Wonderful Hotel for Relaxation.

Хороший отель, удобный номер, чистота, порядок, вежливый и компетентный персонал. Неплохой спортзал, бассейн, сауна. Неплохой завтрак. Возможно, немного неудобное расположение. Good accomodations, clean and comfortable rooms, kind and competent staff. The gym, the sauna and the swimming pool are not bad. The breakfast is more-less average. Probably the location could be a little bit inconvenient.

Spent 4 days in Shera Park Inn recently (June 2018). It's a neat and clean place with great breakfast. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. Ms. Dinara and Mr. Baglam were extremely kind and helpful. Stayed in a standard room that was of a very decent size. I would have preferred an electric kettle in the room. I hope the management would consider this suggestion. Overall, a great place to stay with affordable budget. Keep it up^^

This place is great for staying in Almaty city. I was on the business trip there and I did love the service they provide. The room was big, bright, clear and well-prepared daily. Additionally there was an incredible view to tge mountains right from my window. The staff was very kind and friendly. They all are also good professionals as our workshops were organized on the high level.

Poor room maintnance, maximum indian visitors but not a single item of indian breakfast. Service is average. Location is at distance from main city.

Rooms are great… staff is hospitable. Enjoyed breakfast lay out in the morning. Probably they need to provide more facilities in rooms to get a 5 star from me. Overall very good. Location is friendly n view from room is awesome I recommend.

We have recently stayed in this hotel. A. C. Was not working in so many rooms. And breakfast was not up to the mark for Indian taste.

Hotel by the road. There are few parking places. The yard is small. I don't know anything about the service.

Nice Place to Live with All the Required Amenities… If you like to Eat Veg Food then you will Only get the Salad Option here… All other things very good.

Very cozy and beautiful hotel. Wonderful Porter Ibrahim. It is easy for foreigners to stay here. There are no language barriers. Who is not admitted, always ask for a certificate.

Clean, comfortable. Suitable for business meetings, conferences. The rooms are cozy, bright. Food could be better.

It's very nice, they operate well with their guest and give them a better privacy and security.

Rooms for events. The service is good, the halls are a bit strange. Coffee break seemed weak.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The Windows do not open and are very dirty. The ventilation is noisy. The location is very quiet and the location is very noisy. The room was very clean. Breakfast is good. The hotel is quite in accordance with the standards of Park Inn, but apparently taking into account the local mentality, everything is a little down to the normal standard quality of this hotel chain.

Rooms were clean and modern. Service was good and breakfast was better than most hotels in the USA.

A big no to the hotel… currently staying in the hotel feeling cheated … breakfast horrible everything is finished before you ask. Indian friends I will advise you not to go. They are not interested in giving service. My room number is 311. Horrible experience.

This is an average hotel in Almaty. There are better options. The rooms were hot and lacked proper ventilation. The breakfast was mediocre and overall experience was of discomfort.

Rooms are good however customer service is bad. They accused you for stealing there stuff as towels and also not paying your bills for any home service extra that you asked for.

Bad customer service, poor communication, find some insects in the food and they did nothing about it, they try to take money from you when you check out in different way as they say there is missing stuff in the room or you didn't pay for your food, they even open your bag to search for towel or something just to make you pay to finish the check out to catch your flight. Dont stay there and avoid this mistake.

The hotel was very nice, and the staff was very helpful. The room was very clean, but the hotel was very good. I was in the room on the 6th floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't like the best in the room, and I had a lot of bedbugs on a mite. It's life-threatening.

Basic facilities are ok, not excellent Staffs don't know English.

The MCC KZ upscale contract place. Nice, very new (with few issues due to being new). Not central, but with sauna and pool. Nice breakfast, too — and big rooms.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night, so impressions can be superficial.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. A black doorman will meet you in the hall and help deliver things. In the hallways, Paul is an incredibly soft carpet.
The rooms were very good, I really had a column in the middle of the room and Dobival Wi-Fi (the number was at the end of the hallway).
The breakfast starts at 6:30 (surprisingly, but at this time people come), and for us they were made even earlier (we went to the airport). The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I couldn't cope with the temperature adjustment in the room. And the ventilation is pretty noisy.
Number tip: In angular numbers (at the ends of a corridor), you may not be able to catch Wi-Fi.

Best place to relax yourself and One of the best hotel in Almaty.

Very nice hotel. Newly constructed. Spacious and beautiful rooms, very nice swimming pool, health club, very good materials are used in property. Good break fast. But no tea/coffee making facility in room. They charge 10000 Tenge as security money. House keeping also start removing hand towel, face towel and at last you will get only bath towel. Also you will not find any international channel on TV. Staff is very nice.

Very bad service it's not fit to be called one star hotel also we don't get bases service like diniking water tissue paper towel etc only full night call girls coming and going think 10 times before coming.

The best value hotel in Almaty. Staff is excellent, very prompt to help with everything! Super clean facilities, brand new equipment. On the minus side of things, there were mainly meat options for breakfast, and the fitness center wasn't open when I was there.
