The staff were very friendly and helpful. That's why I give them a 5 out of 5

In general the hotel looks good, but it is extremely noisy in the early mornings, the staff talking, the janitor cleaning up at 5:30 am. Noise of vehicles on the street. Etc. If you want to rest quietly, a final here, will not.

I have used this place once, I made another booking for the same room a few weeks later, the front desk said it was not a problem, I was told to check in at 1pm I told the front desk I’ll be arriving at 2pm to check in, which I did But I was told that the unit was freshly painted and I had to wait another hour, I told the person that he should of call me, because I was out of town and I was tired, well, I was offered another unit without air condition, the one I booked had it, well I went next door, another hotel, which I found better.

Place near the historic center of El Salvador. And an old house converted to a hotel, very nice. The area however is very popular and degraded. The room was very noisy Water not always warm.

It is a Hotel, quite economical, which preserves a number of antique objects that give it a colonial touch. The service is very good and the prices affordable.

Antique hotel, clean and tidy, live to be comfortable. Unfortunately, there is no hot water and breakfast! But the price is cheap!

Cold water is bethroom, very hot in the room (room with air conditioning almost 2x higher price)

Super Hotel quiet and good.

It is a simple, clean, centrally located place. The staff was nice and accommodating. Antiquey decor and visuals. I have it a 3 because of no hot water and the Wi-Fi signal was so weak I wouldn't even consider it available. Meals are not included but there is a restaurant attached where the food is delicious and really cheap. My breakfast was 1 dollar! Perfect for the budget Traveller which I am. If it had hot water and Wi-Fi I would have given it a 4.

Definitely they need to update the address, I was lost around 10:00pm arriving in to the city looking for the hotel in a wrong part of the city, but thanks to the friendly people of El Salvador and Google map I found the right one which is on the east side of the city. I can't mark the hotel bad just because of the most friendly, helpful and trustworthy staff.

Good hôtel and cheap the only bad thing was à 07 am receptionist and his friends made many noïse at the réception.

No phone in the rooms, no air conditioning, TV only serves as a channel, just put a towel, not safe, the lock of the door was loose and had been secured with a piece of toilet paper, the fan is well noisy. Wi-Fi is very slow, has no security, just cameras. It is one of the worst places I have ever seen in my life. The room in if you extremely small. I don't recommend it.

Good promotion but the services es very poor I stay one night apter paying for the full week, no air conditioner no good room ventilation no blanket on my bad, offer queen siza bed,, full size in the room no tv, broken toilet seat, """" the worst no refund I do not recomend this hotel is desaster services bussiness"""""
