Lovely area close to everything. Easy to find and helpful staff.

Nice location and service but the rooms themselves were pretty average and the ac felt like it wasnt cooling the room to the designated tempurature.

Very luxurious hotel in KOBE & TOKYO,, deluxe to enjoy the trip.

06.04.2018: decent hotel for solo traveler, right across of Daimaru Kobe, surrounded by lots of restaurants and shopping place, even next to the major covered shopping walkway, not much hotel facilities as they expect the guests would have stayed in the hotel for very short period of time and hours, that’s understandable :)

Good standard and great service. The TV in the room was at least 10 years old and has a continuous quiet "gefiebst". Briefed and schwubs the TV was exchanged for a new model. I prefer a star because of the weak air conditioning and the poor breakfast buffet.

Comfortable Hotel in Motomachi area clean and efficient, close to many cafes and shopping area. 5 mimutes from JR station.

Great hotel, spacious rooms for a Japanese hotel. The breakfast isn't free, but the quality of the food respects this. Lots of fresh veggies for people to start their day with nutrition.

Stayed a night on a stopover at Kobe. It is located at a convenient location amidst a bunch of shopping (Daimaru and various shopping streets are nearby, as is Chinatown), and the Sannomiya station is walkable, albeit a little far. The rooms were pretty spacious, well designed and chic. Hotel staff were helpful and understanding. I had left my toiletries in Tokyo and they directed me to the nearest pharmacy to buy various hair products, and they were understanding when I checked out a little late. For those in need if caffeine, there are a couple of cafes on the ground floor as well.

The hotel is located opposite the city center of Kobe, Tai Maru department store and Nanjing-cho Chinatown and Motomachi shopping street on the There way hotel, no matter the street/shopping/yay are very convenient, room rate package breakfast only need to hk$400 a few/day are included, service is not wrong from 15:00 to 0 o'clock 24:00 guests are free to enter 2/ Complimentary coffee and tea at the F Restaurant.

Very pleasantly surprised with the simplicity, cleanliness and efficiency of this hotel. I was expecting something closer to Motel 6 or Super 8 in the USA where paying for a budget hotel means you get an old and dirty room. This place was impeccably clean and even had a semi-premium shower head in the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the operations of the hotel is deadly efficient (you check out via vending machine! ).

Aside from its highly-convenient location, the interior environment of this hotel is pretty cozy and spacious. Consequently, Rei Hotel is quite exceptional as opposed to other competitors within the same price range.

1. On the day of check-in, two of the three double rooms "magnetic card brush does not go in", back to the second floor please counter processing, unexpectedly one of the open door has other people's luggage, had to go back to the second floor to find the counter, the counter just frequently apologized, made a very strange oolong?!
2. Breakfast: Two days accommodation, cooked food has new dishes, the rest of the drinks, bread is the same, more special is to do ohm eggs! 3. There is public space on the second floor to read books and newspapers, drinks, as well as smoking rooms, vending machines, can also leave luggage (will give a coupon), toilet dry and wet separation, bath supplies are Shiseido, Kao and DHC, room air conditioning is not on the bed blowing, overall very good ~

Love the Hotel but their washing machine/ dryer doesn’t dry the clothes.

The location is great, walking distance from Sannomiya Station, shopping districts, chinatown and harborland. The rooms are small but really cozy!

Night eight more daughter accidentally put the sheets set the whole dirty, the service staff is very patient cleaning dry net, very thoughtful thanks for the perfect score. Breakfast is very tasty to eat a full salad, my wife to amaze reward. Service personnel each are very enthusiastic about the quality of service. Geographical lively attractions drugstore shopping are not a problem.

Nice business hotel. They have a good soft drinks all you can drink from 15:00 to 24:00. Breakfast came included in our package. It's worth the ¥1, 100 on it's own too. The room was clean and the shower excellent. Reception staff on 2F were attentive and helpful.

It is very near the port of Kobe, and to the side there is a Daimaru and a Uniqlo. Everything perfect on the inside. Free coffee in the afternoons. When you can again :)

Motomachi tokyu REI is a fabulous beyond 3-star budget which offer excellent room facilities & ammenites. Location wise is awesome just next to kaigan line. Also short distance walk to interchange sannomiya & surrounding shopping plaza walk alley. Chinatown just right below offer excellent foods. Strong recommend to Stayover.

Good basic hotel. Room was clean and not too small for a single traveller. Excellent location overall close to main downtown area. Good range of food nearby although not in the hotel. Rooms were clean and not noticeably dated. Check in and check out efficient. Loses one star because unlike most places I've stayed in Japan, they have no facility to ship luggage to next hotel — you have to lug your bags around the corner to the Family Mart for this (the most challenging bag ship experience I've yet had in several trips due to language barrier…).

Very good hotel, nice service, with security guard at night to feel safe, clean room and clean bed, no smoke smell in room. Must come back again in kobe.

Super Daimaru Department store in close proximity. Peripheral shopping street is very busy!
