I would like to express my deepest appreciation for the exceptional front desk team at Marriott Fairfield Hyogo Tajima Yabu.

The Google maps star rating had me worried about this location. It was so much better than I was expecting. It was clean and modern.

The location is convenient to visit Takeda castle and Kinosaki Onsen; room is clean with in-room toilet, but what is unbeatable is the attentiveness and hospitality of the host and her family.

Super cute and heartily recommended. Breakfasts and dinner are home-cooked with care, and traditional japanese.

It was amazing experience.
Yoga and meditattion made me relax Well made natural food was very delicious and special japanease vegetarian style.
On top of that, nice steffs and unique room was perfect.

Stunning Architecture, worth visiting to admire Ban-san’s design alone. I joined the light meditation and zen afternoon tea. The surrounding had some construction noises so not as quiet as I hoped.

This is my first visit. It is located in an excellent location in Sannomiya, Kobe. It is a three-minute walk to restaurants from all over the world, department stores, stations and subways.

Conveniently located near the Sannomiya Station. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The location is good with many dining options near the hotel, including Kobe beef options.
We use some of the amenities like public bath, self-service laundry (at B1) and parking (2500yen per day).

Very friendly staffs.

Had a wonderful experience at oyado seri! It was made even more amazing with the incredible hospitality from Lan and Tou, which really made our stay a memorable one.

Host was friendly and very engaging. They went beyond their call of duty to ensure a memorable experience! Room is clean, view is breathe taking. Enjoyed the private onsen. The food was excellent!

Hotel Akaishiya was an amazing experience, blending traditional and modern seamlessly. Located right on the river, this small hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff was so hospitable.

A cosy, traditional japanese guesthouse. The couple running the place is very welcoming and approachable. Breakfast and dinner is available upon request of 2 days in advance.

I stayed for around 10 days, and found the hospitality, comfort and convenience really exceptional. Thank you for all the kindness and care!

I stayed there for a day trip lunch kaiseki plan. The atmosphere was luxurious: the staff was very attentive and could converse in English.

Our washitsu (Japanese style tatami room) was absolutely gorgeous, not to mention, being on one of the higher floors we had a stunning view of the town! I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing experience in Arima. Perfect hot spring, perfect tatami room with a perfect view! We were able to book a private hot spring for a reasonable price.

Strikingly beautiful 200 years old house converted into a place to stay. The tour after arrival is an adventure and done with care.
The breakfast is cooked to order and delicious.

Loved the old structure of this traditional house which has been well upkept.
Location is great as it’s on the Main Street Kawaramachi.

Fabulous hotel with wonderfully expansive rooms, each as far as I'm aware with a balcony. Wonderful views from the room, we chose the side with the big wheel & at night its a great light show.

Came specifically for the hotel breakfast, known for its generous and quality spread—and it definitely lived up to the reputation.

I am a tourist from Taiwan. I went to Himeji, Kobe and Tokyo this year. I had lived in there hotels when I was in Japan. I must say this hotel is my favorite one.

A very good hotel chain. Rooms and amenities are much better than in other competing hotels. Buffet breakfast with very warm and polite service.

I plan to come back to this hotel with my partner. I was very thankful for the staff always making sure my room was reset. I had come to visit Osaka due to the decline of health of a family member.

The Kobe Kitano Hotel is an interesting blend of traditonal, almost quaint, and modern. A small hotel with a big heart! We have both stayed and dined there before, and no doubt will do so again.

After having visited here in September I returned together with my wife. The room and the service is still outstanding. Everything is very personal.
Reason for my second review here is the breakfast.

Really nice, modern hotel that feels much more luxurious than I'm used to from business hotels, partly because the interior design is so nice.

Very convenient location. Near to the Sannomia station. Rooms are very spacious compared to the genral hotel rooms in Japan. But, I don’t recommend having their breakfast.

Great stay at this location, staff were friendly, parking is 1200 yen per day, cheaper than major cities but a bit more than nearby coin parking.

The hotel has a perfect location, about 6 minutes' walk from the train station and 13 minutes to the entrance of Himeji Castle.

Beautiful outdoor hotspring surrounded by mountain and snow in the winter.

Lovely during winter! Will be back in summer.

Everything was good.
Except ice cold king crab.

Excellent public bath, especially the outdoor pool. Dinner was disappointing, but a good breakfast buffet.
