Kobe Hotels

An Absolutely Wonderful Experience.
This really feels like a grand hotel, the common spaces are stately with antique furniture and old photographs.

This is absolutely the best boutique hotel I’ve stayed in Japan.

Our family stayed for one night, the location is great and the noodles offered at night by the hotel was very nice too.

A Wonderful Stay at Dormy Inn Motomachi.
During my recent trip to Kobe, I stayed at Dormy Inn Motomachi for three nights (April 20–23).

Location is in Sanomiya near the train station, about 10min walk. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. As in most hotels in the city, Japan hotel rooms are very small.

A hotel I can’t recommend enough! One huge bonus—they provide Kinujo hairdryers and hair curlers (even better than Dyson! ), so ladies, leave your hair tools at home because the hotel has you covered!

A bit pricey but the food, service and the private onsen was the best.

We stayed for 3 nights here. The room and bathroom is spacious, clean, comfortable, with a huge lobby and restaurant too.

Situated just a 3-minute walk from JR Kobe Station's south exit, this hotel offers outstanding convenience paired with top-tier hospitality.

I can't recommend this place enough, the level of amenities provided is absolutely forest rate, as is the service and location with a huge number of shops and restaurants nearby and the station just

This place is flawless. The service is excellent, the location is perfect and I can't believe how many amenities they have crammed into a single room.

Everything (it's only 2 minutes walk from the Shinkaichi station via HANSHIN LINE, from Sannomiya the train line is on the underground floor of SANTICA building, the room is small but it's very

I was there for just 2 nights, but it was a pleasant stay. The only downside was the thin walls between the rooms, you could hear almost everything from outside your Room.

I stayed for one night solo as part of a small group tour taking in 9 hotels, so this review is relatively objective.
Conveniently/central location.
Helpful and professional staff throughout.

A very good hotel chain. Rooms and amenities are much better than in other competing hotels. Buffet breakfast with very warm and polite service.

During its grand opening, this hotel surely stood as a beacon of elegance and charm.

Great place to be with family.

Had a one night stay at this location. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel is very well maintained and sits on a main street.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Its location is ok. Not far from all the shops and restaurants. There is a matsuya restaurant downstairs and a lawsons 10 m away. The room is very clean and simple.

Located on top on major railway station, a lot of shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself is well maintained.

You don't often see hotels at such a reasonable price located in a building this tall, so I had to give it a try during my stay in Kobe and it was definately worth spending a few bucks more than your

I wish there were more than 5 stars. We had our wedding photos and celebrations at the hotel on Christmas Eve and we are an international couple with the Japanese family.

One of the best hotel experiences. The entire staff was extremely friendly — they greeted everyone, even in passing.

Came specifically for the hotel breakfast, known for its generous and quality spread—and it definitely lived up to the reputation.

I am a tourist from Taiwan. I went to Himeji, Kobe and Tokyo this year. I had lived in there hotels when I was in Japan. I must say this hotel is my favorite one.

AMERICAN FAMILY VISITING**
La Suite Kobe is probably the most luxurious hotel accommodations I've ever stayed in (we are a Hyatt family in America).

I have stayed at this hotel before, and it remains the best choice in Kobe. On this trip, my family were impressed by the exceptional hospitality.

Pretty good. Nice rooms and great showers. Bed a little hard for my taste, but I guess that is how things are in japan. Though staff was amazinggg.

Had a pleasant experience staying here. The location was convenient, with many restaurants and shopping areas just a short walk away.

Just a few minutes walk from Sannomiya Station and 1 stop away from Shin Kobe Station.
The hotel is just beside the Ikuta Jinja Shrine. This shrine has Tori gates at the right side.

The location is good with many dining options near the hotel, including Kobe beef options.
We use some of the amenities like public bath, self-service laundry (at B1) and parking (2500yen per day).

Very friendly staffs.
Clean and well equiped rooms.

Respect for the Aged Day three-day weekend.
BBQ with 7 family members from 3 generations.
I stayed there for one night.
Setre Maiko is.
A location where you can see the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge up close.

A hotel with a wonderful ocean view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. Both the dinner at the restaurant and the room service breakfast were delicious with a wide variety of small quantities.

The room is small as is the usual case for hotel chains in Japan with a few exceptions. The table is really small. It had a personal ref, amenities are plenty, clean bathrooms.

Stay 1 night here on 16 Oct 25
In a twin room. Everything is perfect and statisfy. Location is good, plenty of food nearby. The bed is very comfortable.

Our washitsu (Japanese style tatami room) was absolutely gorgeous, not to mention, being on one of the higher floors we had a stunning view of the town! I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing experience in Arima. Perfect hot spring, perfect tatami room with a perfect view! We were able to book a private hot spring for a reasonable price.

Very impressed on Checking in. Reception staff was very professional and helpful to endure a smooth Check in. Room is very spacious with a large TV. Staff briefed about Happy Hours with some snatch

The hotel has a stylish, modern design, and the rooms are really spacious. Even though it’s about a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, the area feels nice and quiet while still being convenient.

Owner was great. The flat for the place and location was huge. All you need. Bus just outside the door.

We are traveling around Japan and we accidentally booked the hotel in November instead of October, but the host Atoo was able to help us out, so we were able to stay at the hotel Seaview.

Renest is located on Mount Rokko and the holiday homes are perfect to wake up every morning and be greeted by beautiful sights of the mountains.

Great place to be. A wonderful respite away from the city. It was clean and equipped with all necessities. Staff were hospitable and helpful. It’s definitely place to stay when you’re in Rokkosan.

After spending a few days in Osaka, this ryokan was a fantastic getaway. The whole ryokan has a warm, quiet, relaxed and cozy vibe that makes your stay feel magical.

Stayed 2 nights here to explore Arima Onsen during sakura season. Cozy small ryokan in a very central location up a steep hill, walkable to town centre but they offer a free shuttle to and from town.

Located in the heart of Arima Onsen, this ryokan is very convenient for getting around.

A very nice room with private Gold Onsen which is very famous and good for skin. The meals are very great.

Highly recommended — nice view, quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed, good location, convenient to public transportation and tourist spots like the zoo and art museums.

I stayed for two nights and during the check in I was handled by Haruto. Everything was seamless and Haruto-san was super friendly and gave me all the recommendations.

What a wholesome and authentic ryokan experience! Wonderful service, cozy tatami mat room surrounded by a tranquil garden. But the highlight was definitely the food.

A truly peaceful and relaxing stay. The baths are beautiful, there’s one indoor and one outdoor bath.

A good location close to shin-Kobe station. I can really recommend staying at this cozy guesthouse.

This place is really good. Very convenient location, very beautiful rooms and great organization. Super clean, and great hospitality.

Great hostel, I had a private room with a shower, good value, clean, quality communal areas with a guitar and lots of different places to site either with people or alone, thanks.

Very cheap but still very good, it was clean quiet. Heaps of common area. Short walk to the train station.

Very nice stay. Nice staff, very clean.
I'll come back.

Cleanest and friendliest hostel we've stayed at in japan so far.
Very basic, but everything you need.

I received an order for a two-day job and ended up using it for one night.

It's far from the station, desolate, old, and the rooms are small.

This hostels is just incredible. The best one I have done in Japan. The staff was super friendly, helped me and answered all the questions I had about the city etc. Recommend it 100%!

I had to find a hotel for the night, and only by coincidence I chose this one. In 3 weeks this hostel was one of my favourite experiences. The takoyaki party was really fun and so welcoming.
