Amazing hotel at a good location in Almaty! There is a 24/7 supermarket nearby which is convenient. Heating works great during winter. Do note that you are required to climb stairs.

Excellent stay. We enjoyed it so much, we extended. Our home away from home in Kazakhstan. The staff went above and beyond to help us out and give great recommendations.

We stayed there for 2 nights… choose this hotel as this was the pick up location for panda travels. Room was small… we had to leave at 5 am for charyn canyon trip.

The Ritz this place is not, so if that’s where your budget and expectations are, it’s not a place you’ll enjoy. Its quaint, old fashion, tucked away, in so many ways, its Kazakhstan.

I stayed in a single room for 5 nights. Great location: on the main street with the short distance to Astana Square, MiG exchange office and Panfilov park.

The location of the property is strategic, near to supermarket and easy for pickup by yandex. So convenient.
They do not have lift.

It is a fantastic place! It's very beautiful and cozy, houses are very lovely, with everything you need including a sauna which sounds like a dream.

We visit this motel with my friends. We got 3 rooms.
My expectation was;
Clean room, hot water, nice bed and tasty omelet. So all were okey. I slept well. I didn’t have any problem.

The rooms are smaller than what is claimed, but it was in the center of the city, close to good eateries and bars, some monuments too.

Absolutely good place to stay here. Room and everything inside it is clean. Bath and toilets are shared but there is a worker who is constantly keeping them clean. Staff is kind and helpful.

Everything is fine from the station, two steps away. Nearby are shops and restaurants. To the airport taxi 1200 tenge.

The staff was pleasant, the room was clean, I took a junior suite. The hotel is quiet.

Everything I needed for a lay over in the airport. Slept well, in a quite futuristic capsule with clean sheets and good ventilation.

Really comfortable and useful if you only have a short time between flights. We had 6 hours layover in the middle of the night in Almaty.

To be honest, I was apprehensive of booking this hotel. The name, the style, everything just seemed a little off, however the location and some of the positive reviews swayed us here.

Very helpful receptionists, room and kitchen is clean. Great location for you to get those attractions easily by walk. From railway station Almaty only 2.5km.

One of the best place to stay. One might find a need for extra restrooms. Staff is polite and friendly. Best part they accomodate my early check in request. Such a humble gestures goes a long way.

Very far from the center of Almaty. There was no hot water, there was no kettle in the room, the rooms were cozy, clean but small, breakfast was 3.5.

When I arrived at this hotel, I was pleased to find the room spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did a great job, with the room being cleaned daily, including fresh towels.

The staff was accommodating and the rooms were clean and we would have stay here again when we come back.

I stayed in the shared dorm room and had a really good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was friendly.

It was pretty decent. It was convenient because there was a large mall right in front.
