Our stay here was outstandingly enjoyable from beginning to end. We were warmly welcomed like old friends on arrival at this beautiful property.

Great experience at nishimuraya honkan. Staff were professional and catered to all our needs with a welcoming feel. It made us feel very comfortable and relaxed during our stay.

Centrally located. Complimentary shuttle pickup from the station (it’s only a 5m walk anyway). Very welcoming staff and nice rooms.

Matsuya is about a 7-minute walk from Kinosaki Onsen Station.

Visited for just the Onsen and didn't spend the night. They only have Gin-sen (clear water), but do have several types of bathes and a sauna.

Hotel Wakamizu was jaw-droppingly beautiful with amazing views of the Takarazuka promenade. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay feel amazingly hospitable.

So close to the airport, but you'd never know it — it was super quiet. The water pressure and temperature was amazing. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want.

The ryokan is over 300 years old, yet it is very clean and well organized. It is the best value for money among all the places I’ve stayed in Japan.

I stayed in the main building, and it was a truly relaxing experience.

It's a beautiful inn. All-you-can-drink Japanese sake such as Kasumitsuru was good for 1000 yen for 30 minutes. The room I stayed in was near the boiler and was noisy.

I used it for a night stay for work. The hotel is located on a slope, so be careful as you will pass by it when it gets dark. Well, there's not much traffic, so it's okay.

Stayed two nights with my elderly parents. Location was perfect — just 1–2 min walk from the bus station, which was a big relief on a rainy day.

Had a one night stay at this location. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel is very well maintained and sits on a main street.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Its location is ok. Not far from all the shops and restaurants. There is a matsuya restaurant downstairs and a lawsons 10 m away. The room is very clean and simple.

Spacious rooms, relative to the average in Japanese big cities. Modern and clean. Good location too. It is in the Motomachi-dori shopping street and that was a huge plus.
