few minutes walk.

Great location, Spacious rooms with televisions that have streaming services, Some rooms have a good view others have painted city skyline.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The facilities and decor are very new which was lovely. We were impressed with the clever design features they’d included.

60 Balconies was a great stay to end our vacation, after two weeks of traveling through Spain and Portugal this was a great place to relax and enjoy before heading home.

Enjoyed our 5 night stay. Good buffet breakfast. The roof top pool was very crowded. We learned later that many pool users paid for day passes which precludes Axel guests from getting lounge chairs.

Love this hotel! What a fantastic surprise. Perfect, amazing location, just cant be beat… minutes to Wonderful restaurants and all Madrid has to offer.

The bed was soft, with curtains for good privacy, and included a bedside lamp and two charging outlets.

I loved it! Many younger people traveling through but everyone was friendly and the breakfast spoiled me! Afterwards I compared it to the other spots I stayed at and this place ranked top!
