In the center of Madrid Good Price taking a booking offer and rooms apartment quite large kitchen with fridge ceramic knives pans saucepans covered up to a warm water the only fault is that the hot water is just right away does not give time to Showering and much less if you want to give a bath does not fill the tub or back.

We had the single room on the first floor. Not at all what I was expecting — it was drab. They must have captured the only good angle of the room in the photos. Hopefully the suites are better. There was construction going on on both sides of the hotel and a strong chemical smell inside. When I asked the main person at the front desk about it she pretended not to know anything about it, but then proceeded to allow workers through a window in the hotel to do some work on a concrete platform (off the stairway and near the lobby). Our window was also off that little platform and the smell was so bad — like inhaling glue, that I slept in a hoodie to help keep the thick fabric over my nose and mouth. It was not a good source of light or fresh air. The way the bathroom was set up it was impossible not to get water all over the bathroom floor while taking a shower and the toilet was practically pressed up against the shower and sink — uncomfortable. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets cheap and scratchy. Blackout curtains needed. Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow. If you dare book here be careful not to fall in the hole in the stairs below the carpet. The only nice thing I can really say is the location is great! Definitely not a 4 star hotel though… if that’s a requirement book somewhere else.

This review is for the single room, on the first floor. I cannot speak for the suites. The location is the best part about this hotel. In the Centro district of Madrid, you're in the heart of everything. Unfortunately, there isn't much else to rave about. The room is boring, with one window that looks into the center of the building. There is no view, except for other windows and offers almost no natural light. The carpet is thin and you can feel the concrete under your feet as you walk. The bed is hard with scratchy sheets. The bathroom is nice with two sinks but the toilet is placed where there is almost no room to sit and makes getting in and out of the shower difficult. Also, there was never enough hot water for two people to shower. Noise from outside the room isn't muffled at all. You can hear people coming and going as if they are talking in your room and every door slam makes you jump. There are almost no amenities to speak of other than body wash and shampoo. Even the coffee in the lobby from a Nespesso machine is €1.50. On top of that there were repairs being made right outside of our "window" every morning. Both restaurants on either side of the hotel were under renovation as well. There was a horrible paint/glue smell that lingered throughout the place. All that being said, we paid €89/night, we were in the heart of the city — and the city is beautiful — and we hardly spent time in our room except to sleep.

Hugely friendly staff, well-appointed rooms and a great location. The original wooden staircase is incredible, makes the place very atmospheric.

Room was very clean, staff was very nice even though I didn't have to interact with them much because everything was to my liking. The price was great for the location as there are many sights and activities within walking distance.

We stayed for 5 nights. Hotel is located in Center of the Huertes region, with many bars and restaurants. You just have to go down to the street, to go where you want to go! Front desk was very efficient and helpful to all the requirements, they even helped us find a taxi driver to take us back to the airport to find lost cameras. The room is really big, in three floors of the building near the main road. No noise problems, even of people partying in the street late at night do not affect us.

Property perfectly located which stands out in particular through its silent rooms, its cleanliness and its friendly by the reception staff, always attentive. A few steps from landmarks such as The Puerta del Sol or the Prado Museum or the Thyssen Museum, the fountain Neptuno and the plaza de Cibeles; well connected, with areas of nightlife and walking distance to numerous restaurants and places for tapas. Highly recommended, I would without a doubt.

I telephoned to reserve a room for two adults and two children, the employee that I attended told me that there was no availability for that kind of room, but that would give me two double for the same price as the four. Arriving at the hotel, no one had evidence "that price" and also the person who made me the book "already not working there". Moral: when you book this hotel requests a confirmation of your reservation by mail, otherwise it is possible that you address to the phone, "The ghost employee". Ah!. And if the airport will not ask the taxi from there. "they are partners of the hotel. " As you can see by that you wonder if the taxi is for the airport.
