Hyogo hotels with breakfast

This is not a 5 star hotel so if you are looking for that then look elsewhere. HOWEVER!

Hotel had reasonable size rooms in a good location close to the station and adjacent to a very large shopping centre with many major shops.

This hotel was wonderful! Located right across from the train station. Rooms were small but clean. They had a wonderful hot Japanese breakfast. They also had a washer and dryer.

Enjoyed our stay here. Had trouble finding a hotel near the Hanshin Tiger Baseball Stadium and this was as close a we could get for a reasonable price.

This will be a relatively short and simple review as this is your bogstandard kind of Western chain hotel, the tl;dr that for the right price I'd gladly stay again.

I just stayed here twice three days and I really enjoyed it. People were extremely friendly and I liked the complimentary mentary coffee.

Location is in Sanomiya near the train station, about 10min walk. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. As in most hotels in the city, Japan hotel rooms are very small.

A hotel I can’t recommend enough! One huge bonus—they provide Kinujo hairdryers and hair curlers (even better than Dyson! ), so ladies, leave your hair tools at home because the hotel has you covered!

Loving this place so much! The staff are amazing, very friendly. The building itself is 140 years old, renovated to modernise the facilities but still retain the historic Japanese design and beauty.

1. Japanese old country house living experience (though the sound proofing is not so good; while you can overcome this by putting on earplugs where you can take for free in this hotel)

This hotel was such a nice surprise! The rooms were huge and clean, with a great view of the water.

I stayed at this hotel for a scientific conference. The venue, hotel, food and atmosphere were amazing. The staff we helpful and engaging.

Our family stayed for one night, the location is great and the noodles offered at night by the hotel was very nice too.

A Wonderful Stay at Dormy Inn Motomachi.
During my recent trip to Kobe, I stayed at Dormy Inn Motomachi for three nights (April 20–23).

We sprung for a quad suite and half board, and it it not disappoint. The kitchen gave us a tremendous variety of Japanese traditional dishes, it was a real culinary learning experience!

A beautifully curated experience. The staff made our stay especially special; they are attentive, kind, and thoughtful. Each dining and room detail was thought out for each guest.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Richmond Hotel Himeji. The front desk was very polite, helpful and sincere.
The Kitchen staff was amazing and they had a great selection of food on offer for breakfast.

A bit pricey but the food, service and the private onsen was the best.

Amazing amazing experience here. Everything was out of the world and expertly curated. The kaiseki dinners were amazing, the staff were thoughtful, and the onsen of course was to dream for.

We had an incredible stay at Remm Kobe and easily the best service we’ve experienced at any hotel in Japan.

Perfect hotel located just next to the train station yet we were not able to hear anything.
The price was also not bad for a twin room.

This property exceeded most of our expectations as it had a luxury feel without the luxury price.

A great Ryokan experience in a small but interesting spa town. The thermal spa is a family spa meaning you have it to yourselves rather than being public.

The hotel is incredibly peaceful, offering a serene atmosphere. The condition of the bedroom and the onsen room looks even better than in the pictures.

Excellent location. Hotel was across road from JR Station and Bus Stops (to Naruto, Matsuyama etc).
Water in indoor onsen had a brownish hue due to high iron content. There is an outdoor jacuzzi pool.

Pros —
It ticks all boxes for value for money hotel. Reasonably priced, excellent location, all basic amenities available either in room or at lobby except coffee, clean.

The location is convenient to visit Takeda castle and Kinosaki Onsen; room is clean with in-room toilet, but what is unbeatable is the attentiveness and hospitality of the host and her family.

Super cute and heartily recommended. Breakfasts and dinner are home-cooked with care, and traditional japanese.

I wish there were more than 5 stars. We had our wedding photos and celebrations at the hotel on Christmas Eve and we are an international couple with the Japanese family.

Absolutely worth every yen. Kinosaki Riverside Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip.

This was our big finale (a 2 night stay in kinosake onsen), and this hotel just wasn't our favorite.

We stayed for two nights and we loved it. The service and friendliness of the staff is spot on. The view of the sea is amazing and the location is great for seeing the area.

Stayed 2 nights — spontaneous booking and so happy with this hotel. It has a 1980s romance — japan heydey — see bill Clinton photo 1988, but the highlight the French degustation and wine pairing.

My premier corner double room was great!

Excellent location — adjacent to the JR station and main bus depot. Compact, quiet and bright room (we were on the 10th floor). Did not use in house facilities/dining, there are plenty in the area.
