Unreasonably expensive, poor service, too many people, not enough lockers… In general, I think it’s worth choosing a better place to stay…

The service is simply terrible! The lockers hit your nose on the head (when you open the top ones). My nose started bleeding from the impact. You can only charge your phone at the reception! The kitchen is expensive and does not match the prices. They barely took the deposit because they needed a phone with the Kaspi app, the battery was dead and they couldn’t charge it! We've been to this place before when the resort just opened, but now it's just an unrecognizable place. The saddest thing is that in response to comments on the disadvantages of the establishment, we received a mountain of rudeness from the staff. Customer focus =0 Never set foot there again!

First of all, the reception reception is very bad. The receptionist did not want to let me into the hotel because I was a tourist for the room I had already paid for. The attention of the staff working by the pool is nice. The rooms are not bad. The biggest problem of the business is the person who works at the reception. That's why I don't recommend it to anyone.

Cool inexpensive place. The room is clean and comfortable, there is a smart TV, kettle, microwave, mini refrigerator. Wardrobe with hangers. Electronic keys, I liked it. As part of the promotion, upon check-in they also gave cashback for the kitchen.
Otherwise, bathhouses, saunas, a swimming pool with massage and a large heated one. The kitchen also has good impressions. Inexpensive and tasty.

On this day we celebrated our wedding anniversary and got ourselves romantic! The place is great, it’s not the first time we’ve been relaxing here, excellent cuisine, a clean room, baths and a swimming pool help you relax and forget about everything!

Not a bad hotel. Baths and pools are good. But it’s bad that there is no cold font. And the Bar works like in a pioneer camp until 22:00. We need to extend the time, we are coming here to relax and not to sleep. But in general it’s ok. The reception staff are not very friendly.

The host did an excellent job! They delivered ice to my room! The breakfast was really bland, however good service made up for that! … They made effort to accommodate us in English. Overall a nice, decent room.

The service has deteriorated! 100% occupancy and this is during the pandemic. There is a queue for saunas and showers. In the pool with a whirlpool water of white-muddy color with dirty foam. Everywhere the strongest smell of chlorine before cutting in the eyes and coughing fits. You haven't been poisoned? I hope you'll make it right. Loved your rest. This time disappointed.

Visited this restaurant on 8 March 2019, pre-booked a Suite at the hotel, reception Baurzhan explained that the entrance to the hotel is up to 12 hours 8 number and check-out at 12 o'clock the 9th but after that we will be able to stay in the SPA centre before it closed, it worked for us as we enjoyed not the first time the last time we rested 9 September 2018, the last time it was good, BUT this time we just got kicked out of the territory of the Spa centre after we passed the room in 12 hours while brazen, bold treatment of us was told to pay 10, 000 per person for the Spa, if we're going to stay there, though I not once said Baurzhan on the phone and he assured me that we can be there without any boards until the end of the room! Gift for wife spoiled! There are not more leg, and do not advise others! Boorish treatment of customers! There are lots of decent places and there is a full disappointment!
