We stayed in a deluxe room, the room had an excellent comfortable mattress and bed. Please add coffee in the room; there was no coffee at all and 3 in 1 coffee at breakfast is not the norm.

It was great to stay here. It's clean and very silent. People are friendly only when you speak kazakh/russian. Food was good. Vegetarian options were available too.

This is a such lovely hostel, very friendly and service oriented personnel, clean facilities and really good breakfast. Today we got pancakes, omelette, cottage cheese, porridge, apples and salad.

I can recommend this hotel. It's good value for money. Small and cozy. It's in a quiet location in a pleasant environment.

A perfectly adequate hotel room for 17000 KZT. No frills clean room and facilities. The beautiful entry is the nicest most unique part of the hotel.

Lianna is a legend. Amazing place to stay. Very quiet. Super clean. Very well equipped. Lianna is very very helpful and kind and genuinely full of sweet hospitality. The location was fantastic.

Really nice hostel with a good vibe and very well situated to see the main spots of Almaty. Wi-Fi was good and there is a smell shop outside where you can buy snacks and coffee.

This is a charming hostel, cozy enough, except our room was right next to the open terrace, and there was a bunch of people chatting away till the wee hours. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Honestly, I didn't encounter any bad experiences staying in this hostel. I ended up staying here twice due to affordable price and its location that's close to Pavilon Park (less than a mile walk).

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Alma-Ata Hostel! The place is clean, cozy, and has such a warm and welcoming vibe.

Not used their service personally but helped a guest checking in there as a tour guide. The hostel is compact, but cozy. People are friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the hostel for a few nights while visiting Almaty. The location is excellent—right in the city center, with a nice café across the street and Dostyk Plaza just a short walk away.
