My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this ryokan. We booked a 2-night stay that included breakfast and dinner.

We cannot say enough good things about Onishiya Suishoen, or Kinosaki in general.

I will still give 5 for the great value for money compared to adjacent more expensive accommodation. Hope unsafe things there get improved.
Location: 8-10 minutes walk to the train station.

This is an excellent location to explore toyooka itself, kinosaki onsen and other sights part of the San'in Kaigan Geopark.

The rooms are kept to a very clean standard. The front desk staff are very friendly and always very willing to help in any way. Welcome drinks are provided and the breakfast offered is delicious!

We had a wonderful stay. Room was perfect. The location is awesome. So close to the public onsens and the rest of town. Everything within 5-10 min walk. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

The hotel was a great oasis after busy city trips, with a fascinating view from the window, amazing dinner (we had a crab course), relaxing onsen. You will fall asleep to the sound of waves outside.

Accommodation was excellent. Rooms very comfortable and cleanliness outstanding.

A very nice room with private Gold Onsen which is very famous and good for skin. The meals are very great.

The room is very clean. All staffs are very friendly. Feel comfortable when staying here. Near station and bus stop. Also has convenience store nearby.

If you have business in the Nishi Ward of Kobe City, I think this hotel is quite convenient. The room was clean, but you can definitely feel its age in places.

A good hostel. Nothing terrible stands out about it but nothing that really makes it stand out either. Didn’t really seem to foster a social environment.

I absolutely loved this hostel. Stayed here before, during, and after my Shikoku Henro trail. The value for money is unbeatable in Japan.

The facility was clean and large, and the staff were kind and friendly.

I stayed here while traveling from Awaji Island to Shodoshima. I don't have any other vacation villages and I've been to a lot of them, so I think it's about the same.

In a twin room. Everything is perfect and statisfy. Location is good, plenty of food nearby. The bed is very comfortable.

We took a coach from Kansai Osaka airport direct to Kobe Sannomiya around 70mins. Then we used Google map to find the hotel which was quite confusing with long walking.

Was originally going to stay for 1 night but stayed for 3 instead.

Good location: It is less than a 10-minute walk from the JR station and metro station. It is right in the city center, so it is easy to get to everywhere.

It was a heavy rainy day, but I couldn't hear any other noises due to the sound of the rain hitting the roof, so it was like a kind of healing music.

Frozen food and coffee were provided (*^^*) The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were also nice.

I recently stayed at Hotel Prefort Nishi-Akashi and was thoroughly impressed with my experience.

Hotel Located at very prime location just opposite to Nishi-Akashi Station.
Services are top notch… serves veg breakfast for limited items also. Nice to stay for Indian people also.

Great experience as a tourist. If you want the authentic onsen town life go here. The staff where all accommodating and tried there best even with the language barrier.

Hotel itself not a traditional ryokan, but rooms are good a nicely served.

I went there thinking that even if it's not crab season, there's definitely some delicious seafood! Yes, there was. I didn't know that firefly squid was a specialty.

I stayed here for one night in connection with a certain station information game. Although we arrived late at night, it was pitch black, but we were kindly welcomed and guided carefully.

Mostly great.
The room was amazing and it had a great bathroom with a full sized bath.
Super close to the airport.
One major let down was the bed unfortunately.

We had an early flight @ 710am, so decided to come closer to the airport from Kyoto. The hotel was about 15 min walk from the train station, so make sure you don't have too many large suitcases.
