It’s a very nice accommodation. It’s very traveler-friendly — you can use most services such as a washer and dryer, luggage storage, iron, kitchenware, and a water purifier.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The place was spotless, warm, and so cosy that it immediately felt like home.

Same with the photos seen from booking. Com. Everything was clean.

Large, quiet and spacious bedroom with a very comfortable bed. A door to a small balcony overlooks the canal. A shared bathroom but no issue as was kept very clean.

The hotel was very clean and quiet, which made the stay really comfortable. The view in front of the property during winter was absolutely breathtaking — watching the snow fall felt almost unreal.

Dormitory rooms in the basement didn't have a privacy curtain. The bed mattress was comfortable though. Toilets and shower rooms were quite clean.

My stay at Aykun Terrenkur was average overall. The hotel facilities and room features felt outdated and fairly minimal, so it didn’t fully meet expectations in terms of comfort.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were comfortable. Some have a view of the mountains.

The staff at the information centre were super friendly. Our accommodation was cozy with a stream flowing right in front. There are small hikes to Waterfalls and other viewpoints.

The location and compliance with the very concept of glamping. Friendly and helpful staff, two steps away from the ethnic cafe Shopan. The nature is amazing, not far from Almaty and the airport.

Super nice to take a nap before flying or after :) sleep is so important! :)

Fantastic stop over between flights. A stone through (literally) from the airport, very helpful and nice staff. Rooms are very basic, BUT it is definitely value for money.

The daughter's wedding ceremony took place at the Eurasia restaurant at the hotel of the same name, with the addition of "Grand, " emphasizing the grandeur of not only the hotel but also the wedding

The room was great. It had a balcony and an amazing bath. I was actually doing a photo shoot there and it was perfectly picturesque.

Quiet comfortable hotel. You can't get there without a taxi. The rooms are hot. For some reason breakfast is served in your room.

I recently stayed at Mildom Hotel in the heart of Almaty and it exceeded all my expectations!

This hotel is fantastic for solo traveller or couple. Nice location and staff really friendly. Nurbol is super polite. I have a good talk with him.

Price, location (close to a bus stop, park, etc. ), proximity to a grocery store.

The socket by the bed was not broken, but it was impossible to charge it; it simply did not hold a charge. Otherwise, I liked everything.

A normal hotel near the Airport — 15 minutes drive. Checked in for the night because… It was an early flight and I didn’t want to stand in traffic instead of one o’clock in the afternoon.
