Great location, easy walking access to shopping restaurants and sights. Very clean, well laid out rooms, great breakfast selection. Welcoming staff. Only gripe was inconsistent temperate with shower and noise when trying to sleep with the pipeworks in outside fire escape stairwell which the room was next to. Would stay again but not in the same room.

What a super hotel! Room was chic and well designed. Well placed and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They found a space in their underground car park for my motorcycle so it was securely parked. I'd recommend this place if you're staying in Madrid. Good breakfast too.

Nice place with great location. Rooms are well maintained and contemporary. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast has good options. Elevator is very small. But one of my friend had a very bad experience about their dynamic pricing system. The room was booked at about 110 euro and at the end of 4 days of stay, he was charged different prices for each day, last day charge was 149 euro. They said it is their policy and room rents increased due to a football match in the city. Well…

Nice ibis Styles hotel with better and more upmarket appeal than normal ibis with great location, rooftop view and decent bathroom. Prices are ok even if you book a few days prior to arrival. Bright, minimalistic rooms with calming design. Airconditioning is included and can be switched off completely if you do not want the room to be too dry. Beds are decent, but there could be more power plugs at the walls, and the table is tiny. Generally very cleand modern hotel without any fuss focusing on the basics.

For what I have seen very attentive but I organize excursions and after having a reservation, to go to Madrid and compare it with them when I returned to my house sent me an email asking for bail in depth lost… which made me cancel the tour. A shame! Otherwise I could not see but what I saw I liked.

Nice contemporary hotel in the middle of Madrid. We stayed in a twin room which was slightly small but a good enough size. The only problem was a wet bathroom after using the shower, but that's an isolated issue and easily solved with some sealant.

Very nice place everything is new and up to date. Perfect for a weekend in Madrid, central but still calm.

As a single traveller is assigned a room type EMIRATES on Super First Class. Minivan with all services but … no window to the outside.

A central position at about 250 m from the Puerta del Sol. Metro nearby. Warm and friendly staff. Room spacious and clean. Wi-Fi not performant but free. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

The location, the friendly staff. The biggest drawback, the walls are very badly soundproofed, you can hear everything and at night it is very annoying.

Located in the Barrio de Las Letras, one of the most attractive of Madrid, the hotel Ibis Styles Madrid Prado is themed on the world of wine and its appellations of origin; a decoration that is transferred also to their rooms following the keynote of this chain: functional, comfortable and well-equipped. The buffet breakfast is very complete and has a room of press/business corner with complimentary tea and magazines. I stayed in a room on the 6th floor which had a small terrace. It was a small luxury to see how dawn Madrid from the horizon of their roofs. All the staff is very friendly, the quality/price ratio is excellent and free Wi-Fi service is a plus to keep in mind.

Other than the usual hotel. Comfortable, clean, friendly and themed rooms and colorful. Fault the soundproofing in the bath area. Solve it with a second door that segment swimming area and entrance to the rest of the room. It has touched us interior room but it was more an advantage than a disadvantage because we have slept with zero noise from the outside.

We only stayed one night at this hotel. The reasons for choosing this hotel was its location because we went to see the Lion King musical and security offered by the product of the Ibis family.
Highlight the friendliness of the staff, as well as the thematic decoration of the hotel. We really liked the area of the business corner with complimentary tea, magazines and newspapers. The only point against was not to ask us to make the entrance by the type of room we wanted (1 Queen bed or 2 single beds), ours was 2 beds.
In summary, if you are looking for good location and quiet rooms, this is a great option to get to know Madrid.

Hotel fantástico, localización ideal, la calle es tranquila a pesar de estar muy céntrico. Las habitaciones cambian mucho de unas a otras, no nos gustó mucho la que nos dieron y nos la cambiaron con una sonrisa.
Las amenities estupendas y el buffé es pantagruélico. El personal muy amable y dispuesto. Volveré siempre que necesite hotel en Madrid, un cuatro estrellas a precio de tres estrellas.
Wonderful hotel, perfect location, the street is quiet despite being very centric (15/20 minutes walk to Atocha Station). Rooms can differ from one to another we were given one small and dark and asked for a room change, the staff changed it for another one, roomy, full of light and with sights to the street (first ones were to a fire exit).
Amenities are great and the buffet breakfast is a feast. The staff is warm, helpful and willing.
I'll be back whenever I'll need a hotel in Madrid, it's a four star hotel at the price of a three star.

Super location, walking distance from Metro, the major sights (Prado etc) and the centre (shops and tapas bars), but away from the noisy nightlife. Clean, large modern room with powerful and hot water for bath or shower. Excellent buffet breakfast. The staff, especially Sylvia, were helpful (and spoke good english). You can leave luggage safely if you check out early. We felt safe and comfortable and would definitely stay there again.
