An Absolutely Wonderful Experience.
This really feels like a grand hotel, the common spaces are stately with antique furniture and old photographs.

This is absolutely the best boutique hotel I’ve stayed in Japan.

Location is in Sanomiya near the train station, about 10min walk. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. As in most hotels in the city, Japan hotel rooms are very small.

A hotel I can’t recommend enough! One huge bonus—they provide Kinujo hairdryers and hair curlers (even better than Dyson! ), so ladies, leave your hair tools at home because the hotel has you covered!

La Suite Kobe is probably the most luxurious hotel accommodations I've ever stayed in (we are a Hyatt family in America).

I have stayed at this hotel before, and it remains the best choice in Kobe. On this trip, my family were impressed by the exceptional hospitality.

Situated just a 3-minute walk from JR Kobe Station's south exit, this hotel offers outstanding convenience paired with top-tier hospitality.

This hotel breakfast was very nice and delicious. The location was good. The rooms were nice, but a little bit dirty around the base of the toilet.

Our family stayed for one night, the location is great and the noodles offered at night by the hotel was very nice too.

A Wonderful Stay at Dormy Inn Motomachi.
During my recent trip to Kobe, I stayed at Dormy Inn Motomachi for three nights (April 20–23).

I wish there were more than 5 stars. We had our wedding photos and celebrations at the hotel on Christmas Eve and we are an international couple with the Japanese family.

One of the best hotel experiences. The entire staff was extremely friendly — they greeted everyone, even in passing.

Loved staying here! The location is amazing, you’re right in the middle of restaurants and shops, so everything is just a short walk away.

The rooms are nicer than those of APA hotels, but they are missing that public bath. However, they do have a nice cafe located on the first floor.

You don't often see hotels at such a reasonable price located in a building this tall, so I had to give it a try during my stay in Kobe and it was definately worth spending a few bucks more than your

We had an incredible stay at Remm Kobe and easily the best service we’ve experienced at any hotel in Japan.

The location is good with many dining options near the hotel, including Kobe beef options.
We use some of the amenities like public bath, self-service laundry (at B1) and parking (2500yen per day).

Very impressed on Checking in. Reception staff was very professional and helpful to endure a smooth Check in. Room is very spacious with a large TV. Staff briefed about Happy Hours with some snatch

The hotel has a stylish, modern design, and the rooms are really spacious. Even though it’s about a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, the area feels nice and quiet while still being convenient.

Had a pleasant experience staying here. The location was convenient, with many restaurants and shopping areas just a short walk away.

Just a few minutes walk from Sannomiya Station and 1 stop away from Shin Kobe Station.
The hotel is just beside the Ikuta Jinja Shrine. This shrine has Tori gates at the right side.

A very good hotel chain. Rooms and amenities are much better than in other competing hotels. Buffet breakfast with very warm and polite service.

I am a tourist from Taiwan. I went to Himeji, Kobe and Tokyo this year. I had lived in there hotels when I was in Japan. I must say this hotel is my favorite one.

Really nice, modern hotel that feels much more luxurious than I'm used to from business hotels, partly because the interior design is so nice.

Very convenient location. Near to the Sannomia station. Rooms are very spacious compared to the genral hotel rooms in Japan. But, I don’t recommend having their breakfast.

In a twin room. Everything is perfect and statisfy. Location is good, plenty of food nearby. The bed is very comfortable.

We took a coach from Kansai Osaka airport direct to Kobe Sannomiya around 70mins. Then we used Google map to find the hotel which was quite confusing with long walking.

Was originally going to stay for 1 night but stayed for 3 instead.

Good location: It is less than a 10-minute walk from the JR station and metro station. It is right in the city center, so it is easy to get to everywhere.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel!
One of the best features is how conveniently it's connected to the station, making it perfect for anyone traveling by train.

Fabulous hotel with wonderfully expansive rooms, each as far as I'm aware with a balcony. Wonderful views from the room, we chose the side with the big wheel & at night its a great light show.

Spacious rooms, relative to the average in Japanese big cities. Modern and clean. Good location too. It is in the Motomachi-dori shopping street and that was a huge plus.

Had a one night stay at this location. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel is very well maintained and sits on a main street.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Its location is ok. Not far from all the shops and restaurants. There is a matsuya restaurant downstairs and a lawsons 10 m away. The room is very clean and simple.

Chaotic check in due to small area and families taking photos with the Snoopy in the lobby. Had prepaid for room 45 “And they were right” and paid an additional ¥4400 for late checkout at 13:00.

As a Peanuts fan, this was on my to-go list and finally stayed here for a night! It was so much more expensive as it is peak season (December).
